Shiho Kikuchi (菊池 志穂 Kikuchi Shiho?) is a Japanese voice actress (seiyū), born on 6 May 1972 in Kanagawa. While her first famous role was the shy Miharu Tatebayashi from Tokimeki Memorial, her speciality seem to be the Plucky Girls.
