Alas, Ocarina of Time!Ganondorf is practically the weakest of his appearances. Unless his appearance is post-Time Skip and therefore having his Triforce of Power (or he's in the Downfall Timeline and has all three pieces), he loses.

Yeah, I don’t think a normal person stands a chance against a laser-shooting, combat artifact that’s reasonably tough. ^{For TNP (if it matters)}  Dogumaru has an ability with his Attack that can disable the casting of Standard Status Effects and any Elemental Rock-Paper-Scissors advantage. It wears off after some time but as Long as he lands an Attack, the ability will take effect again

Lucy could most likely use her ink to clog up its electronic systems, but she's vulnerable to attack even when she's transformed herself into ink. It's really dependent on the artifact's ability to think and reason in the middle of combat—because Lucy certainly does that herself.

HK416 is screwed.

HK416. She's well-established as an extremely competent Tactical Doll who regularly takes on superior enemy forces and win. Granted, a big part of that is UMP45 tactical genius, but even her plans still rely on 416's abilities. SPAS-12, while no slouch on her own, is comparatively less effective than 416. It's also worth noting that a direct hit from HK416's grenade launcher bypasses SPAS-12's formidable armor, while SPAS would have a hard time dealing damage between her low fire rate and inaccuracy.

Celestia alone could vaporize SPAS-12, banish her to the moon or some other place, amongst other things. But Discord can easily defeat her without trying, in short SPAS-12's screwed.

Honestly, I think this one might be a draw.

Herrscher of the Void decimated a entire, and near-literal army of Anti-Entropy mechs, and those aren't any cheap fodder by any real means.

She absolutely curbstomped a fellow Herrscher, and she's capable of creating her own pocket dimension.

The only one who actually won against her did so at the cost of their life, and without leaving much of a actual scratch on her anyways, and that's after empowering themselves with a Herrsecher core as well.

All of this, out of a extremely powerful case of space and time manipulation.

Celestia and Discord, on the other hand, are near-literal Physical Gods.

It's a bit of a mess, really.

Using the description of the cats he fights and the game’s mechanics, here are his feats

• Even by himself, the Ubers that he fights against include Physical Gods, The Nekolugas, Pokémon-esque creatures who have Earth-shattering powers and the Epicfest Ubers (Who are made to kill traitless enemies, which Yulala is) and he can beat all of them with ease.
• He is strong enough to nearly kill an ancient cat weapon who can destroy the Earth if he wanted to in one blow. His attacks are somewhat strong because of this.
• His attacks always warp his enemies back a huge distance and, in combination with his quick movement speed, can nearly Stun Lock his enemies.
• His defeat required specific cats to be brought and for them to be spawned at specific times and situations; one mess-up could make the entire strategy fail.

Also, this isn’t his first time he has fought against beings who can manipulate time, but he may have trouble against a Space Master and the whole “Pocket Dimension” thing since he hasn’t faced any of those before.

All in all, I would say Yulala has a chance against Herrscher of the Void.

Homura would win, she can stop time and kill her foes with military weapons.

If that person has Za Warudo timestop hax then Jin is fucking screwed.

Jin's Wisdom score isn't that high so I kind of doubt he could. Only problem is I also doubt Nosk would be able to put so much as a dent in him.

If Jin can see through Nosk’s tricks, the spider is a pretty easy boss. Of course, if he can’t, Nosk will just look like something Jin doesn’t want to attack, kill him while he’s not looking, and devour his corpse.

Putting my money on the jarl, I'm pretty sure he is too dumb to fall for any tricks or illusions, plus he is really tough

Those ragdolls are the textbook definition of Too Dumb to Live, while the Dark Peasant or Chicken Man Man could give some trouble to Celestia, Discord could easily solo every unit. Yep this battle's pretty one-sided.
