As is the case with all pages detailing Funny Moments, Spoilers Off

  • When their first day as middle-school classmates starts, Ochako and Bakugo get into a confrontation over his treatment of Izuku. Izuku inadvertently ends the stand-off ... by going on a mumble-spree over what Ochako's Quirk might be, drawing the attention of the rest of the class. Ochako's perplexed, while Bakugo just groans and loses interest in the whole mess.
  • Shortly after befriending each other, Izuku asks Ochako to come over to his house to have dinner with him and his mom and calls Inko for permission. When Izuku asks Inko if he can bring a friend home, Izuku has to pull the phone away slightly over Inko's squeal of joy. Then, when Izuku mentions said friend is a she, Inko lets out such a loud scream he has to pull the phone away at an arm's reach, much to his embarrassment.
  • When their letters from U.A. arrive, Ochako and Izuku want to first see the other's marks. Ochako decides to open Izuku's envelope before he can react... and in the holographic video, All Might not only states that he put the same message in both of their videos since he figured they would be seeing them together anyway but begins by telling them Ochako's results for the practical.
    Izuku: Pyrrhic Victory.
    Ochako: I will float you!
  • Bakugo begins to boast to his mother about "winning" the practical exam before Mitsuki takes a crack at him and his 3rd place for not watching the video to the end.
  • On their first day at U.A., Himiko greets Izuku about as expected. Ochako, Tenya, and Hitoshi all respond as expected:
Ochako: EXCUSE YOU! WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO DEKU!?
Tenya: I must insist that you stop this behavior at once. This public display is no way for heroes in training to act!
Hitoshi: There’s a janitor's closet down that way if you need it.
  • On the day of the quirk apprehension test, when the future Dekusquad founders meet Aizawa for the first time, Toga looks back and forth between Shinso and Aizawa, before then looking at Shinso and allowing for the following exchange that includes a glorious Fandom Nod:
    Toga: Your long lost father?
    Shinso: Not funny.
  • During the first round of combat training, Ochako nervously asks All Might if the bomb they're tasked with guarding is real. All Might laughs it off, saying that U.A. wouldn't let first years train with live bombs. Ochako is placated... until she has a Double Take on "first years".
  • Toga creates a group chat named "Dekusquad", noting that Iida approved. Iida gives a Wall of Text explanation for why he did so, complete with perfect grammar and punctuation that baffles everyone else (who are just using typical text abbreviations).
  • On the morning of the class representative elections, a desperate journalist tries to seduce Izuku in order to get him to help her get past the U.A. walls for the sake of an exclusive interview. Cue Izuku undergoing a Heroic BSoD after undergoing his very first glance at exposed breasts. And from there, Ochako manages to mentally scream, "YOU FUCKING WHORE!" before then grabbing Izuku and using her zero-gravity powers to get herself and Izuku away from the reporters and over the walls.
  • Izuku is still in his Heroic BSoD upon arrival to the classroom. Hilarity Ensues from there.
    • To start, Toga initially asks if Shinso used his brainwashing on Izuku, to which the mind control user denies. Immediately after this, one of the other students says, "Dude looks broken," followed by another student cheekily saying, "Midoriya-dot-exe has stopped responding."
    • Then Bakugo, in his usual fashion, proceeds to ask if this was a result of Izuku seeing an exposed pair of breasts for the first time. Several of the other students chuckle in amusement at the idea; until Ochako comments in a way that heavily (and truthfully) implies, while stomping back towards Izuku after getting ahold of some smelling salts from Momo, that Bakugo guessed correctly. Cue Kaminari excitedly expressing initial surprise that Bakugo guessed correctly and starting to ask who had shown Izuku her breasts...only to then have to engage in a Last-Second Word Swap by adding in, "would do something so...horrible" after feeling that Jirou is at the ready to jab him with her earphone jacks if he starts getting too perverted for the situation. He then also later asks if Izuku doesn't have any access to the internet, only for a glare from both Ochako and Toga to convince him that he'd best stop talking and return to his seat.
    • When Izuku finally recovers thanks to the smelling salts, the following exchange occurs after he briefly worries about Ochako now thinking him a pervert like Mineta after what happened:
Ochako: (smiles and pats Izuku on the shoulder) Welcome back to the world of the living, Deku. Thought I lost you for a second.
Izuku: (thinks to himself in relief that she's not mad, but then notices the rest of the class around him holding back snickers and laughs, and promptly does a Head Desk): They know?
      Ochako: Yep.
      Izuku: Oh no...
Toga: (ruffling Izuku's hair and no longer angry) If Midnight is the R-rated hero, you are totally the G-rated hero.
      Random student: Disney approved!
      Izuku: Bury me. Please.
  • The morning after the USJ incident, a couple of veiled comments make Ochako realize that Inko saw her kissing Izuku on the forehead. She promptly freaks out and wonders if it would be better to float into space or into a plane.
    • After the two teens leave, Inko gets a call from Mitsuki Bakugou looking to catch up. Not long into their talk, All Might stops by in his unpowered form to check up on Izuku. When Inko explains who Toshinori is to Mitsuki, the latter immediately begins teasing Inko on having a gentleman caller and whether or not they're going to be doing any "Ins and Outs". Given Inko's flustered attempts to explain it's not what it looks like, it's made pretty clear where Izuku got his adorkableness from.
  • Tenya invites the Dekusquad to his home, and when asked he mentions that he thought they could study for their exams. Himiko promptly declares that the beginning of her villain story and everyone agrees to throw Tenya out of the window. Turns out, it was a prank that Tensei made Tenya do. This is even funnier because, earlier before the Dekusquad arrived, they jokingly say that they would throw Tenya out the window if he invited them to do homework.
    • The group decides to play a Mario Kart-like game, with chibi heroes as racers. Immediately, Ochako and Himiko start to go after each other, Hitoshi (who was sitting between them) uses that to trap them in a net (and immediately moves away from the girls' Death Glares), Tenya is unable to boost because Izuku keeps making potholes in the track and Tsuyu shoves Tenya's kart aside when he gets stalled mid-road.
    • To find something to calm everyone down, Tenya suggests a board game. Unfortunately, he picks Monopoly. Everyone (save for Tenya) cheats outrageously almost from the beginning.
      • Himiko tries to get Izuku to give her some of his streets by seducing him. This prompts Ochako to offer Izuku thrice the cash the properties cost - and leads to the discovery that Ochako has been robbing the bank. She's promptly kicked out of the game.
      • Hitoshi attempts to brainwash the others into selling him their properties for a low price.
