Voiced by: Cassandra Lee Morris (English), Yui Horie (Japanese)
Rarity: 5★
Element: Fire
Class: Knight
Zodiac Sign: Aries

The Queen of Wintenberg, a brave woman knnown as the Storm Dragon Knight. She has a righteous and sincere personality, but will stubbornly resist any attempts to change her mind.

  • The Ace: Rose states on multiple occasions that nobody is a better Dragon Knight than Ceci.
  • Affectionate Nickname: Ceci, as a result of her Friendly Address Privileges.
  • Area of Effect: Her second and third skills attack all enemies simultaneously.
  • Ascended Extra: She goes from being a supporting character in Episode 1 and Put on a Bus in Episode 2 to becoming one of the main protagonists in Episode 3.
  • Asskicking Leads to Leadership: To earn the throne of Wintenberg, one must defeat the current ruler, and Ceci is the best of the best according to Rose.
  • Battle Ballgown: Cecilia's dress has armor pieces in it.
  • The Bus Came Back: After being absent in Godkiller, she returns as one of the main characters in Hymn of a Wailing Tundra.
  • Changing of the Guard: The Wintenberg dynasty passes their knowledge and legacy about Dragon Knights via holy scripture.
  • Chekhov M.I.A.: In "The Wyvern on the Red Sand Island" hidden story on Chapter 3, Rose went to the island because she's looking for Cecilia, who thought that she would also come for the Wyvern because she's also a Dragonslayer. To her surprise, Cecilia isn't around, but Rose still believes that they would meet one day.
  • Cool Crown: It's similar to a crown of thorns, but with black and longer spikes.
  • Critical Status Buff: After her "Steel Cloudburst" skill has been Awakened, it's debuff chance increases when her health is less than 50%.
  • The Dragonslayer: Her profession, just like Rose.
  • Draw Aggro: Her ultimate skill, "Ruinous Retribution", provokes the enemies while granting her a barrier for 2 turns.
  • Friendly Address Privileges: She often asks people to call her Ceci and treat her like a friend rather than royalty.
  • Hot as Hell: Downplayed. An Epic Pass Skin makes her look like a Succubus, but only in appearance.
  • In-Series Nickname: Rose calls her "Ceci".
  • Jousting Lance: Her weapon is a large lance.
  • Ms. Fanservice: In her Succubus Skin, she wears a black Leotard of Power that lines out how shapely her body is.
  • Rank Scales with Asskicking: Queen of Wintenberg and the most powerful Dragon Knight.
  • The Rival: She views Luna as one, because even though both of them grew up like sisters, Cecilia can't forgive Luna's betrayal.
  • We Used to Be Friends: With Luna, at least until the latter poisoned Cecilia's mother, Queen Francesca.

    Rose
"Sky's light, smite them."

Voiced by: Jeannie Tirado (English), Shizuka Ishigami (Japanese)
Rarity: 4★
Element: Ice
Class: Knight
Zodiac Sign: Libra

A close aide and retainer of Cecilia. Rose is rude, self-interested and unpleasant, believing primarily in strength. She fought within the Archdemon's armies out of respect for Tenebria and later led a band of raiders around Taranor.

