It's actually a dog. His name is Uan, and he was a host/mascot of a kids' programming block called Bim Bum Bam on the Italian channel Italia 1. He was active throughout the 80s and 90s. His name is Uan because the channel's name and logo is a 1, and it sounds like the English "one" in Italian phonetics.

Yes. Well actually, I have Italian blood running through me, but I didn't grow up there. I'm a mixed American. As for how I know all that regarding Uan and Italia 1, I have an interest in TV channel indents and mascots. Also, a show where you watch with a random bag of objects? What is that? What year did you see that, and what country?

Only once have my folks and I ever gotten anything other than ice cream from a Dairy Queen that wasn't an Orange Julius drink (once while we were desperate to have some lunch while on a family road trip and the Dairy Queen), and I don't recall us finding the burgers we got all that great.

I’m convinced Undyne is actually cheating at this point. She crashed the game on me. I had to restart my computer because the game just stopped working halfway through the fight.