      • Tsuyu uses her tongue to try to snatch a few properties when no one's looking. Himiko puts a stop to it by grabbing her tongue.
      • Even Izuku gets in on it, trying to use his telekinesis Quirk to make the dice roll the way he wants. Ochako gives him a Dope Slap and reminds him that his power makes things glow green.
  • When Eri asks about Izuku and Ochako, she mentions them as "the green fluffy one with warm hands and the lady with kind eyes and pink chipmunk cheeks." Inko and All Might have to turn around to hide their laughter.
  • Izuku helped select all the clothes Inko would be buying for Eri. Ochako immediately calls Inko to confirm that, yes, all the clothes Izuku picked are All Might merchandise, so she tells her not to buy them. Everyone but Izuku agrees that it is a wise decision.
  • All Might comes to talk with Izuku, making up an excuse about wanting to talk about the USJ attack. Himiko asks if they are going to talk about how Izuku acted like a fucking idiot, and the rest of the Dekusquad nods in agreement.
    • During the talk, All Might teases Izuku over his "date" with Ochako, and Izuku slips when describing Ochako as beautiful, which All Might decides not to tease Izuku about.
  • Ochako and Toga meet Mei Hatsume. It doesn't take long for Toga to threaten to stab Hatsume for fondling Izuku, and even Ochako wants the inventor's blood for how handsy she is.
  • When All Might invites Ochako's parents to the Sports Festival, Izuku gets teary-eyed at seeing Ochako so happy. Eri (who is sitting on Izuku's lap) asks Inko for help because she's getting soaked.
  • At the end of Chapter 18, both Izuku and All Might have panic attacks. Izuku because he wasn't aware that HE would be the one to give the opening speech for the Sports Festival. All Might because he forgot to tell him in advance, he's in the stands with Inko and Ochako's parents, and is praying that if Izuku figures it out he'll forgive him and that Ochako never finds out because she'll likely murder him!
    • Unfortunately, Ochako does figure out that All Might failed to tell Izuku about the speech. Fortunately for him, after Izuku gives a Rousing Speech, she decides she will let him explain himself before punishing him.
  • In the time it takes for Izuku to figure out what to say for the speech, he initially considers just saying that he's going to win, only to mentally backpedal from this once he realizes that would just make everyone hate him, then he considers just saying the school motto, and then he finds himself mentally praying for the Nomu from the USJ incident to show up and kill him.
  • The first event of the Sports Festival is dodgeball... which means the two-hundred-plus students are forced to go on the run while avoiding thousands of dodgeballs of all sizes trying to hit them.
  • The second event is capture the flag, with thirty-two students separated into four teams. Izuku's team consists of him, Himiko, Tenya, Kaminari, Momo, Mei, Reiko Yanagi, and Neito Monoma.
    • When presenting herself to the rest of the group, Mei mentions the "babies" she's made with Izuku. Denki starts to make a joke about it before Himiko steps on his toes and tells him what Mei is actually referring to.
    • Monoma takes zero seconds in starting to antagonize the 1-A students - whereupon Reiko reminds him that she is going to tell Itsuka Kendou about everything he does. Monoma promptly shuts down.
      • Meeting Monoma, Himiko immediately thinks that he's the fastest to go from zero to 'please stab me in the face'.
      • When Monoma continues to get aggravating, Himiko stands in front of him, giving him The Unsmile and a Death Glare, asking him to keep badmouthing her friends so she can stab him. Monoma goes Oh, Crap! even before she speaks, and tries to cover up with bravado - until Denki informs him about what she did at the USJ.
  • Toga takes advantage of using her Quirk to transform into Izuku and drive Bakugo nuts. It works. And it is hilarious.
    • At one point, she tries to kick him in the head - but Kirishima jumps in between them, wrecking the hover sole she was wearing and nearly her foot.
    • When her capture gun goes empty, she chucks it at his head - and hits him. She notes the hollow thunk was quite satisfying.
    • In the end, Bakugo catches her and grabs the false black flag tied to her wrist. Her transformation falls off, and Toga laughs at him as the flag turns into sludge.
  • Eri copying Toga who was flipping people off when she was pretending to be Izuku.
  • Izuku gives Mei a pep talk encouraging her to not throw their coming match and truly show off what her gadgets can do. He begins to regret this when Mei takes his advice and starts bringing out a few more cartloads of her "babies" for the fight. She then takes over the PA system to further show off her inventions.
  • During their fight, Izuku ends up destroying one of Mei's inventions. She doesn't take it well.
    Mei: YOU KILLED MY BABY!
Izuku: Please don’t say it like that!
Mei: You’re a villain! Baby killer!
    Izuku: Don’t say that, either!
    • Later, after he's broken more of her inventions, Mei decides to distract him while she works on something else. So she reactivates some of the dodgeballs from the first event.
Izuku: Oh, you have got to be-
    CRACK!
Somewhere in the stands, a blond teen was laughing harder than he had in a very long time.
Eri: Mrs. Midoriya, why did Izuku try to catch that ball with his face?
While Inko patted Eri’s head, Mr. Uraraka fell out of his chair laughing.
  • A passing comment from Bakugo in chapter 21 strongly implies that he once read the Curious George books. Kaminari is quick to pick up on this.
Kaminari: I'm sorry, did you actually read Curious George?
    Bakugo: Shut. The fuck. Up.
  • Toga transforms again into Izuku during her fight with Ochako - who promptly kicks her in the groin and informs her that (a) she saw her doing the transformation and (b) she's quite used to fighting against Deku. So Toga starts to melt off her "Izuku" clothes just to mess with Ochako.
  • Ochako's in the infirmary after her fight with Todoroki and both the Dekusquad and Inko, Ochako's parents, All Might and Eri have come to see her. Eri tells Himiko that she's not allowed to do what Toga did while looking like Izuku. When Himiko asks, Eri innocently flips her off.
    • Then Himiko tries to find a way to ensure she doesn't do it again.
Himiko Toga: Okay, Eri, don't listen to anything I say, and don't do what I do.
Eri: But if I'm not supposed to listen to you, does that mean I should do what you do then?
Himiko Toga: Hm... Did I just get outsmarted by a four-year-old?
    • And as the Dekusquad makes its way back to the stadium to see Izuku's battle with Bakugo, Shinso doesn't let her live it down - until Himiko trips him.
  • During the fight, Midnight decides to stop it on account of Izuku getting too hurt, and Ochako and Himiko boo her. Tenya lectures them on respecting their teacher. Himiko grabs his glasses and throws them off.
