Thinking about joining, but I don't know what the situation is. How many people are there and what teams are they on? What's going on in game?

Also, how many weapons can be put on a frame?

There are three players, one is here and I'll PM him shortly telling him to look at the thread as he is committed, another is working on a second char an is active with his current one, the last posted a desire to return and promised to post soon.

The P Cs have joined the JLF and played out episode four while Lulu [not yet Geassed] did the same because he had accidentally framed Suzaku. They've now kidnapped Suzaku and Orange-kun.

The number of weapons depend on the frame. For the most part it will be the basic mahinegun and harkens, unless an addition requests and made and justified , then I'll draw up the stats, but nothing too crazy on a default frame. For stats & etc. It's on the front page.

Alright, so...looks like the action is with the JLF so that's where I'll go. As an EU merc, helping the JLF against his country's enemy.

Strenght is for Melee attacks while Weapon is for Ranged ones.

Prestige is fairly redundant but no one put points into it really. Mostly it just shows how famous the P Cs are getting.

Gender: Female

Age: 16

Faction: Resistance Fighter

Equipment: A small can of Mace, and a very old 6-shot pistol.

Physical Traits: Short (5'1"), thin, a cup breasts, short blue hair, with green eyes. She has slightly high cheek bones, and her eyes are a bit thin in contrast to her full lips.

Personality: Not the type you'd usually see as a resistance fighter. She is very chipper and happy, when not talking about the war. She usually avoids the topic when not on missions, She always speaks her mind, and is willing to fight for what she believes in no matter what. even if it means doing something she hates and hurting people.

History: Born to the average eleven family, for them the war came and went before they could adjust. Her parents both already had lower paying jobs so the shift wasn't a very drastic one for them but for her it was destructive. she was going to a private school at the time, but was kicked out at the beginning of the war.

She tired to learn as much as she could, stealing books from the houses and shops burned by the war. She helped run several shelters and soup kitchens. Every single one was shut down by Britannians a few of the owner's were beaten and killed. She was tossed around a few times by britannian soldiers to, one time they even broke her wrist but she never once held it against them personally as "They're only following their orders".

The last time it happened though they wanted more than to just rough her up but luckily a few Japanese resistance fighters were in the area at the time and they subdued her attacker. After that she become very sympathetic to the resistance and even joined them, once she saw what kind of monsters the Britannians can be.

Panzer Hummel III: Main Guns replaced by two Jousting Lances.

Jousting Lances [In the place of Main Cannons]: 2d6+Accuracy Bonus damage charging, 0d6+Accuracy Bonus damage when stationary.

Side Machine Guns: Accuracy Bonus.

Missles: 1d6+wpn to aim stationary, wpn to aim while moving. 1d6 damage.

Main Cannons: 1d6+Accuracy Bonus+3 Damage.

Harkons: 2 on a standard Hummel.

Note: Panzers have reduced Dodging capabilities in a Melee attack, save for Jean's custom since it has melee weapons which it can use to block with.

Panzers are mighty Glaciers. Most of their abilities are over-kill on the largely light Britannian Frames, provided that they can hit.

How many weapons can you fire per turn? How long does a turn last? If you can for more then 1 wep per turn can you fire two snipers in a single turn? How much accuracy does a fixed weapon get?

• Moving: You roll one dice to hit. Add your weapons/strength score.
• Stationary: You roll two dice to hit. Add your weapons/strength score.
• Charging [Melee Only]: You roll two dice to hit. Add your strength score.

Each time you fire a weapon, the accuracy is reduced by two. So, if you fire two weapons, they both get -2 to hit. [I have written up three before but that's a bit harsh].

So firing all weapons while charging in is at best a showy distraction.

Turns are less than ten seconds. Somewhere between six and ten, but talking is a free action.

We usually play it out on a map ala. Google Doc excel, movement is equal to your speed.

Also, vote; who wants to keep dodging as speed and Defence as HP? Who wants to make dodging defense and turn HP arbitrary/return constitution?

Keep, b/c that means Alaois is a minor god in the dodging department.

I dunno, I can see benefits to both systems. The only issue I might have with changing it back to how it was is that we'd have to re-distribute our points again, but that should be easy enough.

The real issue (don't know why I couldn't articulate this a second ago) is that Alaois would be pretty much screwed. So here's what I would propose: separate rolls for being hit and taking damage. If we made that change, though, I'm not sure if it would be better to unhook HP from Defense or not.

I'd try to explore this more, but my brain is kinda fried from working on this paper of mine. Federalism and the Environment! A fun-ish topic, but there are a lot of things to cover...

I think the system as it is now is the closest it can come to that, save for the fact that under your system they're be an extralayer of health and Def. would be self-repairing.

The problem is right now there are squads of 8 knightmares which fire on you, so adding in an extraroll would make things even more ridiculous on my end. And with this next battle, I'll be doing a lot of bulk rolling too. Adding in an extralayer only promises to mess things up. Def is slightly underpowered because of this and Spd is over powered but there is probably some sort of fix that I can throw in later, especially once the energy shields get to be a big thing.

Just had this idea of a young bookworm prodigy and test-pilot.

Name: James Woodstock Jr

Age: 15

Faction: The TRUE Brittania (England). So, it largely stands between "Britannia" and the EU in the political chart.(which means it can be swayed to Zero or Brittania's side indistinctively). Also, an Ashford Academy exchange (even though his education is university degree) student in order to learn Elevens' language.

Equipment: A pocket PC which he uses to write stuff and do calculus on it.

Physical Traits: Thin,short-heighted and frail-looking. Blonde with freckles and green eyes. He usually wears glasses, although he doesn't really need them. It's to avoid being hit as much by bullies.

Personality: James is an odd person, difficult to comprehend due to his precocious genius. Growing mostly isolated from social interaction due to his mental traits, he only finds himself able to relate to people with bright enough minds, that can see the truth behind his technobabble and callous remarks. He has taken an interest in technology and research, because knowledge is about the only thing that finds himself at ease. Despite his bright nature, his isolated upbringing have made himself somewhat naive.

History: James was born in England, as the heir of James Woodstock Sr, a notorious pro-Britannian businessman among the English. A gifted child, James was soon revealed to have a gifted mind beyond his age, and a such he was catered and sheltered in order to allow his mind to reach his full potential, at the cost of not developing his social interaction. At the age of 14, James had become a full fledged researcher, and would have become a prominent figure, but misfortune struck. His own father died, leaving the gifted but still socially inept child a burden too heavy that he could carry. The decision wether to support Brittania or the EU. The burden of administering the company without a parent figure. The burden of having to concile that with his own vocation of research. The instability associated to puberty.

He just couldn't take it all. All in a sudden, he nominated several trusted people of his family, and prepared himself for a travel to the most remote land he thought in that moment. Area 11. Little did he know, that his spiritual retirement would draw him again in a spider's web...

The Brittannian royalty abandoned Brittania [Now Briton, which includes Wales and Scotland with England and Northumberland as semi-autonomous regions in their stead] completely, they are ruled by a President and Parliament, the Peerage fled with Elizabeth.

Technically, in this setting English doesn't exist and is a convention translation of Gaelic [as well as Emperor's Gaelic].

I was just about to recommend that [actually I was going to say politician, but same difference]. I'll run over it again, but it should be in working order. Just don't expect to stay in combat too long in a Ganymede. It's pretty much a museum piece by now]

Often politics and great industry business overlap.

The Ganymede is because he's a researcher and test driver and not an actual combatant (initially) and because what kind of frame would you trust to a 15 year old?