  • Asskicking Leads to Leadership: This is her mantra. If a person is strong, they get her utmost respect and loyalty. If they're weak, she looks down upon them and tries to avoid interacting with them.
  • Cleavage Window: Her breastplate reveals this part.
  • Dragon Knight: Rose is one.
  • The Dragonslayer: Her profession, just like Cecilia.
  • Draw Aggro: Her first skill, "Sequential Cutter", either provokes the enemy or increases her defense depending on her remaining health. Nonetheless, Rose primarily plays as a defensive tank because of this.
  • Face–Heel Turn: She works with the Archdemon's forces during Episode 1, supposedly because she admired Tenebria's strength.
  • Jerkass to One: She's viciously cruel to Nemunas and often bullies her. Across from that, she's staunchly loyal to Cecilia.
  • Knightly Sword and Shield: Uses a sword and shield in combat.
  • One-Hit Kill: Near the end of "The Wyvern on the Red Sand Island" hidden story on Chapter 3, The heroes met up with Rose, who took the Wyvern with just one strike. Rose says that it's only natural because she's a Dragonslayer.
  • The Rival: She competes with Ravi in order to become even stronger.
  • Scarf of Asskicking: There's a black scarf wrapped on her neck. For some reason, it curves around Rose as seen on her artwork.
  • Sexy Backless Outfit: Her armor is backless. This can be seen during her third skill's animation, which shows her back.
  • Support Party Member:
    • Her second skill, "Shield of Light", dispels two debuffs from an ally, grants them a barrier, and also increases their Combat Readiness by 10%.
    • Her ultimate skill, "Goddess of Victory", increases the Attack and Combat Readiness of all allies.
  • Token Evil Teammate: Compared to the other Eureka characters. She's amoral at the core and only cares about the well-being of herself (and Cecilia). Not to mention she frequently bullies Nemunas and takes advantage of Cecilia's kindness when she stands up against the Taranor guards for her.
  • Undying Loyalty: To Cecilia, pledging to follow her anywhere.
  • Valkyries: Evokes this kind of image, especially with her feathered headdress.
  • Winged Humanoid: Rose gains a pair of glowing wings when casting her third skill.

    Choux

Voiced by: Carlie Craig (English), Maria Naganawa (Japanese)
Rarity: 5★
Element: Ice
Class: Warrior
Zodiac Sign: Capricorn
A Human child who was rescued and adopted by an old Suin couple fifteen years ago. She grew up as the only Human in her rural village.
  • Animal Motif: Mouse, since she was raised in a Mouse Suin village.
  • Because You Were Nice to Me: According to her relationship profile, she's good friends with Nemunas since she often brings sweets and presents to her village and often get along with her.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: In episode 3 when Ras and Mercedes arrived a Lefundos, a merchant asked for 20,000 gold for a relatively cheap painting of Mercedes after 30 minutes of sketch. Choux calls the merchant out for ripping both Ras and Mercedes off.
    • She also dislike Rose for bullying Nemunas and won't forgive her for that.
  • Cute Bruiser: Her damage scales out of her own maximum HP, and she's very adorable at the same time.
  • Edible Theme Naming: Her name is Choux and her mouse friend is named Cream. Together, they reference the Choux à la Crème, a French pastry.
  • Nice Girl: A sweet, kind girl that loves to help people, and gets along with others pretty well (except Rose)
  • Sweet Tooth: She's very found on sweets. This is quite evident when she's in the lobby where she feeds a cupcake to her pet mouse before eating the cupcake herself.
  • Token Human: Choux was rescued and adopted by an old Mouse Suin couple, making her the only human in their village.

  • Minidress of Power: She dons a short skirt and proven herself capable of killing a dragon.
  • Sexy Backless Outfit: Her chest plate does not cover her back.
  • Sideboob: As her strapless chest plate only covers the front of her body, the sides of her breasts are shown off.
  • Stripperiffic: Has a short skirt and her chest plate is strapless, backless, and sideless with nothing else beneath it.

    Ilynav

Rarity: 5★
Element: Fire
Class: Knight

  • Cleavage Window: Her battle attire in addition to being backless and strapless, displays her ample cleavage deeply.
  • Sexy Backless Outfit: Her battle attire exposes her back above the waist.
  • Stripperiffic: Her strapless dress bares her cleavage and shows her back from the waist up.

    Nemunas

Nemunas Winka

"One... big... shot!"
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/epic_seven_nemunas.png
Voiced by: Jeannie Tirado (English), Sawako Hata (Japanese)
Rarity: 3★
Element: Fire
Class: Ranger
Zodiac Sign: Libra

Originally from Eureka, Nemunas aimed to become a Dragon Knight after she was saved as a child from the Dragon Valley by the Queen of Wintenberg.