  • Izuku gets warned that, if Midnight or Cementoss see him with a Psychic Nosebleed, they'll call the match. He gets the brilliant idea of clogging his nose with his shirt. It backfires when the blood goes down to his mouth, and then after the match, he gets caught when he sneezes.
  • After being forced to accept the restrictions set by the teachers for his safety, Izuku manages to weasel his way out of them by saying that "He will make sure that his nose doesn't bleed"; while Midnight is none the wiser to his words, Izuku's classmates quickly pick up on the ambiguous wording and try to convince themselves that he wouldn't do something so dangerous and stupid like keeping his injury out of sight to keep fighting, before realizing that that is something that he would most definitely do.
  • When All Might comes with the medals and Midnight and he talk over each other, Midnight apologizes - and immediately gets to hear Himiko cracking up.
  • All Might tells Izuku (who is crying a river in his usual style) that, with his victory, he's shown that the future is bright... if a bit wet.
  • After they speak about Tenya leaving suddenly, the conversation turns to the post-festival celebration.
Izuku: I suppose we’ll just wait then. (yawns)
Himiko: Oh poor, Izuku. You’re so tired after kicking Baku Bitch (Katsuki growls) and Shouto’s butts. I was hoping we could celebrate your victory... privately.
Izuku: Unless you know a way to celebrate on a bed, I don’t think I’m in any shape to party right now.
  • After 1-A begins to leave the stadium, Inko glomps her son, much to the others' amusement, particularly Ochako's - who gets promptly tackled by her parents into a second hug.
  • All Might in his Yagi persona returns to meet with Inko and apologizes for not being there with her during the medal ceremony. All seems (more or less) fine - until Eri points out that Mr. Yagi is All Might. Izuku, Ochako, and All Might scream in terror in their minds while the others laugh.
  • As the two hash out why Izuku helped Todoroki with his fire, Ochako presses Izuku for his plan to win after pushing Todoroki to use his fire. Izuku's plan consisted of "don't get hit by the fire, punch him a lot, then win".
(a clearly frustrated) Ochako: GROUNDED! YOU ARE GROUNDED!
  • A sudden rain gets Izuku trapped in Ochako's apartment, and Ochako tells him to call his mother and tell him he's staying - only realizing too late that the only place where he can sleep is in her bed. She gets into a mental frenzy over that until Izuku tells her he loves her, and the two start to get hot and heavy - until she gets woken up by the alarm clock. Ochako destroys the hell out of her alarm clock in frustration.
  • Midnight's despair at having to deal with the Love Triangle between Izuku, Ochako and Toga.
    • Then her reaction when Toga tells her she told 1-A about her Quirk. She literally drops her notebook.
    • Toga compares Midnight with a mother preening about her daughter's accomplishments. Midnight replies that she's too young to be a mother. Toga doesn't even bother to hide her disbelief.
    • Toga ends her part of the conversation by revealing how she taught Eri how to flip people off and running away while Midnight attempts to comprehend what she was just told.
  • After being told he's not allowed to use his Quirk for the entire day on Recovery Girl's orders, Izuku says "what Recovery Girl doesn't know won't hurt her". So Inko gives Eri a cardboard roll and tells her to bop him the moment he tries to do anything. Izuku asks Ochako for help - only for her to take the roll and bop him several times.
  • The conversation that proves Izuku's nowhere close to shedding his G-rated statusnote :
Izuku: So you were a little late this morning. Everything okay?
Ochako: [red and flustered] O-oh that? Um I had to... take care of... something...
Izuku: [totally oblivious] Oh, okay. Were you able to finish at least?
    Ochako: [squeaky] Yep!
Izuku: That’s good. But hey, next time give me a call or something. You know I wouldn't mind giving you a hand.
Izuku assumed the strange chirping sound from Ochako meant she knew she could count on him. Though he did think it strange the way she swayed a bit and her legs, which he definitely wasn’t making a habit of noticing, were a little wobbly.
    • Then Inko looks at Ochako, clearly knowing what held her back, and Ochako stammers out that she broke her clock, making Izuku think she's just nervous because of that, so he tries to tease her.
Izuku: Aw, were you having a good dream that it interru-OW!
[cue Ochako grabbing the roll again and wailing on him]
  • When Ochako gets to talk with Izuku in private, her attempt to start the conversation makes him mentally compare that with a girl's confession in romance manga - which makes him blush because he thinks Ochako's about to confess to him. Then Ochako starts to talk about Bakugo and he immediately jumps to the conclusion that she likes Bakugo. Ochako nearly becomes sick just from the thought.
  • When the subject of Izuku's father comes up, Ochako suggests siccing Toga on him, but Izuku drops the idea because he doesn't want to tell people about him - not knowing that all of their class already knows.
  • Ochako brings up Izuku's G-Ratednote  nickname, and Izuku groans about it, wishing he could get rid of it.
    • He tries to get Ochako to drop it by claiming he may not be as squeaky-clean as thought, only for Ochako to fire back that maybe he's hiding something like the Wild, Wild Pussycats magazine he bought for the articles and which she confiscated. Izuku thinks she won't find anything - the new copy of that magazine is hidden somewhere else.
  • Ochako slips up and lets it out that she has read Izuku's Hero Journal entry on her. He uses a blanket to trap her and then begins to tickle her to make her confess.
  • As they wait for the Second Year Sports Festival to begin, Ochako complains that she doesn't know any of the heroes in the commercials shown.
  • When Himiko runs to Nezu's office to shout at him for the mess with Ingenium, the principal is already waiting for her with tea, cookies, and blood bags. Himiko notes she would have been creeped out if it weren't for her anger.
  • This conversation:
Hitoshi: Are you sure it’s a good idea to let [Mei] work on your costume?
Izuku: She’s actually pretty brilliant when she’s not making me wear stuff that could make my head explode.
Hitoshi: The fact you can say that with such a straight face is terrifying.
  • In the hero name class, Bakugo's first choice ("King Explosion Murder") is rejected out of hand. Pretty much everyone starts laughing over not only how horrible and over the top the name is, but the fact that Bakugo is completely serious about it.
  • Mei comes to Izuku with one of her "babies" and plants it on Izuku's head.
Mei: Midoriya! Quick. Use your Quirk and float something!
Izuku: Er Hatsume. What exactly is going-
Mei: Less talking, more glowing. Lift something! A cup, a bowl. A skirt, I don’t care. Just come on!
    Himiko: (stands up) I volunte-
Ochako: (grabs Himiko and yanks her down) Oh don’t you even try that!
  • A hero gossip program publishes images of Izuku and Ochako and speaks of them as a couple. Ochako starts floating, Izuku goes blank... and Inko cracks up laughing at them.
