Omigerd! Mint is dead!

"A Perplexing Massacre" is the fourth episode of the second reboot of Object Terror, and the 16th overall.

After the Breather Episode that was "P to the Fourth," Arch and Mint become friends before a murder mystery-based challenge awaits the contestants. One contestant murders another, and the rest must figure out who did it.

Full Recap

We see Arch standing near a fountain expressing his anger at how much the show sucks as well as everyone treating him like some joke character. Mint happens to pass by looking at the clouds above and encourages Arch to do the same. This only exemplified Arch's point of nobody liking him as even the clouds mock him with its spelling of "You Smell", upsetting him further. Mint manages to cheer Arch up since he thinks the latter is "Supa-Dupa Cool" who then happily accepts the former to be his BFF. As the two walked off-screen for some ice-cream, the intro plays follow by ominous title cards and accompanying intense music.

Biscuit accidentally scares Magazine, whose busy texting away, which causes her to drop and shatter her phone in the process. Being the Phoneaholic Teenager she is, Magazine makes an absolute big deal out of it complete with a humorous Anguished Declaration of Love of her phone, even planning on marrying it, and disregarding Biscuit's sincere apology. Biscuit and Magazine then denounced their friendship before cutting to Honey, Coffee Cup and Recycling Bin at the Coniotopia Steakhouse. They briefly discuss how things have been so far, with Coffee Cup annoyed at Cactus' endless bragging, and order lunch. Unfortunately, when it came time for the bill, none of them could afford to pay it. As such, they did what any reasonable person would've done in their situation: Run like hell away from the restaurant! While the waiter, Painquin, chases down Honey in the background, Printer announces that it's Elimination Time. Whipped Cream was hoping that it'll be his time to shine but Trowel told him to keep dreaming.

At the elimination area, 2,151 total votes (961 likes and 1190 dislikes) were cast, and at 193 likes, Stapler wins a bag of chips which she claims to be the best prize ever. Now onto the dislikes which Whipped Cream, Stapler, Carpet, Recycling Bin, Biscuit, Coffee Cup, and Paint were declared safe in that order, leaving Magazine, Cactus and Beep Boop as the bottom 3. Magazine is in disbelief that all three received over a hundred votes each although she along with Beep Boop were safe regardless. Cactus was not so lucky since his 403 dislikes earned him a one-way ticket to elimination. In a fit of rage, Cactus dropped the "S-bomb", a first in Object Terror history's long line of swearing and tells Computer to go ahead with the descending spikes as he would survive using his muscles. Cue him getting crushed to death instantaneously.

With the elimination out of the way, Printer prompts Honey to teleport him and the contestants to an unknown enclosed room consisting of a long table and chairs. From there, Printer explains that the challenge is basically a Lights Off, Somebody Dies game where a contestant is randomly selected to be the murderer per round and given night vision goggles and a gun to kill one of the non-chosen contestants. The rest would have to guess and vote on who the murderer is when the lights come out. If the Murderer succeeds in killing everyone in the round, their team gets a point but if someone guesses correctly, the round is over and the opposing team gets a point instead. The first team to two points wins. Thus, the first round commences. The lights have been turned off and all is silent...

*BANG!*, anguished screams filled the darkness and upon the lights coming on, Mint is the first victim claimed by the unseen killer. Arch cries out to his fallen friend while Trowel accuses Flash Drive due to his hatred of Mint and other idiotic contestants alike making him the prime suspect. Plug interjects Trowel's argument, suggesting they see who else would hate Mint before coming to conclusions. Whipped Cream asked everyone to raise their hand or foot (since some don't have arms) if they hate Mint. Five suspects, Beep Boop, Biscuit, Beer, Magazine, and Flash Drive, all do so. All fingers seem to point to Beep Boop but had stated he rather kill Trowel first, sparring him from certain doom. Flash Drive gets the boot from the majority vote and executed via electrocution in a pool of water. However, he isn't the murderer and the round continues. The light goes off and on again. Who is the victim this time, a question Stapler asked Carpet. However, there is no answer as he lies on the table, dead. Stapler demands to know who shot her boyfriend which Biscuit replied in disgust at how she would make out with that "Stupid Square". She triple-slaps Biscuit in response while reaffirming her love for Carpet. Beer deduces the murderer to be either Magazine or Biscuit since they fit the profile of hating both Carpet and Mint. Despite their protests, Magazine begins to crack when Beer grills her before flat-out admitting she was the person in question. She justifies her wrong-doings as her victims kept annoying her and Biscuit but nobody is having any of this. Thus, Magazine was burnt alive as part of her execution and the Bouncing Buses score a point.

Round 2 is underway and the unfortunate victim happened to be Coffee Cup, with a clean shot to the forehead. Unlike the first two murders,

In the stinger, Fart wanted Road Sign to play some more Football though she declines. Suddenly, a former contestant fresh from hell somehow returns to the show that only Road and Fart can exclaim in surprise:

Road Sign and Fart: El Nudelo Spider?! [In unison]
