  • Anytime "Dashing" Cody Rhodes reacted to being hit in the face.
  • Throwing Damien Sandow's briefcase into the Gulf of Mexico, resulting in Sandow (who, for all of his knowledge, apparently never learned to swim) jumping in after it. Funnier when Sandow shows up on RAW the following Monday without the briefcase, implying that nobody was able to retrieve it and it's probably halfway to Latin America by now.
  • According to his father Dusty, Cody was actually able to deduce who The Shockmaster was during the famous incident in 1993 when he watched it on TV. The only thing Cody said that day:
"I think that was Uncle Fred!" note
  • I used to have a mustache. It was a nice one.
  • His Tables Match at Extreme Rules 2012, where Cody achieves the funniest title win in the history of the company. The Big Show steps over the ropes to get back in the ring, Cody kicks the leg he's stepping with, and causes Big Show to stagger backward and step through a table at ringside. And technically, it counted as him "going through a table." Show's "deer in the headlights" face is hilarious, while Cody celebrates with his regained Intercontinental Title like he just became the smartest man in wrestling.
  • He and Goldust mocking Fandango's entrance.
  • Stardust surprising Eden (Cody Rhodes' wife).
  • The hilarious and slightly scary fact that, as Stardust, he had been able to do what many thought would be impossible, and out-weird Goldust.
    • And when he was in the same ring as Dean Ambrose, the Lunatic Fringe, and the really creepy Luke Harper, they both gave him the sideeye.
  • When Dusty Rhodes embarrassed Cody by dancing his theme song and laughing at Cody's early dashing video.
  • One WWE.com exclusive had Stardust and Goldust being interviewed by Eden, who was wearing a dress patterned with constellations. Stardust lost his mind.
  • Stardust's Twitter feed is just as insane as you would expect. His reactions to people calling him 'Cody' is hilarious.
    • Conversely, years later in the indies, Cody's (and the crowd's) reaction to a heckler yelling "STARDUST!!" at him is equally hilarious.
  • In the JBL and (not Cole) Show episode of "Clothesline From Hell High", Stardust hijacked it into something weird.
  • Cody dresses up as one of Dalton Castle's boys to sneak attack him, and when discovered has the most awkward expression on his face.
  • In Ring of Honor, a fan jumps right into a perfect silent pause in Cody's promo to ask the following question: "WHERE'S YOUR SEXY-ASS WIFE?!!" Cody's complete meltdown is priceless.
  • WHERE'S THAT REFEREE?! HE WAS TRYING TO FUCK ON ME! For context, the "worst match I ever had" involved Ted Dibiase Jr not kicking out when he was supposed to, and the turmoil in the back that unfolded. Before Vince could say anything to Cody, Ted fired off that now memorable line.
Cody: And because it was such an awkward...unbelievable moment and incorrect use of the F-word, and everything that goes into it...Vince slowly puts his headset back on...sat down...and we never talked about the worst match that happened ever again.
    • Seated next to him on the stage include Tony Schiavone, and none other than Maffew himself.
  • Another time in TNA, Cody stops his wife Brandi from competing in a match, and tries to persuade the other female competitor to leave.
Cody: "Listen, here's forty-five dollars. It's twenty dollars more than they were going to pay you."
    • Considering the state of Impact Wrestling, that may have just been the truth.
  • Cody's Running Gag of saying "Fuck The Revival" any time he shows up on Being the Elite.
  • When the Bullet Club invaded Raw, Cody recited a speech from Independence Day with no context or warning whatsoever, confusing a lot of the fans.
  • At Starrcast 2019, Cody was asked at a panel if the WWE still wished him the best in all his future endeavors...
Cody: Based on some of the text messages I've received...no.
  • After Cody's loss to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39, an unknown fan, for some reason, threw a rubber chicken into the ring, which bounced off Cody and landed next to his prone form and was captured on camera. Not only did this launch a new meme, but Cody actually acknowledged the rubber chicken in a promo soon afterward.
  • His media scrum appearance with Jey Uso after the pair won the tag titles in 2023 immediately became legendary due to both showing up very clearly drunk. Cue Cody consistently trying (and failing) to maintain any sense of professionalism as Jey just messes around the whole time. Highlights include:
    • Jey randomly shouting “YEET!” at random moments throughout the scrum. Eventually, Cody dramatically does it himself to great fanfare.
    • A reporter asks where the two are at in their storyline (citing both Jey’s role in the very popular “Bloodline” angle and Cody’s tagline of “I have to finish the story”). Cody bounces the question over to Jey who only goes “Uhhhh…” over and over until Cody just falls apart laughing.
    • Jey’s line of “They’re the oldest person. They’ve been here since both our dads were here.” Cue Cody cracking up from the sheer randomness of it all.
    • Cody responding to a reporter saying his name with a dog bark out of nowhere. Jey throws in a “YEET!” for good measure.
    • A reporter from the area chimes in, Cody notes “Oh, a local reporter”, and Jey comes in with a very pointed “A local, eeeeh?” like it means something important before both he and Cody start laughing before the guy can even get a question in.
    • Jey asking a reporter repeatedly “Do ya feel me?” which is capped off by Cody very sincerely asking “Do you feel him, sir?” with the intonation of a homicide detective interrogating a suspect.
  • His utter confusion at what’s supposed to happen with the nuggets following an interview Pat McAfee did with the Rock that went viral where the Rock claimed the online fans that support Cody being in the main event with Roman for WrestleMania are shoving chicken nuggets both in their mouth and up their ass. Cody even turns to Pat and asks him. Pat at first feigns ignorance before eventually admitting that, yes, apparently they go up the ass.