    • Inko decides to be less subtle about being a Shipper on Deck... because she doesn't want Toshinori to win their Side Bet.
  • Izuku unironically claims he's not blind.
  • While waiting for the train to their internships, Aizawa asks if everyone has their hero costume. Mineta sells out Izuku because he doesn't have his.
Izuku (thinking): I’m going to hit him with a bench. I’m going to hit him with a bench and become a villain.
    • Mei brings him his suit and complains about the rest of the Support Course. Izuku wisely chooses not to ask about it.
    • Then a laughing woman appears, asking if Aizawa is finally ready to marry her. Mina instantly pounces on that and pouts when Aizawa quickly denies it.
      • Shinso goes completely Oh, Crap! when he learns that the laughing woman is Ms. Joke, the hero he's interning with. The Dekusquad girls crack up (Ochako actually begins to float off), while Iida and Todoroki pat him on the shoulder in sympathy. And, of course, Ms. Joke makes another reference to the Shinso-is-Aizawa's-kid Fandom Nod.
  • The events of the first day of internships:
    • Himiko is resting at the motel where she's staying for her internship when Tenya knocks on her door. When he insists on speaking now, she lets him in with a grin... and then Tenya learns that not only was she half-naked, she was watching porn and about to masturbate - and comments that she would have turned it into Go Fish if it had been Izuku.
    • Hitoshi has to deal with Ms. Joke's teaching methods - which involve making him learn how to make knock-knock jokes and watching hours of stand-up comics. By the end of the day, he's ready to burn Ketsubutsu (the school where Ms. Joke teaches) to the ground.
    • Ochako's internship with Mirko begins with the Rabbit-Hero beating her to a pulp in a sparring match and ends with an ice bath. During all this Mirko has an absolute devil-may-care attitude (except for when Ochako calls her short) and is reveling in her tormenting of Ochako.
Ochako: (trying to fight off hypothermia) I-I-I h-h-hate y-y-y-y-y-y-you!
Mirko: Good. Maybe you'll actually put up a fight tomorrow so I know I'm not wasting my time.
  • As Gran Torino shows his Sadist Teacher credentials, Izuku wonders why he got saddled with the hardest internship. Cue Ochako (who is suffering through getting her neck grinded on by Miruko's heel), Hitoshi (who is forced to test using a ventriloquist dummy for his power), Tenya, Himiko (who are glaring daggers at each other while Manual tries to teach them his work), Shouto (who has to deal with his father) and Bakugo (who picked Best Jeanist as his internship hero and is now getting his hair thoroughly gelled) sneezing at the same time.
  • Hawks and Tokoyami visit Mirko - and find her opening holes in the wall by throwing Ochako through it, so Hawks shoots his feathers to catch her. Ochako pokes the feathers in order to ensure her brain is not broken.
    • Dark Shadow mentions he can't wait to tell the rest of 1-A about Ochako's cussing. Ochako grabs him by the beak and threatens him to be silent.
    • The Hero Commission man coming with Hawks tells Mirko they want her to join Hawks in finding Stain. Mirko sends the table (the only one left intact in the entire building) flying through several floors before stating she works alone. Ochako calls her a coward for not going there, which (after a shared glare between both females) causes Mirko to laugh.
      • Then it turns out that all of it was a theater for the sake of the Hero Commission.
  • Izuku accidentally calls Ochako.
Ochako: Sounds like I just got butt dialed.
Izuku: Ha ha, yeah… Well you know me and my stupid butt.
[Ochako moans, causing Izuku to fire up]
    Ochako: Mmm yeah I do.
    Izuku: Wai huh?
Ochako: I MEAN! I’VE DONE THAT BEFORE! Butt dial. So yeah I do know what you mean. So don’t worry about it... Ha ha ha haaaa.
  • Gran Torino and All Might trade banter about their (lack of) love lives when Toshinori mentions he's been sort of dating someone - Inko. Gran Torino immediately makes the connection to Izuku's mother. All Might's thoughts?
    • Then Izuku comes down and tells All Might he will become the next bearer of One for All. The solemn moment is broken when All Might gives him a hair and Gran Torino cracks up (the same thing Nana did when she gave All Might One for All).
  • Himiko mentally begs for anything to do to shake off the boredom of the internship. A woman immediately shouts about someone stealing her purse.
Himiko: [thinking] ... Okay that works. Now how about sending me a horny, naked Izuku? [Beat; thinking] Well fuck you, too.
  • Himiko and Tenya chase down two purse snatchers during their internship. One takes a swing at Himiko, and she blocks... with her bladed gauntlet. Both of them are rather stunned by the result and calmly explain as much to Manual while the poor mook screams bloody murder.
  • Miruko just can't stop Trolling Ochako - she takes her to Hosu by strapping her to her back and jumping all the way there, making multiple (unnecessary) flips on the way. Ochako ends up shouting bloody murder the whole way, and as soon as they arrive she releases herself and presses her visor to the concrete, declaring that she will never leave the ground.
  • When all hell breaks loose and Miruko runs after one Nomu, leaving Ochako with Endeavor and Shouto, the Number Two Hero calls to them.
Endeavor: SHOUTO! And... girl. Let's go!
    • Meanwhile, Tenya takes advantage of the distraction to slip away to find Stain. Toga has some (mental) choice words.
THAT FOUR EYED BASTARD!!! I’M GOING TO CASTRATE HIM!!!
  • When All Might is driving Izuku and Gran Torino to Hosu, the latter grows impatient with how long it's taking (since they could have taken the train, but All Might wanted to go in without being seen) and decides to go full Manchild:
Gran Torino: Are We There Yet?
    All Might: No.
    Gran Torino: I want McDonald's.
All Might: You ate before we left.
Gran Torino: That was in the afternoon, the sun's gone down, Toshinori.
    Izuku: [groans annoyed]
    • When Gran Torino continues to complain, Izuku accidentally voices his thougths. All Might laughs up a storm, while Gran Torino threatens to kick the back of his seat using his power.
      Gran Torino: I want McDonald's.
Izuku: Let's just get him a Happy Meal. He's short enough they may even give him a toy to play with.
  • Shouto is not the only one that believes Izuku is All Might's secret love child; Endeavor also thinks this when he talks with All Might following Izuku's sudden development of new and greater powers. All Might is left baffled by the experience.
    • This gets even funnier when it turns out All Might does have a secret love child... and it's Melissa Shield, AKA Star and Stripe. Who was misdiagnosed as Quirkless but one day suddenly developed her power by accidentally making herself as strong as All Might, the same reasoning Endeavour applied to the wrong person.
