As is the case with all pages detailing Awesome Moments, Spoilers Off

  • Not only does Izuku run in to save Bakugou from the Sludge Villain as in canon, he overclocks his Quirk and almost rips the villain completely off of Bakugou before All Might steps in. The force is so strong Izuku mistakenly believes Bakugou was the one who did it, and it takes All Might's pushing for him to realize his potential.
  • The battle against Stain for Tenya, Himiko, Izuku, Ochako and Shouto.
    • When Himiko finds Stain about to kill Tenya, she distracts him with her rambling and then holds him for long enough, even though Stain's going for the kill, and she only loses because she slips on a fallen knife.
    • Izuku arrives and uses Psychokinesis to stop Stain from killing Himiko, and the two teens (even though Himiko has just lost an eye) work together, which forces Stain into a higher gear to hold them off.
    • Izuku overdoes his Quirk and collapses in pain, giving Stain an opening to paralyze Izuku. Himiko pulls all the stops and transforms into the Nomu, keeping Stain away from Izuku - until he stabs her through the chest with his sword.
    • Himiko prevents Stain from getting his sword back, allowing Ochako to arrive and dropkick the Hero Killer away, while Shouto shoots fireballs at Stain and uses his ice on Toga to keep her alive. Ochako jumps to fight Stain, using Zero Gravity to maneuver around Stain and possibly getting more hits in than anyone before, while Shouto helps her with long distance fire.
    • Izuku recovers from his fit, sees Ochako fighting Stain and essentially rages his way to use One for All. He proceeds to use his Quirk to stand up even though he is still paralyzed, rips the entire street apart and throws it all at Stain! And this, while keeping his friends untouched.
    • Stain attempts to take cover by grabbing Ochako, but Tenya shakes off his paralysis and uses Recipro-Burst to force Stain to unhand Ochako, sending the Hero Killer into the main street while bombarded with all the stuff Izuku is shooting at him.
    • But, in spite of this, Stain is still dodging everything for the most part - so Izuku uses One for All and Psychokinesis to make a platform of concrete and ride it on top of Stain, jumps so hard off it that it and all the concrete behind him explodes and Detroit Smashes the spot Stain had been standing, making the street explode! Stain only just dodges the main punch but gets carried away by the shock wave.
    • The end result? Stain is K.O.ed and captured by Ochako and Tenya (the last two standing since Toga and Izuku were badly injured and Shouto was treating the former), long before the pro heroes arrive. Compared to canon, when Stain still had enough fight left in him to rescue Izuku from the Winged Nomu, it's an impressive feat that leaves Miruko, Gran Torino, and Endeavor stunned when they realize what just happened.
  • Shigaraki has Kurogiri send the winged Nomu to capture a gravely injured Izuku. Ochako manages to hold into it and uses her Quirk on it, just in time to throw it off course, and attacks it to force it to drop Izuku.
    • The Nomu grabs Ochako by the neck to throttle her while a helpless Izuku watches... and he suddenly manifests a third Quirk, and not just one of the previous wielders, but a souped-up version of Hisashi's Fire Breath strong enough to incinerate a Nomu!
  • Toga is under heavy guard following the fight with Stain, such that none of her friends or UA staff can see her. Nezu, though, has a plan, discreetly sending Shouto with a wheelchair to Izuku's room and telling them to wait for their distraction. That distraction? A pissed off All Might charging in and demanding to see his students.
I AM HERE TO SEE MY STUDENTS! WHO WANTS TO TELL ME I CAN'T?!
  • When Himiko's past is revealed, Bakugo demands answers from Izuku. Izuku promptly (and angrily) fires back by making it clear that he knows Bakugo isn't angry because it was all kept a secret - it's because it was kept a secret from him.
  • U.A.'s teachers ask all of 1-A's parents to a conference - including Toga's parents and Hisashi Midoriya. When Toga's parents (speaking through videoconference) make their claim that they will have her sent to Tartarus, Inko (who has not been happy at all since the reveal) explodes, laying down an absolutely blistering "The Reason You Suck" Speech on the Togas, calling them out for their Never My Fault attitudes and complete assholish-ness, before stating they are not Toga's parents, yanking the computer's power cord with her Quirk and closing the laptop so hard she breaks the screen. The Pro Heroes are left reeling at the sudden demonstration of power, and Hisashi backs off when Inko challenges him.
