Fanfic / Level Up (MHA)

Go To

Izuku Midoriya hated his quirk, and he was fairly certain the feeling was mutual. RPG Quirk Izuku. Gamer Izuku.

Level Up is a completed My Hero Academia story in which Izuku learns to use his passive-aggressive quirk to become a hero. Now if only it would stop constantly insulting him. And why is it so perverted?

Level Up! contains examples of:

  • 11th-Hour Superpower: After Izuku gets hit with an incomplete Quirk-erasing bullet, Menu (after several moments where it seems she might die) ends up getting a massive upgrade that improves her Reality Warper power.
  • A-Cup Angst: A downplayed example. Itsuka has D cups but is still occasionally jealous of Momo and Nejire who have DDs and Gs respectively.
    • And then Fuyumi feels self-conscious when she sees Itsuka, Nejire... and Shoko.
  • Adapted Out:
    • None of the members of the canon League of Villains, even Shigaraki Tomura, Stain, or Doctor Kyuudai Garaki, are mentioned at all in the fic. All For One and Overhaul are the only canon villains brought up in-story.
    • Most of the members of Class 1A and 1B do not appear, with only a few students making appearances.
  • And the Adventure Continues: After a long and full life of happiness, as Izuku passes away, his Quirk prompts that he's unlocked New Game Plus and can live out a new life with his powers, the possibility to have more girls join the harem, and even live this new life as a girl himself.
  • A Rare Sentence:
    • Izuku mentions having made several.
''He scratched his head and approached his soon-to-be third girlfriend and his Quirk. That was a sentence he never thought he'd have to think.
    • During a mission, Nejire tells the others to save the flirting for later, then is surprised she said that.
  • Accidental Pervert: One of the side effects of Izuku's "Harem Protagonist" class is that it raises the potential for pervy accidents by 200%, even warping reality to make these events happen. Izuku's Quirk teleports him into Momo's bed where he inadvertently grabs her breast. At another point, it sends him into Itsuka's bed, then to the U.A. communal bathroom while all the girls in Nejire's class are using it and finally to Momo's room while she puts on lingerie.
  • Achievements in Ignorance:
    • Considering how weird Izuku's Quirk is, most achievements regarding it are reached without even knowing how they happened.
    • Apparently the reason Izuku's Quirk ties a woman's charisma to her bust size is because he once read a porn comic where an elf's breasts grew bigger as her charisma increased, so his Quirk just kinda assumed that's how charisma worked.
  • Achievement System: As seen in the first chapter, Izuku's has achievements, and they give rewards:
[Achievement Unlocked: One Big Ass Mistake.
Congratulations, you have made such a stupid and idiotic mistake that it will cost you your life. You clearly can't survive on your own.
    Reward: Party System Unlocked.]

    [Achievement Unlocked: Pervert
You touched a girl's butt by accident or on purpose.
Reward: You can now view your party members stats.]
  • Adaptational Badass: Every member of the party (except for Izuku) is much more powerful than in canon due to the abilities granted to them by Izuku's quirk. Itsuka is especially powerful, having One For All alongside her quirk and feats, making her almost unbeatable.
  • Adaptation Relationship Overhaul: Sir Nighteye has a much more positive relationship with Izuku, owing to seeing Izuku's Quirk change fate. They are good enough terms that Izuku is okay with Nighteye dating his mother.
  • Adaptation Name Change: Momo's hero name is Nemesis.
  • Age Lift: Like many MHA fics, U.A. is a university, making all the students three years older than canon.
  • All Your Powers Combined: One For All is several Quirks combined into a single entity. Izuku's Quirk made Itsuka take it out of terror of being "eaten" by One For All and mentioned that Itsuka's Quirk has already been consumed by it.
  • All Women Are Lustful: Once they start having sex, each of the girls is noted as being almost constantly horny. Itsuka reluctantly admits to herself that her masturbation skill is still her highest by far.
  • Alliterative Name:
    • The dungeon "Peaks of Plenty".
    • All of Nejire's attacks on the "Peaks of Plenty" dungeon boss have alliterative names regarding breasts in some way, such as "Ten Ton Titty Tackle".
