Heather Elizabeth Langenkamp (born July 17, 1964 in Tulsa, Oklahoma) is an American actress.
She became widely known for her role as Nancy Thompson in the A Nightmare on Elm Street franchise, in Wes Craven's original 1984 film and in A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987), and a fictionalized version of herself in Wes Craven's New Nightmare (1994).
Aside from acting, Langenkamp is also co-owner and Vice President (with her husband David LeRoy Anderson) of AFX Studio, a special make-up effects studio in Panorama City, CA.
