Miho Okasaki (born November 22, 1998) is a Japanese singer and voice actress from Okayama Prefecture affiliated with I'm Enterprise. Starting her career in 2017, she started getting larger roles after her big breakout with Rimuru Tempest.
She has wide range and a very distinctive husky voice.
Her real name is Mihoko Itami; while still in high school, she won the NHK Amateur Signing Contest in Bizen, Okayama under her real name and got to meet Nana Mizuki, a singer and voice actress who she admired. Mizuki gave her advice on starting a career in voice acting, which she would follow after graduating from high school. As a professional singer, she is signed to King Amusement Creative, the same label which Mizuki is signed to.