  • Beware the Nice Ones: Seeing Luna strike down Rose unhesitatingly and without remorse leaves Nemunas shocked, hurt, and angry, prompting her to shoot her sister Yufine and seriously injure her just to give Luna a taste of her own medicine. She manages to hurt Yufine badly enough that the injury persists throughout much of Episode 3.
  • Eyes Out of Sight: Her eyes are hidden by her long bangs.
  • Heroic Self-Deprecation: She's got a very low opinion of herself thanks to her inexperience, and it's certainly not helped by Rose constantly insulting her.
  • My God, What Have I Done?: She goes through a lot of this in the 2021 Christmas sidestory after the war ends, as she can't even bear to face Yufine after their previous encounter and runs away at the very sight of her. Only when Yufine tells her that she understands why it happened, and that she doesn't blame her for it, does Nemunas begin to overcome her guilt.
  • Naïve Newcomer: Nemunas is a new recruit, but Cecilia thinks that she can become a great knight.
  • Percent Damage Attack: Her specialty. The greater the opponent's maximum HP, the more damage she can deal.
  • Super-Senses: She has incredibly keen eyesight behind her bangs.
  • This Looks Like a Job for Aquaman: A downplayed/generalized example. She's not suitable for PVP thanks to its fast-paced nature conflicting with her slower-paced kit. PVE, on the other hand, generally involves long, drawn-out battles against bosses with astoundingly high amounts of HP – perfect for Nemunas as her damage increases proportional to the enemy's max HP. If built well, she can hit around 100,000 damage with her S2 against high HP bosses, which is often enough to One-Hit Kill or at least cripple them significantly.

    In General
  • Horned Humanoid: Horns on the head is a physical trait of the draconic race.
  • Little Bit Beastly: Their dragon blood gave them horns and/or a tail.
  • Orwellian Retcon: On mid-2020, Yufine, Luna, Alencia and Holiday Yufine were moved to a "Dragon Valley" section in the Eureka tab. Previously, they were listed under the "Wintenberg" section.

A dragon girl who loves shiny things.

  • Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!: Yufine's defining characteristic. She loves shiny things so much that she zones out when staring at them.
  • Badass Adorable: Even she knows how adorable she is.
Yufine: (around the campfire) Cheer up! I'm here for you. Look how cute I am, doesn't that make you feel better?
  • Best Friend: She and Garou are this for each other.
Yufine: (in combat) Garou, watch me!
  • BFS: Her sword is bigger than her entire body..
  • Commonality Connection: Yufine and Silk love gossip and that's even before they became close friends.
  • Cute Monster Girl: Being only half-dragon, she looks like a buxom woman with horns and a dragon tail.
  • Genki Girl: Very cheerful and energetic, especially in comparison with her cool, calm and collected sister.
  • Half-Human Hybrid: Half-dragon, half-human, just like her sister.
  • High Hopes, Zero Talent: Yufine wanted to dance just like Rin, but then realized that she had no talent for it.
  • Ms. Fanservice: Much like her sister Luna, she is a tall, curvy, large-breasted dragon girl wearing armor that barely covers her.
  • Morph Weapon: The blade of her sword retracts when it is not in use.
  • Navel Window: It's there in her attire, but it's covered by a black see-through layer.
  • Red Oni, Blue Oni: Is the Red to her sister Luna's Blue. Luna is generally calm and collected with her lines, while Yufine is much louder and energetic.
  • Situational Damage Attack: After Yufine's Skill Awakening, her "Dragon Charge" skill deals 50% more damage if the enemy has a status buff.
  • Status-Buff Dispel: Two of her skills dispel the buffs of all enemies, with her ultimate move, "Dragon Charge" dispelling everything that can be dispelled.
  • Super-Scream: Her "Dragon's Roar" skill is a scream that can dispel one buff and silence enemies while increasing Yufine's own Attack and Speed.
  • This Looks Like a Job for Aquaman: Yufine's skillset revolves around countering buffed enemies. She can dispel all buffs from the opposition, and her ultimate skill, "Dragon Charge" deals increased damage against buffed enemies.

