King Goobot returns once more and recruits most of Jimmy's enemies to defeat him once and for all. When Jimmy and Sheen are kidnapped, Carl, Cindy and Libby must go on a mission to rescue them. Meanwhile, a mishap caused by Jimmy's parents (mainly Hugh) results in them accidentally sending the entire town to the Cretaceous Era 75 million years in the past.
Tropes:
- Armor-Piercing Question: After having his Heel–Face Turn, Tee uses one of these on Zix and Travoltron to make them undergo one of their own.Tee: Well, why ya gotta be villains?!
Zix: Well, uh...
Travoltron: Errr...
Tee: You can't answer me, can you, chumps? Now get out there and help Jimmy! - Banana Peel: Invoked. When Carl, Cindy, and Libby are trying to stop dancing to Professor Calamitous' CD, Libby gets herself to trip over a banana peel in order to smash her boombox and thus kill the music.
- Befriending the Enemy: Sheen ends up making friends with Tee while he and Jimmy are locked up. Later on, Zix and Travoltron end up becoming allies to Jimmy and his friends as well after saving them from dinosaurs in the Cretaceous era.
- Big Damn Heroes: Subverted. Sheen attempts to do this when he charges into the middle of the LOV putting Jimmy on trial, but it turns out he didn't plan ahead what he was actually going to do.
- Butt-Monkey: Tee gets this kind of treatment from the other villains throughout the episode, and it ends up leading him to pull a Heel–Face Turn.
- Continuity Nod: To The N-Men and Love Potion #976/J—Jimmy has made pouches that contain the gang's superpowers from when they were the N-Men and the power of the Love Potion that he made back in the Valentine's Day Episode. While it's unknown how long the effects of Jimmy's love potion last (assuming it's not permanent), Jimmy says that the N-Men pouches only last about thirty minutes.
- Faint in Shock: Hugh and Judy both faint when they see Jimmy get sucked up into the Junkman's ship by the League of Villains.
- Fear Is the Appropriate Response: When Jimmy's scientific explanation of a wormhole goes everyone's heads, he tells them to just start panicking. They all immediately do so.
- Grand Finale: Production-wise and chronologically-speaking, this is the last episode of the series—and it involves Jimmy, with help from his friends, defeating most of his enemies (presumably for good).
- Heel–Face Turn: The Space Bandit Trio all perform this with Tee being the first to do so after befriending Sheen and later convinces Zix and Travoltron to do the same.
- Mind-Control Music: Jimmy's friends are forced to dance to music on a CD designed by Professor Calamitous in order to prevent them from helping Jimmy.
- Never My Fault: When the citizens of Retroville are questioning how they got to the Cretaceous era, Hugh says Judy was responsible even though it was him who pushed all of the buttons on Jimmy's wormhole machine. Not only does she contradict and call him out on this, Judy stops Hugh from explaining his side of the story to Jimmy and bluntly tells him it was Hugh's fault in the first place.
- Shout-Out: While trying to convince Jimmy that he's changed his ways, Tee sings "please" repeatedly in a soulful growl and falls to his knees before Sheen wraps a cloak around him and leads him away, referencing one of James Brown's signature stage bits.
- Speaks Fluent Animal: After Tee convinces Zix and Travoltron to leave the League of Villains and join Jimmy and co., the three Space Bandits ultimately save Jimmy and the others from a T-rex by communicating with it—prior to that, Zix explains to Jimmy and the others that while he, Tee and Travoltron are technically aliens, they're also considered to be part of the same scientific family as a T-rex (hence why they're able to communicate with said creature).
- Time Traveler's Dinosaur: During the series Jimmy and his friends end up in the Cretaceous era and get attacked by a T-rex, thankfully the Space Bandits, after having a Heel–Face Turn, manage to talk it out of attacking them.
- Unholy Matrimony: Between Beautiful Gorgeous and the Junkman—they start off just barely tolerating each other's presence for the sake of getting revenge on Jimmy. When the villains have cornered Jimmy and co. (including Tee from the Space Bandits) and Junkman's about to drop a huge boulder on them, Jimmy (with some help from Tee) is able to spray them both with the Love Potion that he made back in the Valentine's Day Episode. This immediately causes Beautiful Gorgeous and Junkman to fall madly in love with each other, much to the disgust of everyone else (particularly BG's father, Professor Calamitous).
- Villain Team-Up: King Goobot unites (almost) all the villains that Jimmy has defeated over the course of the series to form the League of Villains.
