Individually, yes and yes, but together, no. I've been to, among others, Gencon, PAX, Origins Game Fair, and Comic-Con. And I got Jim Cummings' autograph when he appeared at a local comic store, but I've never done both.

I'd hardly say that. It's just that it has become far easier to get samples of your writing out into the world for everyone to see. In the past, you only had the opportunity to read the writings of the highly literate, while now you can peruse the prose of any idiot with a keyboard. There have always been folks who can't tell the difference between a prepositional phrase and a peanut butter sandwich, but in the pre-internet era, they never had the opportunity to write anything more public than a letter to the editor.
On that note, what was the most egregious crime you've ever committed against the English language (or any other language for that matter)?

I... don't have one. I avoid music by people I don't like, like Justin Bieber. The closest I would say is an album by Blackjack, featuring Michael Bolotin, before he shortened the name. His voice is better suited to the quasi-metal the band played. Not a favorite album, by someone not quite as hated as JB.
