So...I get the ability to group people into random groups? At first I thought this was an useless power, then I realized that I can get people together that can accomplish certain goals for me or, on the other hand, if I don't want something to get accomplish, I can force together people who either don't have the necessary skills for the task or will be too busy fighting each other.