    Luna

Luna Bianca

"My destiny, my loyalty, my horns. I offer them all to you."
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/epic_seven_luna.png
Voiced by: Anna Graves (English), Marina Inoue (Japanese)
Rarity: 5★
Element: Ice
Class: Warrior
Zodiac Sign: Libra

Luna is a half-Dragon, half-Human knight who is loyal to Wintenberg. She and Yufine are half-sisters.

  • A Day in the Limelight: She's the starring character in the "When Blood Runs Cold" side story event.
  • Because You Were Nice to Me: She pledged loyalty to the royal family of Wintenberg when they acknowledged her as a member of society, especially that time when she was being looked down by humans.
  • Bowdlerise: Luna used to have unarmored butt and larger breasts, but had to be censored later on.
  • Combat Stilettos: She wears armored thigh-high boots with high heels on them.
  • Cooldown Manipulation: Her first skill decreases the cooldown of her ultimate depending on the number of hits (between 1-3 because of its randomness).
  • Critical Status Buff: Her passive skill, "Dragon Knight's Will", makes her more durable thanks to an increased defense buff and a higher resistance to critical hit chances when her health is less than 50%.
  • Cute Monster Girl: Like her sister, she looks like a buxom woman with horns and a dragon tail.
  • Digital Bikini: Her design was actually censored for the English release of the game, having her cup size reduced as well as having armor added to the back of her legs and behind.
  • Dragon Knight: She's a half-human, half-dragon Knight of Wintenberg, to be exact.
  • The Eeyore: She's generally a rather negative person, as shown by both of her camping lines having her either complain or talk about a sad memory. Her little sister Yufine seems to be one of the few things she still sees good in the world.
  • Fantastic Racism: Luna was discriminated by the humans because of her draconic nature. It worsened when nobody expected that a half-dragon like Luna was appointed as a knight.
  • Gratuitous Italian: Her name, Luna Bianca, means "White Moon" in Italian.
  • Half-Human Hybrid: Half-dragon, half-human.
  • Leotard of Power: Luna's outfit is this at her top.
  • Ms. Fanservice: A tall, curvy, large-breasted dragon girl wearing armor that barely covers her? Most definitely. note
  • Non-Elemental: If her ultimate skill, "Ragnar Spear", is upgraded through Awakening, it would be considered as a superior element against the target despite Luna being a Water-elemental.
  • Non-Indicative Name: Her first skill is named "Infinity Slash" despite having a limit on the number of hits per turn.
  • Pointy Ears: One of her most prominent trait compared to the other Wintenberg characters.
  • Random Number God: Her first skill, "Infinity Slash", has a random number of hits, thus resulting into variable damage.
  • Red Oni, Blue Oni: Is the Blue to her sister Yufine's Red. Luna is generally calm and collected with her lines, while Yufine is much louder and energetic.
  • Throwing Your Sword Always Works: She leaps into the air and launches her spear at her enemy when she uses her third skill, causing both her enemy and the ground to explode.
  • We Used to Be Friends: With Cecilia, at least until Luna poisoned Cecilia's mother, Queen Francesca.
  • The Worf Effect: While furiously attempting to slaughter the heroes, she is distracted by Ras and taken out by Mercedes using her "Blazing Eye of Kal".

    Alencia

Voiced by: Carlie Craig (English), Ai Nonaka (Japanese)
Rarity: 5★
Element: Earth
Class: Warrior
Zodiac Sign: Cancer
Luna's and Yufine's aunt, who believes that Dragons are the wisest and most graceful beings in the world. Thanks to her long lifespan, she's witnessed much of Eureka's past, and is cynical and embittered as a result. She was contemporaries with Mort in her youth.
  • Badass Adorable: Extremely cute and incredibly strong and skilled.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: She can't even scratch Mortelix, even when he's heavily suppressing his power and not using his signature spear.
  • Cute Bruiser: An adorable dragon aunt who happens to be an HP scaling Lightning Bruiser.
  • Little People: Her physical body is that of a child's.
  • Older Than They Look: She may look like a small child in appearance, but Alencia is actually the maternal aunt of Luna and Yufine.
  • Status-Buff Dispel: Her third skill, "Genesis", dispels buffs from the enemy party.
  • The Worf Effect: Despite her immense power, Mortelix is not satisfied with her performance against him, even when he puts his weapon down in an attempt to level the playing field for her.

