The Nomus' weakness to penetrating damage will eventually be exploited by the heroes
During the USJ incident, Toga manages to hit the Nomu with her syringes, even extracting blood, before she cuts the lines off so the monster cannot catch her. There's no way either thing won't come up in the future.
  • It does come up... when Toga transforms into the Nomu during the fight with Stain and the latter easily skewers her with his katana.

When will Izuku and Ochako become a couple?
If the author decides to adapt the movies, Two Heroes would be an excellent opportunity, so that’s one possibility.
  • I've actually asked the author if they are planning on using the movies and they've said yes, so it's possible.
  • Confirmed. Deku and Ochako get together during the Two Heroes adaptation.

If Heroes' Rising is adapted, Ochako (not Bakugou) will be the one to temporarily gain One for All
Given that Izuku's relationship with Bakugou is much more hostile than canon, and Eri's comments during her phone call with Toga in the Chapter 16 flash forward, it seems like a likely outcome.
  • Considering how the second prophecy Pemphredo makes to Inko implies there will be a temporary Tenth Torchbearer, it's clear someone is going to get One for All.

Midnight's Fate
She could survive the events of the PLF war (maybe thanks to Toga), but sustain some severe injury that forces her to retire from heroing (and focus on teaching, natch) leaving the space open for Toga to become her successor as 'R-Rated Heroine'.

Toga's eye
Eri will almost certainly restore it at some point.
  • Jossed. A flashforward shows Toga as a Hero and with an electronic eye.

Other members of the League of Villains
Even though Toga is on the side of good in this story, it’s likely that the majority of the Vanguard Action Squad will be the same, but Mustard will take Toga’s place as the LOV’s resident evil minor.
  • Saito may also join up due to his past with Toga, and the MLA is already shown an interest in getting his side of the story.
    • See below for the confirmation.
  • Of course, several of them only joined because Stain was linked to the LOV due to the speech he made before his arrest - here he was knocked out by Izuku before he could do that.

Saito will pull a Face–Heel Turn and become a villain, that villain being Mustard.
The ending scene of Chapter 34 has all but outright confirmed that Saito will play a brief antagonistic role in the story, with Curious manipulating his hatred of Toga and his anger at the heroes for allowing her to attend U.A so that he could confront Toga about in front of the press. However, his role may end up being bigger than this, as there are a lot of minor details within that scene that draw parallels between Saito and Mustard. For example:

  1. Saito is introduced in the scene watching the video on Stain's arrest, and seems to resonate with what he says about Himiko. In canon, Mustard joined up with the League because of Stain.
  2. Saito seems to be fairly intelligent and observant, as he knew that Curious' job was beyond that of a journalist. Mustard, in canon, was shown to be decently intelligent, if cocky to a fault.
  3. Saito, quite obviously, is shown to resent Heroes for, from his view, letting Toga off easy while forcing him and his family into silence with the threat of jail time. In canon, Mustard is clearly shown to not think all that highly about Heroes, to the point of them being a Broken Pedestal for him.
  4. Saito is shown to be in contact with someone who is heavily implied to be Spinner.
  5. The minor detail of Saito having to filter the air out of his room for an unknown reason, with it being implied to do with his quirk. Now keep in mind that Mustard has a gas-based quirk that is shown to affect him, and he, theoretically, could lose control of his quirk when angry/distressed, resulting in him having to filter the gas out of the room he is in to avoid being knocked out.

All of this evidence seems to suggest that Saito will be the identity of Mustard in this adaptation, and will end up joining with either the League or the MLA after a catalyst finally pushes him over the edge.

How Inko survived her encounter with Lady Nagant.
Chapter 40 reveals that Inko Midoriya was an agent of the Meta Liberation Army, much like her husband. And not just that: apparently, she was an operative so deadly, the Hero Safety Commission dispatched Lady Nagant to finish her off. And somehow, she survived. How that happened:
  1. Inko was pregnant with Izuku, which could lead to a Kill Bill-like situation, where Nagant (who is known for being fond to kids) is unwilling to kill a pregnant woman and lets Inko go, but with the condition she abandons the MLA and they mever meet again, which Inko complies for her child's sake.
  2. Inko somehow faked her death. In fact, her real name may not even be Inko Midoriya. This could be one of her cover identities, or worse, she killed the actual Inko and took her name.
  • Jossed in the following chapters. Her real name was Inko Midoriya, and created a group she named after the original MLA because she read Destro's original manifesto, to fight a corrupt company strip-mining her home island and the Yakuza. Lady Nagant was just coming out of her training by the time they met, and even then Inko only survived by Faking the Dead and using her real name to escape attention (having gone by Nenshouki Inko after marrying Hisashi).
Overhaul is going to find out where Eri is because of the dinner
One of the things that happens before the dinner with the MLA leaders is a journalist taking a photo of the Midoriyas - a photo that includes Eri. Given how Overhaul put up a bounty for information on where Eri is, it's easy to imagine someone will cash in by bringing a newspaper to him.

All for One will give Tomura another Quirk.
Because he couldn't resist giving his apprentice a power-up to match Izuku's. The training he will receive from Chimera could be preparation to receive another Quirk. Maybe one from the previous users. Maybe even Nana's, just to spite her further.

Toga will be able redeem some villains
Considering her life before she became a hero and how she was still accepted by Class 1-A despite her unsavory past being revealed, Toga will likely have a hand in helping some villains reform. For example, she will be able to redeem Twice, succeeding where Hawks failed in canon, because she still sympathizes with him and could become a genuine friend to him.

Izuku and Ochako's first fight will be after the Training Camp.
If Bakugo's still captured, Deku's going to want to save him. Ochako definitely won't, probably convinced that the League will have turned him already. They'll get into an argument as their irreconcilable difference of opinion hits a boiling point, and the argument will escalate. How bad it will be depends on the author, but they'll definitely be in a rough spot for some time afterwards.
