Satina was an unexpected pregnancy.
It was supposed to be a one-night stand. No one else would ever know. Lucia and Dave very possibly Didn't Think This Through or consider Nephilim was inevitable, as the Hell Queen often doesn't acknowledge her daughter because of this, and in general, seems to be embarrassed she allowed it to happen. Satina was an intentional pregnancy.
Not Lucia's plan, but the other Hell Queens wanted a Nephilim born of an Arch Demon and human, as Satina will bring about Hell on Earth. The Antarctica Hell Queen will be socially inept.

◊. Antarctica is a frozen wasteland As You Know. People seldom go there beyond scientific curiosity, and they weren't born in her domain either, so she can't claim any few mortals who die exploring. There's no one in their Hell. Devoid of sinners, its cold and empty. Having no work to do, or anyone else to talk to, she would likely be going out of her mind.- This has actually been confirmed by the web series creator. The only creatures that are present in her region of Hell is penguins and she is extremely lonely as a result.

North American Hell with the most sinners on Earth is the busiest division, Lucia is always pissed off, but as the little demon princess loves her parents she would probably assume some of Lucia's duties given time. Lucia broke up with Dave as he refused to marry her.
In the non-villainous And Now You Must Marry Me variety. Winning the Queen of Hell's heart, and her getting her pregnant, meant Dave now had certain moral obligations in tying the knot and being a father-to-be. Dave wasn't ready for that kind of commitment. He loved her, but horrified that this would mean he'd lose his freedom and remain in Hell forever, so he refused. Lucia had the shame of bringing up Satina born out-of-wedlock, and bitterly hates her former human-lover for standing her up at the altar. How Satina's parents met.
Dave was kidnapped by a cult of Satanists to be used as a virgin Human Sacrifice in a Summoning Ritual. Of course, this went horribly wrong for the cultists as Queen Lucia was summoned, took an instant liking to Dave and did not approve of their actions. Satina will play a copy of the in-universe equivalent of DOOM...
...and be traumatized. What? What did you expect was going to happen? A demon child plays a game where a marine slaughters demons? Dave was raised by demons.
His comment about living in hell when mentioning his parents might've been literal. He could've been a human adopted by demons inside the human world, and that could be how he met Lucia. She could've known his parents, met the man himself and dated him before realizing he was more on the "human" side of the scale even with demons around.- The picture on the wall of him playing with his parents as a child before switching to him being horrified by demonic creatures could've been an actual memory, not just in-universe Nightmare Fuel for him.
The Hell Queens were once one superbeing.
Each Hell Queen rules over a continent. Millions of years ago they were a single entity that ruled supercontinent Pangaea, until it and they broke up, and will become one archdemon again when Pangaea Proxima forms. Alien Hell Invasion.
Earth's twin, planet Venus failed to support life, the place is a Death World with three Hell Queens ruling over its three continents: Ishtar Terra, Aphrodite Terra, and Lada Terra. Though frightening, they are even lonelier and more deranged than Nix who rules Antarctican Hell. They invade Earth's Hell in a bid to claim and take back any souls they abduct.