  • Amazon Chaser: Izuku is clearly attracted to Itsuka and Momo, who are two badass girls. Most notably, when Itsuka throws Bakugou head first into a garbage can, she gains near infinite reputation with Izuku along with a note for him to "fucking marry her already".
  • Ambiguously Bi:
    • Both Itsuka and Momo like Izuku but also admire each other's bodies.
    • Not so ambiguous later, Momo mentally considers that she's actually bi while Itsuka is quite eager to date Momo as well as Izuku. And Nejire.
  • Ambiguously Gay: When Shoto was younger, Fuyumi figured he may have been gay because he never reacted when her girlfriend paraded in front of him topless.
  • Animated Tattoo: The former Yakuza boss's tattoos can come to life with his Quirk.
  • Armor-Piercing Response: When Momo is languishing around the house, upset that Izuku is out on a date with Nejire, Izuku's Quirk reminds her and Itsuka that they're in a bisexual relationship and could just go on a date with each other.
  • Art Initiates Life: The former mob boss of the Shie Hassaikai has a Quirk that lets him bring his tattoos to life.
  • The Assimilator: One for All works like this, with Menu-chan stating that Itsuka's Quirk was consumed by it. This becomes relevant when Itsuka gives it to All for One, who is killed by the Quirk consuming all his others. Itsuka is left Quirkless afterward as she only had One for All.
  • Awesome, but Impractical: Using "Fast Cooking" repeatedly quickly leaves Izuku lightheaded, forcing him to return to preparing food the normal way.
  • Bait-and-Switch: When Itsuka brings Kirishima to the nurse's office after punching him, Izuku notices some concrete in the boy's hair and asks if she punched him through a wall, only for Itsuka to insist she didn't. It was three walls.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: Izuku mostly knows Momo as the "happy bi-mess" girl he's dating but on the first day of classes, she beat someone so badly they dropped out.
  • Big-Breast Pride: Nejire is very proud of her new boobs.
  • Boring, but Practical:
    • Recovery Girl scarfs down Izuku's stir fry dish when she learns it eases joint pain.
    • After a typhoon hits Indonesia, Lunch Rush and Izuku are sent to one of the relief stations to make food for both the refugees and relief workers. Izuku's food is especially important due to its ability to heal others and restore stamina.
  • Breast Expansion:
    • Boosting a woman's charisma stat makes her breasts bigger.
    • The water in the Peaks of Plenty dungeon increases a woman's charisma and strength. Nejire stays in the water long enough to have island-sized breasts.
  • Broke Your Arm Punching Out Cthulhu: The Party is able to defeat All For One and save the world, but Itsuka had to sacrifice One For All to kill All For One, leaving her Quirkless.
  • Bring It: When Aizawa tries to erase Izuku's Quirk, said Quirk reveals that he actually puts Quirks to sleep and dares him to try as she's got a whole pot of coffee to fight him off.
  • Buxom Beauty Standard:
    • Izuku's Quirk bases a woman's charisma score off her bust, as Itsuka finds out when she asks Izuku to put a stat point to her charisma and she gains a cup size. Though increasing charisma is also shown to improve the shape of a woman's breasts, eliminate back pain from said bust, give clearer skin, and remove split ends, resulting in a general improvement to their looks. It's implied that a man's charisma score is based on the size of his penis.
    • When it's discovered Izuku's curry tends to make a woman's breasts larger (it boosts a random stat for an hour and always picks Charisma for women), said curry sells out in record time.
  • Cat Girl: Itsuka's first skin is the Sexy Cat Girl Skin.
  • Cast from Stamina: Izuku's "Fast Cooking" skill lets him create new foods in an instant but takes just as much energy as doing so at a normal pace, so creating multiple items with said skill quickly tires him out.
  • Change the Uncomfortable Subject: After Momo spots an unknown girl eating leftovers from their fridge, she tells the others, only for Izuku's Quirk to insist that she's "delusionally horny" and seeing things.
  • Combo Platter Powers: Izuku's Quirk gives him so many skills that Sir Nighteye points out he can pass a single subset of its powers off as a Quirk. He does so when going under cover.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Played for Laughs during the battle with Overhaul, after an upgraded Menu manages to turn it into a heavily lopsided cook-off between Izuku and Overhaul.
  • Death of Personality: This is the main concern of Izuku's quirk when he almost took on One For All. According to her, Itsuka's Quirk has already been consumed.
