Spider-Friends is an AU Humor fic done by scriviner based on the possible aftermath of the comic event Spider-Verse. In the aftermath of the battle against the Inheritors, the surviving Spider-People are now stuck on 616 and forced to rebuild their lives. Read it here

Spider-Friends contains examples of the following Tropes:
- Alternate Continuity: Obviously an alternate development of the aftermath of Spider-Verse. As well, the story started when the comic book arc started and various characters that appear on the story have been killed on the current comic book canon.
- Continuity Porn: There are TONS of Spiders from throughout comics history, including Spider-Boy from Amalgam Universe and the Peter Parker from Earth X, and even some from concept pitches from Marvel that didn't took flight (like "Frank", coming from a What If? pitch where Spidey fought on The Vietnam War).

Exiled from Continuity: Unfortunately, the Spider-Men from the Spider-Man Trilogy, Spider-Man: The New Animated Series, The Spectacular Spider-Man, and The Amazing Spider-Man Series are unable to appear due to their similarities with 616 Peter Parker. - Giant Robot: Peni Parker with SP//dr, and Leopardon from Spider-Man (Japan).
- Film Noir: Spider-Man Noir is this to a T, but unfortunately being a private investigator in the modern age doesn't pay all that much.
- Know When to Fold 'Em: Shocker's tack when multiple Spider-Men show up to stop the Sinister Six is to sit down and surrender.
- Massively Multiplayer Crossover: Almost every Spider-Man is promised to show up in this, even a few new ones.
- Other Me Annoys Me: Even when the Spiders act like a big family, there are various examples-such as Spider-Man Noir and "Frank" (a Spider-Man that survived The Vietnam War and became his universe's Punisher) butting heads on one scene (because Noir's Aunt May was a Communist and "Frank" is very much anti-Communist).
- Recursive Canon: A Shout-Out version: Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and Neon Genesis Evangelion exist on the 616, and Peni recognizes the characters in them that are her (innocent bystander on her 'verse) classmates (Kamina is a class clown, apparently).
- Running Gag: Every Spider watches the show Dog Cops, which is apparently a show about dogs as cops.
- Those Two Guys:
- Aaron and Otto are this to some degree, along with Captain Universe 'Jack' Spider-Man and Phoenix 'Wily' Spider-Man.
- More than two villains, but this is the role that the new Sinister Six (or as the Shocker has renamed it, the "Sinister Syndicate") is becoming.
