Main Characters

     Robin Harris 

"Voiced by": Faizon Love


  • Blatant Lies: He claimed to be good with kids. While he is good with shy, quiet types like Jamika's son, Leon, Satisfied Street Rats like the titular Kids quickly drive him to neurosis.
  • Deadpan Snarker: He often makes a bunch of wise-cracking comments on the behavior of the titular children and states how they should be punished and disciplined in the most snide manner.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Despite all of the things he went through, he gave the children $10 for pizza when they arrive home.
  • Parental Substitute: He is the closest thing Bébé's Kids have ever had to any sort of parental authority.

     Jamika 

"Voiced by": Vanessa Bell ColowayRobin’s Love Interest, the mother of Leon, and a friend of Be Be.


  • Bettyand Veronica: The Betty to Dorothea’s Veronica.
  • Love Interest: She serves as one after Robin met her at Walter’s Funeral.
  • Mama Bear: She seems to be so close to Leon, as she was concerned for him when he was upset on wanting to hangout with Bebe’s children.
  • Nice Girl: She is pretty much so far a nice women as she comforted a widow who was saddened at her husband’s death.

Bebes Kids

     General 

"Portrayed by": (Lashawn: Jonell Green) (Khalil: Marques Houston) (Pee-Wee: Tone Lōc)

A trio of children who are Bebe’s Kids


  • Berserk Button: Leon brings up the fact that their mother doesn't see them often. They don't take it well and threaten him.
  • Disappeared Dad: No mention is made whether or not Bébé's living as a single parent, widowed or divorced. A throwaway line by Jamika toward the end of the film has her stating that they SHOT their father when he tried to leave. It's not said if he survived or what but, either way, he's not there. There's a reason the kids are so hostile. No Dad, and Bébé a nasty piece of work.
  • The Dreaded: They are so feared throughout the neighborhood that the police can’t deal with them. A stranger who sees Bébé's Kids in Vegas starts a panic when he sees them.
  • Establishing Character Moment: Each of them injure Robin in their own way when introduced to him:
    • La Shawn was combing her black Barbie doll's hair when it gets stuck in a knot; she yanked the comb loose and it goes straight into Robin's eye.
    • Kalil mangled Robin's hand in some hip ghetto handshake.
    • Pee-Wee runs his Big Wheel over Robin's foot.
  • Freudian Excuse: They are bad children because of how they were never taken care of by their mother and were abandoned by their father.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Downplayed. As they are not evil but despite them being assaulted children they do care for each other for one another. They even care about their mother despite her not taking care of them as shown when Leon insulted her.
  • Villain Protagonist: They come off as this due to their Jerkass behavior.

     La Shawn 

"Voiced by": Jonell GreenThe oldest child and the daughter of Bebe Wooten who is the older brother of Kahill and Pee-Wee.


  • Action Girl: She's a good fighter like her brothers, Although she arguably isn't as capable as [[The Leader
  • Berserk Button: She dislikes kissing boys or even being teased about it.
  • Establishing Character Moment: She is introduced combing her black Barbie doll's hair when it gets stuck in a knot; she yanks the comb loose and it goes straight into Robin's eye.
  • Ship Tease: Implied. When Leon asked La Shawn on why she always having to mess with her, Khalil teases to the latger that she liked the latter while the former tries denying . She has one with Leon such as while teasing him including having a happy expression when accidentally kissing him. When she went to see the former before she left, they both smiled at one another.

     Khahill 

"Voiced by": Marques Houston

The middle child of Bebe’s children and the leader of them.


     Pee-Wee 

"Voiced by": Tone LōcThe youngest child of Bebe’s Kids, who is a baby.


     Leon 

"Voiced by": Wayne Collins JrJamika’s son who would then hangout with Bebe’s children at Fun World.


  • Butt-Monkey: He doesn't even like Bébé's Kids and is frequently picked on by them. They do bond near the film's end, though.
  • Disappeared Dad: Earlier in the film, it is stated that his father is divorced.
  • Nice Guy: He is a mild-mannered and reasonable child who is even willing to befriend Bebe’s Kids despite having been assaulted and insulted by themZ
  • Ship Tease: Implied. When he asked La Shawn why she always has to mess with her, and Khalil teases to him that she likes the latter while the former tries denying . When La Shawn went to see the former before she left, they both smiled at one another.
  • Took a Level in Badass: When Khalil was about to be executed by the robots, he came to help him from being executed via electrocution by stepping up to save him by acting as his defense attorney and calling Fun World out for their racist attitudes towards the black children and making rules so strict that they restrict kids' freedom.

     Winthrop 

"Voiced by": Phillip Glasser

A child who befriended Bebe’s Kids and Leon after they escaped from a ride that The Security Guards strapped them in.


  • Nice Guy: Like Leon, he is pretty much of a nice person who was willing to befriend and join Bebe’s Kids.

     Richie 

"Portrayed by": Jack Lynch

A child who befriended Bebe’s Kids and Leon after they escaped from a ride that The Security Guards strapped them in.


  • Nice Guy: Like Leon, he is pretty much of a nice person who was willing to befriend and join Bebe’s Kids.

Town

     Walter 
A person who passed away and had a funeral that Robin went to.


  • The Friend Nobody Likes: So far no one was sad besides his wife that he died and were glad that he was gone.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: Despite having died before the events of the film, he was the reason that Robin ended up with Jamika after meeting her at the funeral.

     Bartender 

"Voiced by": Brad SandersAn unnamed bartender in a bar who Robin talks to about his day with Jamika and the children.


  • What the Hell, Hero?: He calls out Robin for leaving Jamika and Leon, not believing that Bebe’s children need a Parental Figure.

     Barfly 

"Voiced by": Be Be Drake


     Lush 

"Voiced by": Reynaldo ReyA drunk person


Other

     Dorothea and Vivian 

"Voiced by": Myra J (Dorothea) and Nell Carter (Vivian)

A duo of women who with the former being a former ex-wife of Robin and the other being her friend that attempted to sabotage the growing relationship between Robin and Jamika.


  • Bettyand Veronica: The Veronica to Jamika’s Betty.
  • Big Eater: Vivian, to the point where she tries to bring food onto the tunnel of love. Establishing Character Moment: She is introduced by Dorothea by having her inhaling cotton candy and swallowing it in one gulp.
  • The Ditz: Vivian is one due to having a thing in eating instead of brains.

     Security Guards 

"Voiced by": Louie Anderson, Tom Everett, and Kerrigan Mahan

A group of Security Guards that work at Fun World.


  • Hero Antagonist: Despite how rough and bureaucratic they come across as, they are only trying to keep the amusement park under control.
  • Would Hurt a Child: They had no problem of threatening Khalil or attempting to capture the children once they escaped.

     Bebe Wooten 
An unseen person who is a friend of Jamika and the mother of her children.


  • Abusive Parents: She barely takes care of her children and has Jamika do it for her instead.
  • Freudian Excuse: While it wasn’t confirmed, her husband divorced her which had her children shot their father.
  • The Ghost : Despite having been mentioned by Jamika and her children, she never appeared at all in the film.