    Mort

Mortelix

"*chuckling* Welcome, distinguished guest. It is I, the great Mortelix. But you, you can call me Mort."

Voiced by: Ben Lepley (English), Kosuke Toriumi (Japanese)
Rarity: 5★
Element: Earth
Class: Knight
Zodiac Sign: Gemini

Mortelix is an ancient Dragon in search of a worthy rival. Though he carries an air of gentility and relaxation, he is actually cruel and egotistical. Thanks to his immense strength, he found his life to be incredibly dull, and began seeking out an adversary worthy of being called his rival. After years of fruitless searching, he sealed himself away to prevent his body weakening from age, demanding only to be unsealed once a worthy challenge had been found.

  • The Ace: His power is so great that he can decimate armies of dragons with absolute ease, and even Adventurer Ras visibly struggled against him, while Mort was having no trouble whatsoever.
  • Always Someone Better: He proves to be this to everyone, save for the Protector, who he vows to surpass in his side story.
  • Ascended Extra: His title of "the Great One" gets name-dropped a couple times in Episode 2, where he's treated as nothing more than a lore character. A year later, he shows up in the flesh as a significant antagonist in Episode 3 after Lucius and the other Dragons decide to summon him.
  • Blood Knight: He almost always prefers to slaughter his opponents after defeating them, and he longs for the art of war and a worthy challenge.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Everyone who comes across him suffers this except for the Protector. Just ask Alencia.
  • Evil Sounds Deep: Extremely deep and calm.
  • Graceful Loser: After he fails to defeat the Protector and is teleported away from him, he simply vows to start from the bottom again and work his way back up to the top until he has far surpassed him.
  • Just Toying with Them: He does this with Alencia, stabbing his spear into the ground to give her a better chance at fighting him. He still crushes her effortlessly.
  • No Challenge Equals No Satisfaction: This is basically his philosophy throughout life.
  • Noble Demon: He actually lets Alencia live, even though he could have obliterated her in a heartbeat for not giving him a satisfying fight.
  • One-Winged Angel: His third skill has him crush his enemies in his massive dragon form.
  • Our Dragons Are Different: He is the first playable dragon to switch back and forth between his two forms, although he only activates his dragon transformation during his third skill.
  • Physical God: He takes an absolutely devastating attack from the Protector and deals with it in stride, and that's before he obtains multiple power-ups.
  • Red Baron: "The Great One."
  • Story-Breaker Power: There's a reason he doesn't emerge until a third of the way through Episode 3, seeing as how nobody is a match for him.
  • Took a Level in Badass: After losing to the Protector, Mort hones his skill and technique, creates a new fighting style for himself, conquers two entire dragon armies singlehandedly, faces the Protector again (who assumes Mort's form this time), and absorbs the might of all past Dragon Lords combined.
  • Tom the Dark Lord: "Mort" doesn't exactly sound intimidating. Then again, it is a nickname. His true name is a quite different matter.
  • Willfully Weak: He tries this on Alencia, placing his spear aside before engaging her in combat again. It doesn't help her one bit.
  • The Worf Effect: He deals this out to everyone he comes across, with the exception of the Protector during their first encounter. The animation between himself and Adventurer Ras shows Mort dancing around him and countering his moves with the slightest of ease, while Ras is visibly struggling.
  • Worf Had the Flu: Not Mort himself, but his greatest opponent, the Protector. Mort is annoyed and disappointed that he never got to face him in his prime, where his power was so great that his already insanely formidable older state couldn't hold a candle to it. In addition, the Protector dies soon after Mort completes his test, meaning that Mort will never truly know whether or not he has become stronger than the Protector was in his prime.
  • Villain Protagonist: Of The Rise of the Great Mortelix.

