- Big Beautiful Woman: Bea is on the full-figured side. But her success in dating clearly shows it doesn't detract from her appeal.
- Big Ol' Eyebrows: Her eyebrows are thick enough to be the same size as her eyes.
- Too Spicy for Yog-Sothoth: When Yuwei tries messing with her mind and tearing her down mentally, Bea's sheer level of anxiety basically overloads her. A literal anxiety demon.
- Unlimited Wardrobe: Her outfits constantly change depending on the episode, and they never look the same.

- Antiquated Linguistics: His dialogue is peppered with slang straight out of the 1940s. Which makes sense, given that's when he was alive.

- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: Initially presented as the perfect guy, his personality shows many suspicious cracks as he keeps appearing. Culminating with him drugging Bea and trying to sacrifice her to his own demon.
- Body Horror: When Alex fails to fulfill his contract, the results are unpleasant. As in spitting up lava and morphing into a hideous demon unpleasant.
- Deal with the Devil: After a fatal car crash, Alex made a deal with a demon (Valentin, specifically) for a second chance. The caveat being he had to find someone who loved him for him, and offer their soul to Valentin.
- Name of Cain: His name as a demon in Hell, spelled 'Cayne'.
- Walking Spoiler: If it wasn't obvious, Alex is a very spoilery character.

A very buff friend of Bea's.
- Amazonian Beauty: Tall, buff, extremely pretty. Bea's reaction when seeing her picture for the first time?Bea: HOLY SHIT.
- Better as Friends: The two go on a couple of dates, but it never goes anywhere. And she is involved with someone else during a later appearance.

Bea's ex-girlfriend.
- Amicable Exes: Though the breakup hit Bea hard enough that she summoned a demon, the two hold no bitterness towards the other over the breakup.

Bea's older sister.
- Curtains Match the Window: She has brown hair and brown eyes.
- For Your Own Good: Her biggest character flaw is tending to do this regarding Bea. That includes getting her fired.
- Happily Married: Recently hitched to her girlfriend, Evelynn.
- Lipstick Lesbian: Extremely girly, extremely gay.

- No Shirt, Long Jacket: Wears a suit jacket with no shirt.
- Snake People: Some form of multi-armed snake demon.