  • Himiko requests a "less scary" hero costume from the Support Department. Someone has the bright idea of dressing her as a clown. Ochako ends up rolling on the floor, laughing - and Hitoshi sends two photos of her to the Dekusquad. And after that Ochako sends them more photos of the other costumes she puts on to the 1-A girls chat.
  • For Izuku's Quirk training, All Might brings a kiddie pool full of water to cool Izuku off. Himiko asks Ochako to take some pics if Izuku needs to use it, and jokingly accuses her of being greedy when Ochako says Himiko won't get anything from her.
  • How Mei reacts when she realizes Himiko's classmates didn't know about her dark past before Saito outed her on live television:
Hatsume: (points at Toga) Wait? What are we surprised about again? The killing stuff?
Kaminari: (shifting nervously) I mean, yeah.
  • When 1-A sneaks into the parent-teacher conference on Toga, the parents call out to their children - only for everyone to fall silent when Denki's mother calls him "Sparkly Snuffelupagus".
  • Mei casually calling Bakugou Mr. Small Dick Energy right in front of him and the reactions that follow:
    Midoriya: (wide-eyed) H-Hatsume!
Hatsume: What? Toga has been teaching me how to swear and said that Bakugou is the best target to get in some good practice. Was it not good?
Jirou: (coughing into her hand) Pretty damned accurate if you ask me.
  • While chapter 40 is quite a heavy and dramatic Wham Episode, it has some moments worthy of a chuckle:
    • After Izuku accidentally calls Ochako beautiful, she is left completely speechless, Inko is typing at an alarming speed and Eri starts to sing "Izuku and Ochako. Sitting on a tree. K.I.S.S.I.N.G. First comes to-"
    • Ochako accidentally walks into Izuku during his suit measuring. With Izuku just on his boxers. She then desperately texts Himiko for advice. Her reaction?:
Himiko: I swear to god, this isn’t fucking fair! FUCK YOU OCHAKO! YOU LUCKY BITCH!
    • Himiko accidentally interrupts Izuku's Erotic Dream with Ochako. Hilarity Ensues.
Himiko: I mean, you did call me all flustered because you called her beautiful. It’s not that hard to put two and two together, Izuku. All those pretty dresses and a knockout like Ochako trying them on. I know I'd be having some fun dreams after... wait? Something in Himiko’s voice changed. Taking a more sultry tone as something clicked. Izuku? I was just teasing you, but were you dreaming of Ochako?
      Izuku whined.
      Himiko: What was she wearing?
      Izuku whimpered.
Himiko: Or what was she not wearing?
    • And because the situation is not hilarious enough, Izuku accidentally thinks about the dream and moans over the phone, right into Himiko's ear. Even she is left flabbergasted before he hangs up. It's pretty obvious what Himiko will do next.
    • For most of the chapter, Izuku's subconscious repeatdly teases him about his crush on Ochako, and it doesn't help that its starting to sound like Himiko. note  At the end however that last one to 'speak' is actually a Vestige, most likely Daigoro Banjo, the Fifth User, manifesting within his mind and playing Shipper on Deck.
      Izuku: Perfume?
      Subconscious!Himiko: She smells good.
      Izuku: Oh, please shut up.
Subconscious!Himiko: And she’s so close too.
      Izuku: We’ve been closer!
      Subconscious!Himiko: Really?
Izuku: When we spar and she gets me in those Gunhead Martial Arts grapples.
Subconscious!Himiko: You really love it when she’s kicking your butt, don’t you? Throwing you down on the ground and mounting you.
Izuku: I like sparring with her, yes. Losing, not so much.
      Beat
      Izuku: Um, hello?
Subconscious!Himiko: I might sound like Toga, but I’m still part of your subconscious. How did that last part fly over your head like that?
Vestige: Yeah kid, that’s kinda nuts.
    • During the dinner with Re-Destro, he asks Izuku a very poignant Armor-Piercing Questionnote . This is how the others react:
      Izuku froze.
      Ochako stopped mid bite.
      Hisashi smiled.
      Inko was unreadable.
      Eri chomped on a potato.
    • After the dinner is over, we have this beautiful piece of Innocent Innuendo:
Izuku: Are you sure you want to see this, Uraraka?
Ochako: Deku, I’m a big girl. And I’m sure you’re just trying to make it seem bigger than it actually is. I swear, boys exaggerate about the silliest things.
      Izuku: It’s big, I swear.
      Ochako: Then let me see!
Izuku: (Sighs) Okay, but you asked for this.
      Ochako: Oh!
Izuku: You see! I knew you’d think it was too—
      Ochako: WHAAAA!
Ochako’s eyes went wide as she looked at the numbers on Izuku’s phone. The prices of the meals they had eaten, and especially the drinks they had been served.
(What’d you think he was talking about?)
  • Himiko decides to mess with Ochako by turning into Izuku and running her hands over Ochako's abs. Ochako shoves her away.
Himiko: Admit it! Izuku’s hands felt so—! (Ochako punches her) —OW! You bitch! You’re just mad I gave you something to think about later tonight, aren’t you!?
Ochako: I do not need your help coming up with reasons to think about Deku at night.
    • Then Ochako asks Himiko to turn into Izuku again. When Himiko does so (wondering if she flipped a switch in her), Ochako turns on the Slasher Smile and reveals why:
Ochako: Because I need you to be a boy if I’m going to smash your nuts.
Himiko: (mentally panicking) Wrong switch! Wrong switch!
  • The teacher testing Toga for the term's practical is Midnight. Toga sing-songs about how she now gets to stab her and get an A for it.
Himiko: I’m gonna stab Midnight. I’m gonna stab Midnight today. I’m gonna stab Midnight today, and totally get an A.
    • When it comes to the exam, she (paired up with Tsuyu) is sent to the Downpour Zone, only it's heavily snowing. Himiko and Tsuyu end up trudging through piles of snow, while Midnight taunts the former through holograms... and Himiko learns after passing that Midnight didn't even enter the testing ground.
  • After Bakugo called Ochako a bitch in heat, Izuku punched him and would rather fail than take the exam with him... But All Might and Gran Torino thought it was because he had figured out One for All, and are surprised when it turns out it was something else.
    • All Might, Gran Torino, and Bakugo's sheer shock when Izuku accepts Bakugo's apology. It's because in all the years he's known him Bakugo said "sorry" so few times Izuku could count them on one hand and still have fingers to spare.
    • Later, Himiko wants to know if Izuku recorded it.