  • Demoted to Extra:
    • Downplayed. Because Izuku lacks pretty much any combat skills, while his Quirk massively empowers his Battle Harem, he remains mostly a spectator in fights. Many of his canon accomplishments go to the girls. His lack of One For All also means that the burden of fighting All For One and other such responsibilities do not fall to him.
    • Most of the characters outside of the party have reduced roles if they aren't Adapted Out altogether, with most of the story's focus going to the party members.
  • Didn't Think This Through: When Momo unlocks her first skin (Maid Commando), she immediately tries it on, only to realize she's now commando in public.
  • Dull Surprise: Todoroki's reaction to being turned into a girl by Izuku's soba is pretty much "Meh" before continuing to eat.
  • Dungeon Bypass: Nejire and Itsuka manage two in the Peaks of Plenty dungeon.
    • First, they find a spot where they can clip through the invisible wall that keeps them from simply flying to the mountain.
    • Second, the mountain cave is filled with obstacles that have to be navigated, which is made harder each time they get splashed with the bust growing water. Nejire simply flies over the obstacles while Itsuka punches her way through them.
  • Easy Sex Change: Shoto prefers being a girl to a boy. While he changes several times temporarily thanks to Izuku's soba, he eventually requests (and gets) a permanent change.
  • Embarrassing Super Power: Thanks to an attempt to copy Izuku's quirk, Neito Monoma now gets a notification whenever he gets an erection. He's disheartened to find that it is most likely permanent.
  • Equivalent Exchange: Besides her normal creations, Momo can make magical items but they have a far higher cost. Creating a single spatula with a minor boost to Izuku's cooking skill leaves her completely exhausted.
  • Fantastic Drug: Izuku's soba for Todoroki. Izuku even ponders that the boy's obsession with it is making him feel like a drug dealer.
  • First Girl Wins: Played with. While Izuku intends to Marry Them All in spirit, for now he can only take one legal wife. He chooses Itsuka for being his first friend and starting him on the mad path they walked on together.
  • Foreshadowing:
    • While trapped in a Dialogue Tree setting, one of his options was to ask Momo to marry him along with Itsuka and Nejire Hado. Izuku questions who Nejire is since this is two chapters before her introduction as part of the Party.
    • After hearing that Izuku's going to get All Might's Quirk and his joy at "finally being able to be a hero", Itsuka asks why he can't be a hero using his own Quirk and gains reputation with an unknown party. Said party was Izuku's Quirk, who'd gain a human avatar later.
    • Izuku's Quirk states that Itsuka's quirk has already been consumed by One for All at one point. Later when All for One finally gets One for All, it begins consuming his Quirks until he explodes. Furthermore, this hints that Itsuka, as the only quirked person to pass on One for All and survive, is left without a Quirk when she gives it away.
    • When Izuku uses a magic clipboard from Momo that causes observers to assume that its wielder is supposed to be wherever they are to access a restricted area in Overhaul's hideout, someone questions why Izuku isn't wearing a mask like he is supposed to. This reveals that the clipboard cannot allow the user to commit actions that are restricted, such as leave with Eri.
  • Gender Bender:
    • Eating Izuku's soba temporarily turns Todoroki into a girl. In chapter 28, he asks for a way to make it permanent, which is accomplished in chapter 31.
    • A number of Pro Heroes end up as women temporarily due to Izuku's food when preparing to raid I-Island and defeat All For One, Aizawa being one of them. After the battle, due to a mix of Izuku's Quirk and the enhanced Overhaul Quirk, all of the changes made by the food became permanent, leaving Japan with a 60:40 ratio of female to male Pro Heroes.
    • The promise of more gender swaps is given at the very end, with Izuku's New Game Plus offering him a path to add a female Kirishima to his harem or to even be a woman himself.
  • Genius Ditz: Nejire is a lot more of an airhead than her canon counterpart who was more a case of being overly curious and without filters and a short attention span. Her Intelligence score is described as (paraphrasing) "If you put an ear to her head, you can hear the ocean". On the other hand, she's also the top-scoring student in her year and gets higher grades than Momo does in six different classes.
  • Going Commando: Momo's first skin, Commando Maid Skin, is Exactly What It Says on the Tin.
