The 2015 version for Part 4 combines elements of the 2002 remake and the '89 theme (down to the opening and finishing vocals), punctuated with Italian mandolins.
The Part 6 intro carries elements of rock, reflecting the British setting's rock music history.
Dangerous Zone, a recurring Leitmotif in Red Jacket, is an adrenalin-triggering track for intense action scences.
Love Squall, the second ending theme for the Red Jacket anime, is soothing to the ears. Ego-Wrappin's cover from the newest special is also pretty awesome.
The Lupin III: Crisis in Tokyo ending track "Longing", is a gentle jazz number sung by Megumi Hayashibara. This kind of song is reserved for Lupin, but since Zenigata was the focus of this feature the song goes to him.
The opening track "New Wuthering Heights" is a hypnotic blend of strings and sensual narration.
The ballad "Duty Friend" is a song about a woman's feelings towards the one she loves.
For the Lupin III Cover/Remix Album, MONKEY MAJIK did an oh-so sweet rendition of the iconic theme song.
"Chanto Iwanakya Aisanai", the Japanese ending theme for Lupin III: The Italian Adventure, performed by Enka singer Sayuri Ishikawa, done in the style of jazz lounge singers from the 50s and 60s very much fitting the ambience of the series.
"Planet O" (Green Jacket). In contrast to the others, it doesn't mention Lupin, but is the tale of a group of aliens from the title planet trying to kidnap an Earth woman.
"Lupin" (Red Jacket), better known as "Lupin: Fisarmonica" because of the accordion (in Italian, "fisarmonica") that plays for the song. It's a love song from a woman, who also describes how good Lupin is. Even more awesome, it was selected in a competition, defeating even a proposal from the Cavalieri del Re (the song in the second half of the video), the band that at the time had a virtual monopoly on anime openings in Italy. This is how good the "Fisarmonica" is.
"L'Incorreggibile Lupin" (translates as "The Unrepetant Lupin") is an ode to Lupin and how formidable he is. Its iconic choir is referenced both in the fourth Italian opening "Hello Lupin" and a fan opening for the 2015 series.
The 2014 live-action movie made up for not having the theme tune with a new song by Tomoyasu Hotei playing during the credits: "Trick Attack -Theme Of Lupin The Third-". It's basically a love letter to James Bond.
The 2019 CGI film features "Gift" in its closing credits, a touching romantic ballad focusing on the film's girl, Laetitica, who took part in Lupin's adventure.