  • During his test, Izuku remembers Ochako saying that she was willing to let him find out what's hard and what's still soft about her after the exams. And realizes what it was about.
Izuku: Oh my god, was she flirting with me?! DID SHE SAY SHE WANTED ME TO TOUCH HER?! HOW DID I MISS THAT?!
Bakugo: WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!
    • And since their classmates heard everything, they crack up laughing. Most of them think that it was Himiko that said it, but Himiko turns to Ochako, looking way too proud at her friend's forwardness.
  • Everything about Mei figuring out One for All. Especially how quickly she accepted it and Bakugo's blow up at Izuku for not telling her - he thought she already knew due being the one who needed to do just that.
  • When Ochako sees a shrunken All Might (still wearing his hero costume) in the same room as Bakugo, she attempts to cover up for the former by praising his cosplaying.
  • When Izuku reveals he's been seeing the vestiges of past One For All holders, he admits the first time he saw them was standing behind Ochako during training. She takes this reveal well:
Ochako: (blue-faced and shaking) WHY WOULDN’T YOU TELL ME I HAD GHOSTS BEHIND ME!
  • Chapter 50 is a long string of these.
    • After a horrific, borderline traumatizing training session, where Himiko plays a villain, picking off the members of the summer training course one by one, horror movie style, she gives Momo permission to take a free shot to pay her back for it. Momo’s response is to create a cannon and pin Himiko to the wall with quick-hardening cement. Afterwards, Midnight comes in, sees her, snarks at her, then leaves her.
    • At the beach party, all the other participants, including Inko place bets on how long it will be before Himiko starts swearing in front of Eri. Meanwhile, Eri keeps wondering when Himiko is start going to use the “fun words”.
    • Shoto shows up, wrapped in a towel, with everyone learning that he’d been wearing a fundoshi (loincloth). On top of that, he then demonstrates that his notions of flirting and romance are influenced by the daytime soaps that Fuyumi watches.
    • Tsuyu talks to Ochako about the former’s feelings for Himiko, with Ochako being rightfully flabbergasted that Izuku, of all people, has been giving Tsuyu advice on romance. Izuku counters by claiming that he told Tsuyu to do everything that he didn’t, and that he’s the ultimate bad example…which actually works to defuse Ochako’s wrath.
    • When the group begins discussing Izuku and Ochako’s plans for I-Island, they also start talking about how the pair would have to ditch All Might at some point, in order to set up a proper romantic atmosphere. However, it is at that moment that Tenya announces that he will be going as well, to represent his brother’s agency, and that he will gladly take over as the pair’s chaperone…which naturally prompts Ochako to seriously consider Himiko’s offer to stab him.
    • Himiko almost manages to make it through the whole party without swearing in front of Eri, but ultimately fails at the very end…which results in Inko taking the pot.
Inko “Oh, I had complete faith she’d try her hardest for Eri.” [smirks] “But that faith only got her to the end of the night.”
    Izuku “You’re horrible.”
    Inko “Horribly rich.”
  • When they arrive to their hotel at I-Island, Izuku and Ochako find out that they have been put in the same room... which has been prepared as if for a couple in their honeymoon. Turns out, when All Might made the reservations, he spoke at length about doing something nice for them - and then asked for "a couple of rooms", which the manager misunderstood as "a couple's room".
    • When checking the bathroom, Izuku realizes the shower door is completely transparent, but Melissa shows it can be turned opaque. Ochako tells Izuku to go in to test that... and Izuku begins to take off his clothes.
  • How Izuku discovers Melissa is actually Star and Stripe: Melissa had left in a hurry and forgot her pogo stick, so Izuku followed her to give it back... and arrived right after she had turned gigantic. She then turned back into Melissa to convince him he had just hit his head, but retransformed mid-sentence.
    • Ochako seeing a giant woman run with Izuku literally under her arm and calling Himiko for suggestions.
      “And you're calling me because—”
“What am I supposed to do?”
      “……”
      “Toga?! What am I—”
“FUCKING GO AFTER THEM YOU IDIOT!”
Ochako blinked, then nodded. "Oh, right. Because this is a kidnapping. Not a romantic rendezvous I could end up interrupting……”
The scream on the other end of the phone would have made Ochako wince if she wasn't still in shock. “EITHER SOME BITCH IS TRYING TO STEAL IZUKU OR SOME BITCH IS TRYING TO STEAL IZUKU FROM YOU!!! BOTH CASES, 'GO THE FUCK AFTER THEM!!!
    • Melissa has just finished explaining her story to Izuku... And then Ochako barges in ready to do violence, only to stop when she realizes she's threatening Star and Stripe. Who then has to explain everything again.
  • Chapter 53 is all about Izuku and Ochako's first date.
    • It begins with Ochako straddling a still asleep Izuku, ready to give him a very good morning present... until she remembers that this is not their honeymoon, this is their first date. She falls off the bed.
    • Izuku blackmails All Might into not acting as a chaperone for the date.
    • When All Might tells Ochako she should tell Izuku about her Lady Swears-a-Lot penchant, she blackmails him into not telling Izuku about that in exchange of her not telling him about his crush on Inko. Melissa arrives just then and warns All Might that he's not getting involved in chaperoning the kids.
    • When Ochako just tells Izuku All Might was giving her The Talk, Izuku gets flirty - only to receive Ochako's own flirty answer in response.
    • A Test-Your-Strength game offers passes to get faster into everything in the amusement park. After several brawl-y guys tried, Izuku comes in and manages to reach the goal, to everyone's shock. When the stand's owner states winning is only worth for one ticket, Ochako enters... and almost destroys the stand.
    • The duo finds a kart racing track, and Izuku challenges her - only to find himself in trouble... because he's never driven anything.
      • First question: if he wants manual or automatic. Izuku is shocked that they're using automatic pilot in this. Ochako tells him they mean the transmission.
      • When the race begins, Izuku makes some Loophole Abuse and uses Psychokineses to lift all the other karts just enough to keep them from moving. As he passes Ochako, he realizes he may have made a critical mistake.
''It's fortunate Izuku can't read lips, or he might have died from shock at the very choice four letter words Ochako was hurling at him.
Ochako: --ND THEN I'LL TURN IT SIDEWAYS!
      • Izuku makes the critical mistake of not breaking while taking a turn, so he crashes into the side of the track. When Ochako passes him, he thinks she's waving at him, so maybe she isn't too mad - when she was actually doing something entirely different.
      • Due to her distraction from doing that, Ochako gets rammed on the side by another kart - and her response causes everyone else to ram into each other.
