     D.E.N.N.I.S. in General

D.E.N.N.I.S. in general

D.E.N.N.I.S. in his true form.

  • Attractive Bent-Gender: His Spear Counterpart versions of Rah'ōxah and Ryjinah are considered this even by the Ladies Book Club themselves.
  • Blob Monster: He is made of green slime, and apparently doesn't have any bones.
  • Cannot Talk to Women: Not as bad as Gasm, but he still relies on quoting a book full of pick-up lines verbatim for his flirting.
  • Defeat Equals Friendship: Having lost the fight and gone on dates with his opponents, he willingly hands over the security tape he protected and parts ways with the Ladies Book Club on good terms.
  • Fluffy the Terrible: A powerful, sometimes dangerous shapeshifter named... D.E.N.N.I.S.
  • Identity Impersonator:
    • Is introduced impersonating Francis, seemingly just for the kicks.
    • This skill also came in handy when Francis needed to fake Darryl's death.
  • Immune to Bullets: The real Francis tries to shoot him, which only annoys him slightly.
  • The Mind Is a Plaything of the Body: Apparently so, as his personality and even allegiances seem to change depending on the form he takes.
  • Never My Fault: Takes no responsibility for the fight, and demands that the trio all apologize by going on a date with him in exchange for some information. Legzi still likes him more than Gasm.
  • Shapeshifting Lover: Well, he may have been aiming for this, but he only gets as far as a few short dates, one of which doesn't even involve him changing shape.
  • Tragic Villain: At the end of the day, he is a lonely creature trying to find a way to deal with the loss of his father.

     Handzo

Taking the hands-on approach.

  • Expy: Of Hanzo from Overwatch, with some... notable design differences.
  • Evil Counterpart: Not deliberately created as such, but he does — in a very neat coincidence — end up facing off against Legzi.
  • Giant Hands of Doom: He is a giant hand.
  • Punny Name: He's a hand version of Hanzo. Get it?

     Jah'ōxoh

Jah'ōxoh

"Oh, I couldn't possibly do any punchies..."

  • Evil Counterpart: In theory, but he's actually far nicer and meeker than the original Rah'ōxah.
  • Familiar: Has Melissa McCarthy's character from Spy — apparently the closest thing available to a female Paul Blart — stored away in Hammerspace watching football.
  • Heel–Face Door-Slam: After becoming Jah'ōxoh, D.E.N.N.I.S. really just wants to get to know Ryjinah better, but Rah'ōxah just punches him in the face (as she's always wanted to punch herself anyway) and the fight continues. He gets another chance in the following episode, though.
  • Invented Individual: Despite their fairly elaborate canon, there is no indication that Jah'ōxoh and the Men's Book Club actually exist. They are all just D.E.N.N.I.S. taking on different forms, temporarily Becoming the Mask.
  • Nice Guy: To the point that he only plays curling because he considers other team sports too violent.
  • Punny Name: His name is pronounced like "Jock-soh", and he's very much a Lovable Jock.
  • Skeletons in the Coat Closet: He comes complete with a female version of Demon Johnny called "Demon Jenny".
  • Spear Counterpart: Of Rah'ōxah.

     Caudwell

Caudwell

Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely attempted.

  • The Assimilator: His goal is to absorb our heroines and claim their bones for himself, as he doesn't have any.
  • No Celebrities Were Harmed: A bizarre example. He is a melted-looking, bootleg version of DM Caldwell Tanner. For the characters, this is akin to an offensive religious depiction.
  • Obliviously Evil: Doesn't seem to understand that absorbing other people against their will is a bad thing to do.

Quite a Handsome Devil, literally.