  • Badass Cape: His cape isn't just a typical variant, it even has rings on the end side for some reason.
  • Knight in Shining Armor: Quite a literal example, since Tywin's silver armor appears to be shining due to the artwork's lighting and angle.
  • Shoulders of Doom: His armor's shoulders have large triangular plates in them.
  • Status-Buff Dispel: His basic skill, "Sword Storm", has a chance to dispel one buff from the enemy.
  • The Stoic: Because of his hardworking nature, he values rule and order over all else and he gives off the impression that he will not listen to what others say.
  • Support Party Member: His second skill, "Commanding Shout", grants buffs to himself and to another ally.
  • True Companions: He relies greatly on Romann and respects Otillie when she escaped from prison together with him.
  • Undying Loyalty: To King Schniel

  • Gravity Master: His magic specialty revolves around gravity. In gameplay terms, these are capable of manipulating the Combat Readiness mechanic.
  • Instant Runes: His second ability, "Gravitation", creates a magic circle under the enemy team.
  • Knight in Shining Armor: Seems to invoke this literally like Tywin, but Romann's armor is grayer.
  • Magic Knight: In terms of lore, position and appearance, Romann is a knight. But in terms of combat prowess, he is classified as a Mage who fights using spells and magic circles.
  • Ship Tease: Initially, Armin and Romann were just acquaintances, but her cheerfulness and openness led to them becoming closer.
  • Situational Damage Attack: "Event Horizon" deals more damage if the enemy has a status buff.
  • Status-Buff Dispel: His ultimate ability, "Event Horizon", dispels all buffs from the enemy team.
  • True Companions: While he and Tywin thought that they didn't get along at first, they eventually learned to rely on each other a lot.
  • War God: If his Specialty trait is an indication, Romann is considered a "God of War" or a war hero who brought about many victories.

  • Abusive Parents: His mother - not that he seemed to care very much at all, given how he has loathed Schniel for getting her exiled out of his desire to help Ervalen.
  • Bastard Bastard: And how.
  • Big Bad Wannabe: He is the villain revealed and focused on at the beginning of Episode Three, and he really wants to be the Big Bad of the entire narrative, but he's far overshadowed by other power players. He was handed the services of Tywin and Romann's Moonlight counterparts by Politia, and simply put, the main heroes' powers and abilities surpass his own by a ridiculous amount, story-wise, not to mention Ilynav and Mortelix individually are much more threatening than he ever could be.
  • Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Acts friendly towards the main heroes and Schniel, all while plotting a vile coup against the latter.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: He tears down everything Schniel has built because of his attempts to help him escape his mother's abuse indirectly contributing to her death.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Or, at least, he did once. He loved his now-deceased mother despite her abusive nature, likely because he knew how insanely horrible her life was after being cast aside by her royal lover.
  • Evil All Along: Though some may have seen it coming ever since the whole ordeal with Lilias.
  • Evil Is Petty: He turned down Schniel's offer for the throne on multiple occasions because he wanted to forcibly overthrow him and rub it in his face, knowing he'd feel betrayed and hurt.
  • Hate Sink: It's clear that he was made to be despised, given how insanely petty he is and his reasons for loathing Schniel.
  • Jerkass: Where to begin with this man? It doesn't get much pettier or more cruel than him.
  • Smug Snake: Incredibly arrogant, condescending, and utterly despicable, all while possessing none of Mortelix or Ilynav's might story-wise.
  • Villain Team-Up: With Ilynav and Flan (and Belian by extension). Later, Luna joins him in an alliance.
  • Villain with Good Publicity: The majority of Lefundos absolutely adores him and his affable facade.
  • You Killed My Father: He blames Schniel for getting his mother exiled, which eventually lead to her death, even though she was physically, mentally and emotionally abusive towards Ervalen himself.

