~Discar, ~Adannor, ~Dr Psyche, ~JHM. ~Harmonious Fusion should be now active.

There is a fair amount of work to do here. Remember to holler when closing stuff out, so that the announcements thread can be updated.

Okay lets see.

  • I Love My Brother: wellll like I said in the report, explicit onscreen underage sex in chapter 2. Devilhead.

  • Amat Omnes: with how its blocked off and due to likely enormous amount of content behind the block it's really hard to place a solid judgement. But the premise is leaning towards the devilhead.
  • Microcosm: this one is just gone, but everything said about the above applies as well.

  • Deserving: oh damn the writing is garbage... Skimming through, it kinda seems to focus more on Harry generally abusing and degrading Snape as his household slave rather than directly raping him - except for the first chapter that had a quickie to start the mpreg thing.

Umm even if Amat Omnes stays it is a stub with 1 trope and it is basically unpublished with the privacy claim.

It probably should be cut or moved to the unpublished works section in the darthwiki anyway.

[up]Well it's going to be a withered stub anyway. The second one, being less of a stub, could be moved.

  • Dragon Ranger: well this one is much better drawn than most yaoi, buuut it's exactly as report says: wall to wall sex. Devilhead.

[up][up][up] Yeah, ILMB needs to get nuked posthaste. Pedopandering Rule 34 horseshit, period.

A little bit of Microcosm was saved through archive.is; only one softcore sex scene out of the pages that were saved.

Well I just read ILMB on Imgur. There's a lot more to it than just the sex with the predominant portions about one character angsting over a crush and angsting over it being her brother, but the sex scene is explicit with characters explicitly underage. So I'm going to put in a devil-head on that one because it is a violation.

Okay so after a very surface skimming, it seems like Deserving only has a handful of chapters with explicit sexual encounters - not enough to be a cut by P5. Page may need some cleaning to reduce the focus on them, especially the opener.

Agreeing with the assessment that Deserving has a high enough plot-to-porn ratio to keep. I'll be checking out Boyfriend to Death to see how it fares in that regard.

I also gave ILMB its third devilhead. Take 'em away, ~Septimus Heap.

Sorry, but it needs a disposition filled in and saved. Merely giving a third angel-/devilhead is not the whole job.

Did I not do that? On my end it's showing under "resolved but not done".

It's showing up there for me too. It's been given a disposition, but still needs to be approved for a cut (see Cut List).

I Love My Brother has been locked, cut and the announcement thread updated.

Wondering if any of this can be checked off as done: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/content_violation_reports.php?r=1&d=1

Okay so, checking the related examples for cut work. To refresh on the rules, examples from cut works can be allowed to stay if they don't focus on the porn of it.

I Love My Brother can probably be checked off as "done" here. Erotic Film I think we wanted a determination whether any of the redlinks there should be un-redlinked as their corresponding works violate the 5P policy. If none of them currently do, that could be checked off as done as well.

Otherwise, stuff in needs of votes:

Noting here that F.A.T.A.L. is already on Horrible.Tabletop Games so if the actual page does end up being cut, some of its material could possibly be transferred to the Horrible page or even replace it.

Gave an angel to Playboy on the basis of its importance early on as a literary magazine despite its more prurient fame.

I have a disposition ready to go on that last one if needed.

I recently removed redlinks on Gross-Out Show for Vomit Gore (natch) and something called Hanger that doesn't have a page yet, but looks to be more of the same (eg, torture/humiliation porno). Should it be locked preemptively (and come to that, should I also trim down the description on the example? The VGT one is a Roeper quote, so it"s probably OK, but Hanger's is made up out of whole cloth with the same level of detail. Thoughts?

You can't really preemptively lock a work page, because there might be another more okay work that would go there.

Also....do I really want to know why someone thought Vomit Gore was ever a trope? (Hint: it wasn't.)

[lol] I meant that as a short form for the Vomit Gore Trilogy (one of the more infamously persistent 5P delinquents around here, from what I understand).

Sent in a CV report for Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel, on the grounds that there is a ton of sexualization of underage characters ranging from 13-17 years old. The English release states the youngest character to be 15, but she's identified as 13 in the original Japanese text. One of the 15 year-olds looks and acts even younger.

Most damningly, there's a gameplay mechanic that involves stripping most of these characters down to their underwear. An example can be seen here.

For other content that ought to be checked out, this LP is pretty complete. If I remember correctly, most of the sexually charged dialogue can be found in the Soulspace/Cosmosphere chapters. There's also a partially censored shower scene involving the 13 year-old on this page.

If we do end up cutting it, I'm pretty sure most of the trope examples can remain without much editing. Pedo-pandering isn't the main point of the work, it's just heavy enough to be concerning.

Huh. Noticing some rating confusion on the covers for that game - PEGI ratings give me a 12 and ESRB a M for "mature".

I had thought (Western) Europe is more lax about sexual content than the U.S. of A., so some disparity isn't surprising (although that is a bit bigger of a gap than I would have expected). I had also thought that U.S. standards trumped (no presidential puns intended) those of other countries, due to server locations.

Going to be an interesting case.