  • Grievous Harm with a Body: Itsuka uses a shark to bat cannonballs away. Earlier, she suggested using Izuku and Momo as "hand held weapons".
  • Harem Genre: Parodied. Izuku's Quirk gives him the class "Harem Protagonist", replacing the spiteful class 'weakling'.
  • Hate at First Sight: Aizawa actually hated Izuku before even meeting him due to the boy's Quirk being responsible for Nejire's revealing new clothes and habit of keeping objects in her Victoria's Secret Compartment. Upon meeting Izuku, Aizawa keeps thinking how punchable the boy looks. This lessens over time, however.
  • Hates Everyone Equally: Aizawa admits to avoiding favoritism by hating all of his students before he even meets them. Izuku is the only exception; Aizawa hates him far more than anyone else.
  • Healing Magic Is the Hardest: Recovery Girl's reaction to Izuku's healing food is excitement that she can retire. Her healing Quirk is so rare that she is unable to retire due to the impossibility of replacing her.
  • Heroic BSoD: Itsuka falls into depression for two weeks after sacrificing One For All and becoming Quirkless.
  • Hidden Depths: Itsuka is a gamer girl and RPG nerd.
  • Hoist by His Own Petard: Neito manages to copy Izuku's Quirk but "installing" so much new information causes him to pass out from Sensory Overload. And all he gets in the end is a piece of "malware".
  • Hour of Power: There was once an artist who had a Quirk that let him do one task flawlessly so long as it was within his ability to do so. The Quirk had a recharge rate of 873 hours and 12 minutes. All For One stole that Quirk and used it in combination with Overhaul's stolen Quirk to remake himself in perfect health. He intends to use the next flawless action granted by the Quirk to kill All Might and secure his seat of power once and for all.
  • How Do I Shot Web?: Izuku's Quirk only knows slightly more about what it can do than he does. As a result, both parties grew to resent each other because they both thought the other was useless
  • Idealized Sex: Averted. Contrary to how romanticized it is in movies, books, etc. the narration points out that even good sex really only lasts for about twenty minutes, short enough to be a part of the protagonist's regular schedule.
  • I Need a Freaking Drink: After his talk with Nejire, Aizawa seems ready to get drunk - and in fact serves himself a drink.
  • Impact Silhouette: When Itsuka trips, she leaves a crater in the shape of her body in the concrete floor.
  • Inconvenient Summons: Part of Izuku's Harem Protagonist set causes himself or his party members to teleport to each other right when there's a chance for an Accidental Pervert moment. Itsuka exploits this when Izuku's avoiding her and Momo by dressing in an embarrassing, revealing outfit so the Quirk would automatically bring her to Izuku.
  • Insatiable Newlyweds: A variant. After Izuku and Nejire along with Momo and Itsuka have sex for the first time, they start having sex as often as possible, with Izuku noting that their new morning routine always includes sex before they get ready for the day.
  • Instant Expert: Averted. Izuku was four when he got his Quirk, and, quite obviously, had no idea how RPGs worked. As well, Menu-chan didn't know how she worked either.
  • Interactive Narrator: Izuku's Quirk tends to function as one and is particularly fond of mocking him.
  • Interplay of Sex and Violence: After spending weeks training to blow off steam from Izuku and Itsuka dating, Momo has started getting horny from fighting, something Izuku finds both hot and worrying.
  • Jerkass: Izuku's Quirk spends over a decade bullying him for not being an Instant Expert with a ridiculously complicated Quirk and getting discouraged when it never seems to do anything other than give Izuku minor status information and insult him.
  • Jerkass Has a Point:
    • Early in Izuku's friendship with Itsuka and Momo, he'd regularly wonder if hanging out with them counts as going on a date, only for his Quirk to tell Izuku to man up and actually ask them out.
    • Sir Nighteye did not reveal that he foresaw Izuku's quirk transferring One For All to Itsuka, partly because Izuku's Quirk is sentient, borderline malicious, and a Reality Warper, and he was worried about the consequences of it receiving a boost from OFA. Considering Izuku's Quirk can create pocket dimensions, alter a person permanently, teleport him against his will, and acts crudely on a good day, Nighteye has a point.