  • Bad Liar: She's a self-proclaimed queen, Charles easily debunks her "Queen" part because she doesn't have a knight nor any guards when they meet her.
  • Big Damn Heroes: Chloe saves Aither when he's about to be snacked by a wolf.
  • Commonality Connection: In the "Aither's Great Escape" hidden story, after knowing that Aither is a prince, Chloe, being a self-proclaimed queen, thought that they will get along together because of their titles.
  • Cool Crown: Chloe wears a very small crown at the top of her head, although it's specifically positioned at her left side.
  • Gilligan Cut: In the "Aither's Great Escape" hidden story, Chloe explains to Charles that in order for her to be Queen, she plans to assassinate the King of Lefundos. The story then quickly shifts into a scene of Chloe being locked in prison because of what she said.
  • Girlish Pigtails: She has a pair of long twintails with opposing hair colors.
  • Hidden Depths: Chapter 6 of Episode 3 reveals that she's the computer system of Politis's escape pod from many years ago.
  • Insistent Terminology: She's a self-proclaimed "Queen" and wants everyone to call her that.
  • Mundane Utility: The "Whack-An-Arky" web minigame lets you whack Arky's head using Chloe's hammer.
  • Professional Killer: She can assassinate people on request.
  • The Promise: Aither once promised to go on an adventure with Chloe sometime.
  • The Rival: Chloe sees herself as the worthy successor of Lefundos and wants to be the Queen. Because of these ambitions, she treats Tywin and Romann as rivals who stand in the way of her dreams.
  • Situational Damage Attack: Her second skill inflicts the "Magic Nail" debuff on the target, which increases the damage dealt by her other skills for as long as the debuff is still there.
  • Super Prototype: She's the first doll ever created and easily one of the strongest, so technically she is the rightful Queen of Politia.

Voiced by: Erica Luttrell (English), Fairouz Ai (Japanese)
Rarity: 5★
Element: Earth
Class: Ranger
Zodiac Sign: Leo
Politia's Chief of Police, in charge of maintaining public order. Landy is an older model of Automatic Doll, and she works hard to do what's best for her city.
  • Broken Pedestal: She used to look up to Godmother, and is initially disgusted by her "criminal" activities in the Unregulated Area. This is subverted over time, however, as she begins to better understand Godmother's perspective.
  • A Day in the Limelight: She and Flan get their own Side Story.

    Flan

Voiced by: Kelly Ohanian (English), Lynn (Japanese)
Rarity: 5★
Element: Ice
Class: Ranger
Zodiac Sign: Capricorn
Politia's foreign minister, a practical negotiator and a newer model who adores Landy like a real big sister. Flan seems pleasant on the surface, but is cunning, cutthroat and manipulative when it comes to making deals, trade offers, or treaties.
  • A Day in the Limelight: She and Landy get their own Side Story.
  • Manipulative Bastard: Flan is incredibly skilled at getting people to agree with her, usually because she'll threaten to release her target's secrets if they disagree. She's willing to do this at any time; even during the negotiation meeting with the Politian rebels, she was very close to essentially doxxing Godmother to get her way had Landy and Ras not intervened.
  • Ms. Fanservice: She is an absolutely gorgeous Doll with a larger rack than most.
  • An Offer You Can't Refuse: Blackmail and extortion is her specialty, thanks to her exclusive access to Politia's vast information network. It's how her S3 works – she lowers the enemy's guard by threatening to reveal their information!
  • Villain Team-Up: Alongside Ilynav and Ervalen on behalf of Belian.

