The Party

     The Untouchable Trio Plus One
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/f058143.jpg
A group of adventurers with an ever-rotating roster of nearly-identical members. They are a plague on Garwheeze World.

  • Chronic Backstabbing Disorder: The Untouchable Trio+1 will honor no oaths, backstab their henchmen, deny payments, and scheme against one another in virtually every encounter they do.
  • Comedic Sociopathy: The group is a bunch of die-hard hack and slashers without any sense of honor or goal other than mayhem and winning.
  • Hero with Bad Publicity: Justified as the Untouchable Trio+1 is involved in large numbers of murders across the region.
  • Identical Grandson: Almost all of the Untouchable Trio's relatives are basically renamed versions of their existing characters.
  • Legacy Character: The Untouchable Trio+1 is a generations long group of relatives of the main three plus Sarah's characters. These are called "proteges."
  • Nominal Hero: The adventuring party razes villages, tortures NPCs, steals, and pillages at will.
  • Protagonist-Centered Morality: In-universe. The Untouchable Trio will not suffer even the slightest offense against their own characters but treat everyone else like garbage. This is reflected in the players themselves having absolutely no idea that their characters are not viewed "heroes" in-universe.
  • Token Good Teammate: Sarah's characters are inevitably the only ones actually to do anything resembling heroism in-universe.
  • Unwitting Instigator of Doom: They've accidentally destroyed a city by lighting a fire, helped bring about the Doomsday Pack, and otherwise wrecked most of the setting at various points.
  • What Measure Is a Mook?: The party treats any NPCs as less than human and brings their out of game biases against them. This includes their own henchmen and party members.

     Knuckles
"The King of the Wallcrawlers" is a dwarvish thief and fighter who is played by Bob.

  • Ascend to a Higher Plane of Existence: One of the Knuckles ascended to become a gawd due to some clever arguing by Bob.
  • Berserk Button: Being disrespected by NPCs like El Ravager.
  • The Atoner: Knuckles the Seventeenth fled from a dragon hunt and was considered "tainted" by the others until Bob made an elaborate backstory about being the atoner.
  • Automatic Crossbow: Is capable of firing his crossbow multiple times per round as per D&D rules.
  • Blood Knight: Like the majority of the Untouchable Trio+1, he loves killing things, especially with his crossbow.
  • Break His Heart to Save Him: Attempted to do this with an orc cub he adopted and ends up getting killed by them.
  • Catchphrase: "I waste em with my crossbow."
  • Greed: One of his defining vices is his desire for more gold and riches, though he never gets to spend much of them.
  • Kick the Dog: Attempted to rob a blind beggar of the coins in his cup, which got him branded with tattoos of shame.
  • Our Dwarves Are Different: Knuckles is a nimble cunning thief versus the stocky fighters of most kind.

     El Ravager
A powerful fighter with a major relic. He is played by Dave.

  • Berserk Button: Being disrespected by NPCs.
  • Blood Knight: Like the other Untouchable Trio members, El Ravager loves killing.
  • Cool Sword: The Hackmaster +12 that almost all of his characters wield.
  • Dumb Is Good: El Ravager doesn't seem to understand why anyone would dislike his character. They're heroes after all.
  • Dumb Muscle: He is played by Dave as this way, even though he usually has a high intelligence score.
  • Flat Character: Even more so than the other party members, El Ravager is really just Dave reacting to events.
  • Hello Nurse: Is the most likely to notice if any NPC is an attractive female.
  • Loyal Animal Companion: Cheslie the Cow that El Ravager chose to ride into battle.

     Black Lotus "Teflon Billy"

A dwarvish wizard and the nominal leader of the party, at least in terms of getting the others to go along with his schemes. He is played by Brian.

  • Bad Boss: The worst of the Untouchable Trio +1 with plotting to cheat henchmen, beat them into Stockholm Syndrome, and framing them to cheat them out of shares.
  • Chronic Backstabbing Disorder: Knuckles and El Ravager are generally pro-party while Sarah's characters tend to be good. Black Lotus is as inclined to betray them as he is NPCs.
  • Crazy-Prepared: Had spellbooks tattooed on the backs of his friends among other things.
  • Dick Dastardly Stops to Cheat: Black Lotus can't stop scheming and plotting even when it's directly against whatever they're planning on doing. Frequently, like the trope's namesake, this blows up in his face.
  • Greed: Black Lotus is even more greedy than Knuckles, willing to rob the party of vast amounts of wealth as well as magical items.
  • Hoist by Their Own Petard: Black Lotus frequently screws himself over like his plans to steal from party members getting found out or his attempts to steal Bagwurld's treasure all being lost due to his own overconfidence.
  • Know-Nothing Know-It-All: Black Lotus is an enyclopedia of facts in-universe (based on the rules out of it) but often forgets important crucial details when scheming. For example, he once turned an entire army into werewolves based on the RL moon cycle but forgot that Garweeze Wurld has three moons.
  • Manipulative Bastard: His characters are prone to lying, cheating, and twisting the truth in order to get the slightest advantage.
  • Pride: Is overwhelmingly arrogant about his intelligence.
  • Rules Lawyer: In-character as well as out of character. Black Lotus' schemes depend on him having some obscure knowledge or facts in-universe.
  • With Friends Like These...: Black Lotus is as much a threat to the party as he is their enemies, at least in terms of cheating.

     Sarah's characters
Zayre, Thorina, and Justinia are a trio of characters played by Sarah Felton. Zayre and Thorina are female barbarians while Justinia is a cleric of Beynar. They serve as the +1(s) of the Untouchable Trio + 1.

  • Barbarian Hero: Both Zayre and Thorina are female barbarians that can easily kick the majority of men's ass.
  • Brainwashed and Crazy: Zayre is turned evil by a magical ring and immediately takes over the Knights.
  • Chainmail Bikini: Sarah makes note of avoiding this with all of her characters, dressing them in sensible armor.
  • Conflicting Loyalty: Justinia is torn between her loyalty to her friends and her god Beynar.
  • Driven to Suicide: Zayre kills herself to keep from becoming the mindless hack and slasher the others like her as.
  • Fighting from the Inside: Zayre is implied to be doing this as the others like her evil self more.
  • Only Sane Man: Frequently they are the voice of reason and sense in any situation.
  • Token Good Teammate: Sarah's characters inevitably play this role.
  • Women Are Wiser: With rare exceptions, Sarah's characters see through whatever disaster the others' shenanigans are about to inflict on them.