      • Chapter 23 reveals that Izuku's Quirk didn't want him to have One For All because it would consume her and the prospect terrified her. The others admit it makes sense from a Quirk's point of view.
    • When Izuku finally has a chance to speak to his Quirk directly, he asks why it's always so mean to him and called him a weakling all the time. His Quirk replies that Izuku was a weakling and he never applied himself, only complained about his Quirk rather than actually attempting to better himself.
  • Jerkass Realization: Upon seeing Momo in a sundress, Izuku realizes his staring made her uncomfortable when he gets a notification that he didn't lose reputation with her due to his Harem Protagonist class.
  • Knight of Cerebus: All For One, the looming threat over All Might and Itsuka, kills any comedy or erotic situations when he's mentioned.
  • Level-Up at Intimacy 5: Izuku's Quirk unlocks new features for him based on how romantically he interacts with his party members. He unlocked dungeons when Momo kissed him on the cheek and feats when Nejire kissed him on the lips.
  • Little Bit Beastly: Each of the girls has a skin that gives them animal ears and a tail. Itsuka becomes a cat girl, Momo a dog girl, and Nejire a bunny girl. Later, Shoko gets a fox girl skin. Shoko stands out because she opts to permanently keep her fox ears and tail.
  • Logical Weakness: Izuku's new magic item causes observers to behave like the user has permission to be in any restricted area as long as they are holding it. But having access to an area does not mean you can do whatever you want there.
  • Luke, I Am Your Father: To his own amusement, All For One reveals that Izuku is his distant nephew because his mother Inko is a direct descendent of All For One's younger brother, the first bearer of One For All. It is implied that not even he knew this until meeting Izuku face to face.
  • Megaton Punch: Itsuka.
    • During a dungeon, Itsuka punches a shark so hard that its body folds up like an accordion.
    • At one point she punches Kirishima through three concrete walls when he dares her to hit him as hard as she can.
  • invokedMoe: Izuku comments multiple times that Shoko is "just too cute".
  • Mundane Utility: Itsuka uses her Cat Girl skin to get dressed at night, do her hair, and sleep without having to ruin her day clothes.
  • Never My Fault: Menu-chan claims that the reason she was so cruel to Izuku and bullied him since he was a toddler was that Izuku never tried to figure her out before calling her useless.
  • Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Defeating and capturing Overhaul when they did left him a sitting duck for All For One to steal his Quirk. Using it and a Quirk to allow him one flawless action, All For One was able to restore himself to his physical prime and instigate a new plan to Take Over the World and accelerate Itsuka's prophecized death.
  • No Body Left Behind: After absorbing One For All, the Quirk destroys All For One from within until he dies in a burst of stardust.
  • No-Sell: Itsuka is completely unharmed by Bakugou's relatively weak explosions due to a feat that reduces damage she takes based on her strength stat.
    • Then, during the training at the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, she learns that belly flops hurt... when she falls on concrete. The place where she lands has an Itsuka-shaped hole now.
  • Not So Stoic: Todoroki cracks up a bit at seeing Izuku randomly blink in and out of existence when trying to enter their shared dorm room.
  • Pintsized Powerhouse: As a girl, Shoto is only 160cm (about 5'3") but is the most powerful first year with the exception of Itsuka along with starting at level 25.
  • Pocket Dimension: Izuku's dorm room, which he shares with Itsuka, Momo, and Nejire is a very nice home with its own hot spring, which they access by entering their normal dorm rooms.
  • Point of Divergence: With Izuku's Quirk, Sir Nighteye plants him undercover in the Yakuza. This leads to the Party eventually defeating Overhaul very early in the timeline. With All For One still active, he takes the opportunity of Overhaul's capture to steal his Quirk, empowering himself and setting the stage for him to take over I-Island to prepare to once more Take Over the World.
  • Polyamory: As of Chapter 32, Izuku, Itsuka, Momo, Nejire, and Shoko (Gender Bender Shoto) are in a joint relationship.
  • Poor Communication Kills: Perhaps if Izuku and Menu-chan had worked together and tried to figure out how Menu-chan worked, instead of Menu-chan deciding to bully Izuku for not understanding immediately, Izuku could've been godlike by the time he got to UA.