Voiced by: Reba Buhr (English), Yui Ogura (Japanese)
Rarity: 5★
Element: Fire
Class: Mage
Zodiac Sign: Gemini
The last survivor of Paradia, a planet that was destroyed by Fastus, and an exceptional Automatic Doll maker. Politis fled the planet with the mission of preserving its culture. After crash-landing on Orbis, she went on to found the nation of Politia.
  • Dark and Troubled Past: Her planet was completely wiped out by Fastus, and then her crew went mad with fear and distrust and slaughtered each other.
  • Fantastic Racism: She believes that her Dolls deserve to rule over humanity and all other species on Orbis.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: She built Belian as a tool for achieving her ulterior mission and passed down her logical principles to her, and in doing so she indirectly enables the conflict of Episode 3's war many years later. She's also responsible for the creation of other minor villains like Ian, thanks to shaping his worldviews.
  • Humans Are Bastards: She's a FIRM believer of this, at least until she befriends Eda.
  • Posthumous Character: She's long dead by Chapter 3, with Belian having been masquerading as her after having killed her herself.
  • Robots Are Just Better: Grew to believe this after her crew members massacred one another, leaving the ship's AI as the only friend and the first of the Automatic Dolls. You could say that Politis is a Doll Supremacist.
  • Sole Survivor: From her original world, she's the last one left.
  • Well-Intentioned Extremist: She only wants to protect Orbis from the celestial threats that wiped out her home planet, but she initially has no faith in humanity's capabilities to act for themselves.

Formerly a high-ranking executive within Politia's police force, Godmother grew disillusioned with Politia and traveled to the slums of the Unregulated Area. There, she brought some amount of order to the local criminals, eventually creating a vigilante group striking out against injustice in the city.

Rarity: 3★

Zodiac Sign: Virgo

One of Politis's subordinates, an old Automatic Doll who helped govern early Politia. Though Ian acts very courteously on the outside, it's all a facade. In truth, he's a schemer who hates Humans and can't stand having to serve them. He dreams about a future where Automatic Dolls rule over Humans.

A street fighter from the Unregulated Area, and a former criminal. After Glenn was attacked and left for dead, Godmother found him, nursed him back to health, and offered him a place to stay. He acts as one of Godmother's field operatives.
  • BFG: Like Godmother, he has a rocket launcher in his repertoire.
  • Reformed Criminal: Being rescued by Godmother was the catalyst towards his change.

    Sonia

Voiced by: Erica Luttrell (English), Saima Nakano (Japanese)
Rarity: 3★
Element: Light
Class: Soul Weaver
Zodiac Sign: Pisces
A member of Godmother's vigilantes, Sonia is the designated hacker of the group. Unlike Glenn, she avoids the front lines, instead using Politia's information network to steal and manipulate intel. She's also an avid video game addict.
  • Body Snatcher: She can hack into the bodies of other Automatic Dolls. She successfully controls Landy with this message, and manages to fool everyone for a while.
  • Crazy-Prepared: In preparation for impersonating Landy, she accesses and memorizes an impressive amount of personal data about her. This ends up being what gives her away – the real Landy never would have memorized that information!
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: One of her distinctive traits – she's quick to anger and has a rash temper. This almost gives her away when "Landy" suddenly starts shouting impatiently at Mercedes.
  • Hot-Blooded: She's quite competitive in everything she does, whether it's video games or hacking.
  • Leaning on the Fourth Wall: In one of her camp lines, she wonders if the world of Orbis is just a game, and if she's a character...

Voiced by: Kelly Ohanian (English), Saima Nakano (Japanese)
Rarity: 3★
Element: Dark
Class: Soul Weaver
Zodiac Sign: Sagittarius

One of Politis's subordinates, an old Automatic Doll who helped govern early Politia. She can be considered honest at best, and arrogant and aggressive at worst.

  • Artificial Human: Like Ian, she's a doll built by Politis.
  • Body Backup Drive: She's a master at body-swapping, and it's implied this is part of why she's capable of remotely controlling Automatic Dolls as Sonia. After going rogue, she rebels against Belian's society for some time and lives as a fugitive, switching bodies frequently to keep the authorities from recognizing her appearance. Eventually, she settles down in one body and becomes the person whom Godmother and Glenn come to know as Sonia.
  • Heel–Face Turn: She betrays Politis and leaks information to the Phantom CIC, citing that Politis has changed and is no longer the woman she used to be.
  • Hidden Depths: Despite her sharp tongue and short temper, she's still got an optimistic side – unlike Ian and Politis, she doesn't lose her faith in Human society.
  • Sci-Fi Bob Haircut: Wears her hair cut above her shoulders and is one of the more robotic looking dolls. She retains this style upon her specialty change.