    • Before that moment, Inko sits next to Endeavor on the first row. When Endeavor suggests she should move away, lest she get burned from his flames, Inko sasses back at the Number Two Hero by suggesting he might be more comfortable in the second row.
  • Inko's past. Holy shit.
    • When she was a young teen, she was an orphan living in an island far away from the Japanese Home Islands, trying to get by with her friends. Then a corrupt mining company came and started to strip mine the island without a care for the brutal contamination they cause. Inko and her friends turned from a small group of orphans to a crew of fighters that eventually managed to ruin the company's assets in the island and forced them out.
    • The company left a vacuum hole that a yakuza filled by using the abandoned installations to cook drugs. When one of Inko's friends dies of an overdose, she goes to war against the Yakuza, destroying every lab and hidey-hole they have in the island, save for the fortified docks.
    • One night, the group finds out that the Yakuza are bringing a valuable package to the island. They ambush the gangsters and take the package - whereupon they meet the package's "owner", All for One himself.
    • Inko has her friends leave, and manages to keep All for One from killing her. The supervillain is amused enough that he decides to give her Fa Jin and a tip about a Yakuza meeting that will take place in the docks in a few days.
    • Inko realizes that her group can't take on the docks... until Hisashi gives her an idea. When the town has a meeting, Inko comes in, reveals what's going on - with the clear implication that the mayor is on the Yakuza's payroll - and convinces the town to join her in a fight to finally kick out the Yakuza from their island. After the fight, Inko is voted in as the new mayor.
  • One for the author: In part 3 of the build-up to final exams, Izuku's friend group has a talk about sex appeal in the hero industry. Ochako calmly but flatly roasts Iida's privileged point of view when he opines that his mother didn't need sex appeal to be great by pointing out that his mother had more doors open to her due to the Iida name and wealth. Ochako has Izuku list off descriptions of other pro heroines' outfits to illustrate her point and finishes with:
Ochako: Just so you know, I never asked for my costume to be skintight. That was... well it was already decided on.
  • During the final test, Izuku and Bakugo have to team up against All Might. Izuku proves to be the MVP of the game by first using Boric Pyre on All Might hard enough that All Might has a hard time putting it out, generally blocking All Might's attacks with his barrier, and eventually coming up with a Crazy Enough to Work plan where he gets All Might into an underground garage, sets up explosions to destroy several columns to make it easier to bring the place down, and then figures out how to use One for All - allowing him to take on All Might one on one while dodging pretty much every attack. And when All Might begins to feel it, Bakugo comes and throws a grenade, causing enough smoke that allows Bakugo to approach him and trigger one of his Grenadier Bracers with Izuku's help, while Izuku comes from the other side and triggers the other Bracer, catching All Might between two psychic barriers and two enormous explosions.
  • When they are at the I-Island amusement park, both Izuku and Ochako participate in a Test-Your-Strength game that several burly men have tried and failed. Izuku powers up with Full Cowl 5% and hits the bell. Ochako goes next and crushes the plate.
  • Another of the games is a shooting range where the weapon is a BFG that fires water plasma and the target is a decommissioned aircraft carrier that is ten miles away. In order to get the big prize, you have to hit a crash test dummy standing in the bridge. And you only get one shot. Izuku hits the crash test dummy... with some help from Melissa.
  • After the fight with Wolfram, Izuku tells Melissa that the gauntlet she made for him was good enough to stand two 100% Smashes before breaking down. Melissa is shocked - because, when she made it for All Might, he needed three 100% punches to wreck the gauntlet.
  • Shigaraki takes Inko hostage at the mall. When Inko learns that Shigaraki won't stop until he kills Izuku, she uses her Quirk to grab one of Himiko's box cutters and guts Shigaraki, even as he uses Decay on her neck.
    • But then Eri has a trigger from the trauma of seeing Inko dying, and Bakugo manages to pull Himiko away from Inko just in time before Eri creates a storm of energy around her, that heals Inko completely.
