To put it simply, Tōru Ōkawa is a Japanese voice actor born in 1960 and has the distinction that he CANNOT be pigeonholed. He can voice annoying brats, suave youths, Hot-Blooded men, the Manipulative Bastard, the Cool Old Guy... what an actor.
In December 2017
, he went on medical leave for treatment. Fortunately, he came back to work in July 2018.
