Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

What title?
I got an alert regarding Ewoks which I launched the other day and have been working on for two days. I'm filtering the content on the main page, as there's a lot of it and I have created Character, YMMV and Trivia pages as well. How do I know what I got wrong?
Lack of Crosswicking, mainly, as well as several Zero Context Examples (a character's name is not enough context).
Also, on Ewoks - a boilerplate text like that is not really proper. That should be a proper work page.

I guess I need to RTFM sometimes. I'll have the Characters page cleaned up and Radar completed elsewhere by the end of the day, so I guess I'll read on what to do with the Comicpage one in the meantime, as I cannot work on it this week.
I do want to contribute and make everything good, so I really am thankful for your quick help, both times.

Iva another good idea is to use the Sandbox namespace when you're working on a page, until you've got it solid enough to put up in its final namespace. Sandbox pages are presumed to be works-in-progress, so they aren't liable to be cut for being stubby or incomplete.
In your case, use Sandbox.Comicbook Ewoks. Once it's done to your satisfaction, simply click on the button that says "Source", copy that whole thing in one chink, and paste it into the correctly namespaced and titled page. Then you can request that the sandbox be cut.

I moved the Comicbook page to works (hope that's the right thing to do? I'm afraid I horribly missunderstood what a "work" is...) and I do hope the rest of it will qualify to be on the site by the end of the day, as I'm on a roll.
And I am still surprised that nobody referenced this show, anywhere on the site. Ohwell...

Yeah, I created X-Men: Apocalypse. I'm trying to find as much information as possible to put on the page right now but I did expend on it after I woke up and read the p.m.
trope + index vs index + index
What's that mean?
It's a pagetype thing - a trope needs "trope" not "index". The pagetype changes log showed you changing the page type twice to "index+index".
Also, remind me again that we need a better system to list new pages.

- Princess Daisy: They're trying to make a character page for Daisy. Given she's already on Characters.Super Mario Bros and he couldn't even be bothered to copy/paste that, cut.

Mummy Woomy
I want to bring up the recently released From Breakout To Scrappy. Now, I'm pretty sure that we were discouraging the creation of more "The Scrappy" tropes for being easy bait for flames, and this one in particular seems to have the bad combination of being Complaining About Characters You Don't Like and It's Popular, Now It Sucks!. Had I been active in YKTTW in the last weeks, I would have brought this point out.
Take the video game section for instance. Rosalina's entry has complaining about her being a Replacement Scrappy, despite not replacing any character in her appearances, and puts Waluigi and Daisy fans in the "we hate her guts" bag. Greninja's on the other hand boils down to "He's a popular new Pokémon and not Mewtwo, so he sucks".
Thoughts on the matter?