  • Power Perversion Potential: Izuku's own Quirk appears to be sentient, perverted, and mildly sexist, so this appears often. To wit:
    • It rates a woman's charisma based on cup size, and increases breast size when a charisma point is added. It also improves shape and relieves back pain. When Izuku creates a curry that increases a random stat by one point for an hour, every woman who eats it gets a boost to their charisma.
    • When they go into the [Cove of Temptation] dungeon, it gives the girls skimpy bikinis.
    • When rating Nejire's flexibility it lists: Autocunnilingus.
    • It gives Izuku the involuntary ability to teleport to one of the girls if it would create a perverted situation. Teleporting him to, in order: Itsuka's bed, Nejire's boobs in the U.A. bathhouse in use, and Momo's room as she tries on lingerie. The girls even invoke this to teleport Izuku around when he needs to escape.
    • When designing Shoko's new body, "Hair" and "Face" each have only one or two adjustments that can be made but her breasts have over a dozen different stats that can be modified.
    • Izuku's checkpoint system brings him back to life by sending him back to the moment of orgasm when having sex with Nejire the night before. This has been a one-off occurrence and it is not clear if it would do so again.
    • When Menu creates a training room where the harem can fight any past enemies (including themselves) Nejire tries to ask if she can also use it to have sex with herself.
  • Power-Up Food: Izuku's food restores stamina and health along with other random effects. Sir Nighteye stabs his hand with a pen badly enough to draw blood, then heals it with a few bites of Izuku's food.
  • Put on a Bus:
    • All Might all but vanishes from the fic after chapter 17, after expressing his anger at Nighteye for hiding the fact that Menu-chan was going to reject One For All. It isn't until Chapter 40 that the characters even think about asking him when they learn about All For One.
    • Eri disappears altogether after her rescue and is never mentioned again.
  • Psychic Nosebleed: Trying to look through all the feats once the feature is unlocked causes Izuku's nose to start bleeding from mental overload.
  • Raging Stiffie: When Izuku gets incredibly excited at the prospect of a mission, his Quirk warns him he may actually get an erection.
  • Reality Warper:
    • Before Izuku's Quirk intervenes, Sir Nighteye had foreseen All-Might mourning Momo's death. Sir Nighteye comments to Izuku that his Quirk has never failed before and he worries about what that means for Izuku's Quirk. As Izuku unlocks more and more of his Quirk's potential, his powers over reality grow and grow.
    • With the Quirk-enhancing crown boosting the Overhaul Quirk by a magnitude of ten, All For One unlocked true Reality Warping powers, letting him wipe out everyone on I-Island save for Izuku's party and Melissa Shields instantly.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Izuku gets one from his Quirk over how he always complained about things but never actually tried to change anything, such as being upset that Bakugou was leveling up but not actually training himself or even exercising in an attempt to grow stronger.
  • Relationship Upgrade: In chapter 26, Izuku and Itsuka have sex for the first time.
  • Required Secondary Powers: If Izuku's Quirk didn't give the girls stronger back muscles along with the Breast Expansion, they would probably be hurting a lot more.
  • Rescue Romance: Izuku rescues Momo (or tries to, he needs Itsuka's help to escape). She ends up having a crush on him.
  • Running Gag: People agreeing that Izuku's Quirk is a jerk.
  • Screw Destiny: Izuku has done this already unintentionally. According to Sir Nighteye's original vision of the future, Momo was supposed to die the day Izuku rescued her, but his Quirk actively changed the future. Sir Nighteye recruits Izuku to help him change the future again since now he's foreseen All Might and Itsuka's deaths at the hands of All For One.
  • Sex God: After Momo and Itsuka's first time together, Momo comments her legs might never work again.
  • Shameless Fanservice Girl: Nejire who thinks nothing of going around in a Playboy bunny outfit because it's comfortable, makes a point of wearing revealing clothing and casually asks Izuku to remind her to seduce him later.
  • Shout-Out: Itsuka being a nerd, she makes many references.
  • Sitcom Archnemesis: Aizawa hates Izuku's Quirk, and Izuku himself by proxy, due to the headaches said Quirk causes him, such as teleporting Momo and Itsuka to Izuku whenever he tries to separate them.
  • Skill Scores and Perks: Izuku's Quirk has both feats and skills. The former are purchased while the latter have to be trained.