      • Izuku manages to catch up to Ochako in the last straight before the turn to the goal. Both of them get into a Game of Chicken to see who brakes first. Both of them crash and lose.
      • At the end, Ochako complains because Izuku didn't brake first. Izuku asks if she wanted him to let her win.
Ochako: Don't... don't you try and use logic on me right now!
      • Finally, Izuku points out that the last time he thought of going easy on her, she tossed him into the ocean, finishing with accidentally calling her "his girl". When Ochako brings that up, Izuku undergoes a Heroic BSoD, and Ochako drags him around like a balloon.
    • The two find Melissa running another game. Ochako is suspicious that she's there to spy on them on behalf of All Might.
Izuku: If she really intended to spy on us for All Might, she wouldn't have called us over. I'm sure he asked but I get the feeling no matter what, he'll get a 'everything was perfect response. Right?
Melissa: Yup. As long as neither of you get caught with your pants down in the tunnel of love.
Ochako: As long as we're not caught, huh?
      • One of the prizes in the booth is Cuddles, a 6-foot-tall teddy bear. Ochako really wants it.
      • The target for the booth: a decommissioned aircraft carrier anchored ten miles away. The weapon: a water BFG the size of a couch fed with multiple hoses.
      • Izuku makes a guess on how it works, only to get laughed at by one of the I-Island students. Ochako warns the students that she'll toss the next to laugh at Izuku into the carrier.
      • Melissa explains that the weapon fires water that has been superheated to the point of becoming plasma. Izuku immediately begins to strap in to fire with a huge grin.
      • When Ochako asks if it is safe, one of the students points out that the safety tent will be able to resist the explosion. When Ochako points out she means Izuku, the students guarantee that he won't feel anything - he'd be instantly vaporized.
      • The scene immediately cuts to Melissa setting up the bear for deliver to Izuku and Ochako’s room, indicating he won the game. However, during the setup, there’s a brief mention of Melissa whispering something, indicating that she used New Order to help Izuku win the game.
    • After eating together, Izuku can't help himself.
      • As Ochako ponders about that on her own, the little Himiko in her mind points out he's going to do something big - like kissing her. Ochako quickly fishes out some mint gum.
    • Another stand is Veggie Samurai as a LARP prop. Izuku and Ochako start to compete with each other - but when Izuku starts to use Psychokinesis to hold the targets in place, Ochako turns on him.
    • They next go to another ride - a haunted house-themed funhouse. When Izuku asks Ochako if she's scared, Ochako points out that I-Island is full of people like Hatsume - what does he think they can do to actually scare people? Izuku concedes - but, sadly for them, they are too late and fall in a trap.
      • Melissa decides to needle Ochako by reminding her of how she lost against Todoroki.
Izuku: Okay... so there's playing the role of instigator, and then there's poking the bear when you're safe and I'm in the cage with the bear.
        Melissa: Goood luck!
Ochako: Deku! We are getting out of here right now!
        Izuku: Y-yes!
Ochako: Also, who are you calling a bear?
        Izuku: I plead the fifth?
        Ochako: Grrr!
      • Just for the lulz, Melissa keeps using all the traps in the funhouse to literally push Izuku and Ochako together and get them to kiss each other.
      • When they finally manage to leave, Izuku and Ochako agree not to tell anyone, particularly Bakugo or Himiko. When Ochako wonders what the latter two would say, Izuku pulls off an imitation that makes Ochako almost do a Spit Take.
Izuku (imitating Bakugo): "You darn nerd! How the heck do you let yourself get lost in a bunch of kiddie games! I would have just blown it all up! Grr, roar, something something, die!"
  • Chapter 54: Ochako realizes, to her horror, that she allowed All Might to pick out her dress, which is a horrific, eye-watering, yellow-striped monstrosity that she, her friends, and Inko are absolutely disgusted by. Worse still, she ultimately knows she’ll have to wear it, because All Might had picked out a matching outfit for Izuku. Needless to say, when both her dress and Izuku’s suit are ruined by the fight against the villains in the next chapter, Ochako takes it as a win.
  • Chapter 55, for all its drama and action, has plenty of humor to go around.
    • Bakugo gets a job as a chef at I-Island during the expo with Kirishima and Shouji, and takes over the kitchen when the head chef falls ill. To no one’s surprise, he ends up becoming the Gordon Ramsay of superheroes, yelling how the food is raw and criticizing the staff for not checking it first before serving it.
    • Izuku and Ochako keep flirting throughout the fight, to the annoyance of their classmates as unfortunate witnesses.
Kyoka: This is the new normal, isn't it?
    • At the climax of the battle against Wolfram, Star And Stripe uses New Order to create a massive copy of herself out of ocean water, then crystalizes the salt in the water to create a sword…which is awesome…except that said sword is Anduril. To add to the humor, the one to recognize and point this out is Bakugo. The other one to recognize it is Momo, who starts reciting its history from the books…which turns out to be Kyoka’s Geeky Turn-On.
Kyoka: Please quote Lord of the Rings to me more.
    • After the fight is finally done, Izuku grabs Ochako and starts giving her The Big Damn Kiss... with Star and Stripe as an unwilling witness who tries to ignore the Make-Out Kids until Ochako ramps it up into a French kiss, whereupon Star tells the to cut it out.
  • In Chapter 56, All Might goes to Izuku's room... And interrupts him while he's making out with Ochako.
    • All Might wondering if Himiko somehow arrived on I-Island because "it looks like your necks… and then some, were the main course of a vampire social gathering."
    • All Might finally finding out he accidentally set Izuku and Ochako in the same room.
    • Izuku and Ochako introduce Melissa to their friend group via the Dekusquad chat... And Mei immediately demands she doesn't touch her client with inferior tech.
      Melissa: Inferior?
      • Then Shoto makes it worse:
S.Todoroki: Tht supprt itm Midoriya had lst n1ght smed alrite to m3.
  • At the end of Chapter 57, Himiko and Midnight have their usual session, with Midnight expecting the talk to be about the events of I-Island. Instead...
Himiko: So Tsu shoved her tongue down my throat. After she cut it.
  • Chapter 59:
    • The first part is Izuku trying to buy a present for Ochako for their One Week Anniversary. He ends up meeting Gentle Criminal and La Brava in the shop - with the "criminal" duo calling each other "Hubby" and "Honey" to avoid being recognized (not that Izuku actually recognizes them).
      • La Brava's suggestion: propose. Ochako has a My Significance Sense Is Tingling moment. Izuku's reply?
Izuku: Bu bu bu, we gotta form our agency and even before that there’s graduation and and and our licenses too!
      • Gentle Criminal's suggestion: Go Plus Ultra. Izuku ends up buying a huge basket of stuff - including mochi, which is what wins Ochako over accepting the present.
    • Meanwhile, the Dekusquad is meeting at Himiko's room, which has a new stranger: a baby-sized drone that just flew at Himiko's window, and which she let in. While everyone ponders what to do, Mei attempts to see if she can take it apart. It turns out to be a drone sent by Melissa so she can hang out with the rest of the group. When Himiko snarks that "sending a death drone" is perfectly normal, Melissa agrees - implicitly admitting that it is a "death drone".
    • The game of choice: UNO. With additional rules like Seven-Zero and stacking of all plus cards.
      • Within five minutes, Himiko is going absolutely bonkers because she gets a pile of cards and none of them is a green card. When she finally gets one and plays it, Shouto pulls a green reverse card and forces her to go through the same thing again.
      • Thirty minutes in, they are still at their first game, and there are four knives stuck on the wall. Only two of them were thrown by Himiko. And Shouto gets revenge on Himiko for something she did ten minutes before.
Shouto: I’m well practiced at holding a grudge.
      • Ochako asks Izuku to do something to cool down the air. Izuku decides to reveal how he, Ochako, Tsuyu, and Himiko are in a pseudo-poly relationship. Melissa's reaction implies she's actually interested in joining in.
      • Mei and Melissa remain locked in their rivalry over who's a better support item maker.
      • Mei non-ironically comments on Melissa not understanding the concept of personal space.
      • When Melissa shows off her list of patents, Mei implies it's all her father's and then brings up how Melissa's glove broke apart while Izuku used it. Hitoshi chooses to die by bringing up how the crest Mei made for Izuku burned out the first day he used it. Izuku is forced to grab Mei before she can forcefeed Hitoshi his own phone.
      • Shouto notes that women are territorial. When Hitoshi tells him to stop using his sister's soaps as a source of information, Shouto silently points at Ochako, Himiko, Mei, and Melissa. Tsuyu's reaction only further proves his point.
      • Mei chooses that moment to state she's not territorial - she's letting Ochako date Izuku in spite of the "baby making time" she takes up. Tenya and Hitoshi quickly jump away from the blast radius, while Shouto has to be dragged away.
      • Mei states she's more than able to fulfill Izuku's "carnal needs" on her own, and the girls call her bluff. Cue her whispering something to Izuku that leaves him with a nuclear blush and traumatized.
        Izuku: I-i-i-into-o-o wh-wh-where?!
      • Turns out, the people at the Support department are very much into having casual sex with each other. And it's not only at U.A., as Melissa reveals.
      • Game continues in spite of everything, and with Hitoshi about to win, Izuku drops another bombshell in the form of One for All as he takes Hitoshi's hand.
      • Tenya's take on Izuku's tale? Berate him for holding onto All Might's leg.
      • Shouto chooses this reveal as a prompt to mention what his father did to him and his mother.
      • When Melissa notes how disgraceful Endeavor's actions are, as she holds heroes to a standard, Mei and Tenya guess that All Might is her standard rule. Just as Izuku and Ochako are certain Melissa won't reveal her secret, Melissa transforms into Star and Stripe.
      • After all the reveals, Hitoshi sarcastically asks if anyone else has another world-shattering confession to make before he retakes his cards from Izuku. Mei reveals her mother is Lady Nagant, who is in Tartarus.
      • As everyone tries to digest that, Mei ponders if she counts as an accomplice to the assassinations Lady Nagant committed while she was pregnant with her.
  • Chapter 60:
    • Ochako's trying to find a good birthday present for Izuku, but after the gift he gave her a few days earlier, she's hitting a snag. Himiko mentions she wanted to do a Midnight cosplay, but Midnight's lingerie didn't fit her.
      • Himiko wanted to do it to replace that magazine, which makes Tsuyu mention the Pussycats - and Himiko hits on the idea of gifting him a chance to cosplay as the team along with them. When Tsuyu complains she didn't agree, Himiko convinces her to do it by pointing out she'd be wearing a sexy cosplay.
      • Ochako comes up with the idea of gifting him a "girlfriend coupon book", because he hasn't been as "adventurous" since he returned. Himiko complains that she can't feed off Ochako anymore because she'd give her diabetes.
      • When Himiko says Ochako's being cheap with the present, one angry croak is enough to make her backtrack.
      • After coming up with innocent ideas for the coupon book, Himiko attempts to add spicy stuff to it. Ochako asks Himiko if she wants her name to come up should Eri pick up the book and asks Inko what one of the things means. Himiko scaredly stops.
    • When going to the next "One for All meeting", Bakugo keeps complaining about the things Ochako's telling All Might. Ochako tells him (multiple times) that he doesn't get to complain about being in the loop after complaining of being out of the loop for so long.
      • All Might accidentally brings up the brain scars Izuku got from overusing his Quirk at Hosu. Just as he was about to open the door to the meeting room. As everyone processes what they just heard, Izuku opens the window and jumps out.
      • When Katsuki runs to the window to yell at Izuku, Ochako jumps over him and off his shoulders to go through the window. As he yells at Ochako, Himiko and Tsuyu do the same thing.
      • Izuku briefly ponders whether to run away to Spain or France, and asks himself if he would look good in a barrette.
      • As he runs from his friends, Izuku crosses paths with the Big Three and Yuyu. Ochako asks Nejire to Fastball Special her, which she happily does.
Yuyu: Why does it look like you’ve done that before?
    Nejire: (grinning happily) Flying lessons.
    Yuyu: … You scare me.
    • The 1-A students meet at Kiyashi Mall for their pre-summer camp buying. Everyone is stunned to see Katsuki and his mother yelling at each other like there was no tomorrow, with Ochako noting that at least they know where he got it. The fight immediately ends when Izuku, Inko, and Eri arrive, with Mitsuki struggling not to call her son names.
      • Tenya organizes everyone in pairs. One of them: Katsuki and Himiko. Who are horrified of it. And Eri deliberately decides to go with them because she knows it'll be the funniest thing.
      • Mitsuki asks Inko why she let Eri go with those two instead of Izuku. Inko replies she really wanted to let Izuku fool around with Ochako, and having Eri there would kinda ruin that. Inko also knows about the pseudo-poly relation ship Izuku's in.
      • Izuku and Ochako pass by a Victoria's Secret Expy and Izuku blushes when he sees some of the lingerie. When Ochako teasingly asks him which lingerie he was picturing her with and he lies, she jokingly complains that she mustn't be doing her job well. Then Izuku says which lingerie it was, and Ochako blushes.