  • Sleep-Mode Size: The little girl Momo finds eating out of their fridge is the personification of Izuku's Quirk but she notes that she's not all of his Quirk and most of her is still asleep.
  • Taking You with Me: In the end, Itsuka defeats All For One by willingly giving him One For All. One For All is so single-mindedly focused on destroying All For One that it consumes all of his Quirks from within until nothing is left and All For One and One For All both disintegrate.
  • Super-Strength: When Itsuka goes all out with her Quirk and One For All, the shockwave of her punches leaves a crater the size of a football field.
  • Super-Toughness: Itsuka gets a feat that reduces physical damage taken based on her strength score, and said score is very high. After gaining One For All, Itsuka is functionally invulnerable to physical damage.
  • Support Party Member: Izuku's actual skill set is largely based on creating Power-Up Food for others to consume. By the end of the fic, he still has no actual combat ability.
  • invokedTheiss Titillation Theory:
    • The girls' sexy kimono skins always look like they're a single wrong move from falling off completely but never actually move, with the exception of Nejire's. She bounces so often it does slip, but it self-rights.
    • Izuku is fond of seeing the girls in bikinis despite having both seen them all naked and having slept with them, which he justifies in his head by repeating: bikinis.
  • Trademark Favorite Food: Shoto Todoroki's is soba. Especially Izuku's soba. Initially despite its collateral effects, and later because of them.
  • Tranquil Fury: Momo is an expert at subdued anger. When she invites Izuku to have tea with her so they can talk about Izuku avoiding her and Itsuka, Izuku mentally panics and marvels at how she's able to make drinking tea appear so menacing.
  • Turns Red: The big octopus in the [Cove of Temptation] becomes red when hit by Momo's cannon shot.
  • Unpredictable Results: Izuku's food always contains a chance to cause a random effect such as changing eye color or growing a tail.
  • Vague Stat Values: From the first chapter, when Izuku gets a look at Itsuka's stats, they are given as descriptions, instead of numbers, except for her Character Level, and her bust size, a.k.a Charisma, is in cup sizes:
[Status: Itsuka Kendo. Lvl 7 Monk. Big Ass Fist Style
    Strength: Man-Hands
Dexterity: Can't dodge a brick. But can punch one.
    Constitution: You'll tire out first.
Intelligence: Smart enough to know what you really should be doing.
Wisdom: Wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you.
Charisma: C but currently in denial and thinks that she's still a B
  • Vetinari Job Security: Deconstructed with Recovery Girl. The rarity of Quirks with healing properties means she has had to continue working well into old age because she is irreplaceable. She sees Izuku as a possible successor at UA so she can retire.
  • Victoria's Secret Compartment: Nejire gets a feat called Boob Window, which allows her to keep a Hammerspace in her cleavage and makes it so all her shirts have a Cleavage Window. It reaches the point that, if she had life support in there, she could keep people in it.
  • The Voiceless: Lunch Rush never speaks, only communicating with gestures, leaving it ambiguous whether he can speak at all.
  • Wardrobe Malfunction: While in her sexy kimono skin, Nejire sometimes bounces around enough for a nipple to slip out, though the kimono quickly slides back into place on its own.
  • Weaksauce Weakness: The dragon at the end of the Peaks of Plenty dungeon can shrug off a punch whose shockwave leaves a football field-sized crater but is defeated by getting hit with Nejire's boobs.
  • What Kind of Lame Power Is Heart, Anyway?: Until he meets Itsuka, Izuku's Quirk really doesn't do anything but mock him, because he didn't fully understand how it worked immediately when he got it.
    • Some of the unlockable feats include things like "whistling" and "double strength when opening jars".
  • Wham Episode:
    • Chapter 16. When Izuku tries to eat All Might's hair to get One for All, his Quirk prevents him from doing it - and sends it into Itsuka's throat.
    • Chapter 22. An unknown girl appears in Izuku's Pocket Dimension dorm room and his Quirk blatantly lies about her existence.
    • Chapter 23: The unknown girl is Izuku's Quirk.
    • Chapter 25: Neito Monoma permanently copies Izuku's Quirk. Or at least a part of it. Subverted, when it turns out that he now simply has a piece of "Malware" in the form of a notification when he gets an erection, thus taking away the seriousness.
