  • It's All About Me: Believes that the entire world revolves around him. Tiz calls him out on this.
  • Take Over the City: Has no intention of expanding his empire, especially when Donald and Goofy tell him how their world has magic beans and singing harps.

Hiro: Oh, c'mon! I wouldn't build a giant, city-destroying robot. I just wanna see the specs! Y'know, for educational purposes.

Arendelle

    Queen Elsa

Queen Elsa of Arendelle

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/elsa_kh3.png
"I can't believe it. All my life, I thought I was the only one."

Origin: Frozen (2013)
Appearances: Act 3: All That's Left

"I'm so glad I met you, Riku. I was afraid that…I'd have to face this new chapter of my life alone. I was prepared for that. Or…I thought I was. But, you were right. No one should have to brave the darkness alone."

The recently-crowned Queen of Arendelle. A troubled young woman who fled into the mountains to prevent her ice powers from hurting her loved ones, Elsa soon finds a kindred spirit in Riku.

  • Adaptational Jerkass: Massively downplayed. Though her personality remains unchanged, Elsa isn't considered a candidate for a Princess of Heart, instead possessing a regular amount of darkness in her heart much like any other person. Thus, instead of protecting her for her heart of pure light, the Organization tries to push her to succumb to darkness with the intent of turning her into a Heartless and recruiting her as a Nobody.
  • But Now I Must Go: At the end of the Arendelle arc, Elsa leaves in a self-imposed exile in part due to her ongoing struggles with darkness, but also due to the fear and resentment from her citizens. She takes this opportunity to explore the outside world and join the heroes in their battle against the Organization.
  • Commonality Connection: Quickly bonds with Riku over their shared hardships; namely their struggles in controlling their powers and how they both ran away out of fear of hurting their loved ones.
  • The Dreaded: The Organization knows to fear Elsa for her power.
  • Foil: To Riku. Both are lost souls who ran away out of fear of hurting their loved ones. Additionally, both struggled with controlling their powers before coming to terms with their insecurities and accepting their "darkness" as part of themselves.
  • I Am a Monster: As the only one in her family with magical powers, Elsa originally believed herself to be a Heartless or on the verge of becoming one. She dropped this mindset just prior to meeting Riku.
  • An Ice Person: Wields immense power over ice.
  • Ms. Fanservice: Her dress accentuates her figure, which Riku notices.
  • Platonic Life-Partners: With Riku. Despite their closeness, their connection remains purely platonic due to Riku's relationship with Kairi as well as the age gap between them.
  • Tranquil Fury: As cold as ice and composed like the calm before the storm. This is best shown when she sends a direct threat to Xemnas.
    Xemnas...I'm coming for you.
  • True Companions: With Riku. They bond over their shared struggles and Elsa refuses to let him face his darkness alone. This is cemented when she knowingly puts her life at risk by directly threatening the Organization on his behalf.
Let them listen. It doesn't matter. We should never face our darkness alone. I'll be with you every step of the way.

Dark Elsa — (UNMARKED SPOILERS!)

"Anna…why did you never LEAVE?"
With full knowledge of her great power, the Organization sets their sights on Elsa, intending to push her to succumb to darkness with the hope of recruiting her into their ranks as a Nobody. To this end, they utilise the abilities of their newest recruit Nahxs (better known as "Hans") and arrange for Xaldin to stab Elsa in the heart with a shard of the former's enchanted glass, making her see only the ugly in the world. Corrupted with darkness and possessed by her darkest thoughts, Elsa subjects Anna to a venomous "The Reason You Suck" Speech, bombarding her beloved sister with cruel words which she dared never to speak. Elsa then launches a blast of deathly ice at Anna, only for Riku to take the blow.
  • Absurdly Sharp Claws: Gains icy talons along her fingertips.
  • And I Must Scream: After being corrupted by Nahxs, Elsa is Forced to Watch from her Station of Awakening as she verbally tears her beloved sister to shreds.
  • Disney Death: Once Anna breaks through to her, Elsa freezes her own heart in order to rid herself of Nahxs' corruption, turning into ice in the process. In a reverse to the film's climax, Anna tearfully embraces Elsa frozen corpse in an act of true love, thereby ressurecting her.
  • Evil Costume Switch: As her corruption worsens, Elsa's dress turns to shades of purple and her cape becomes tattered.
  • Face–Monster Turn: Elsa getting stabbed with a shard of Nahxs' enchanted glass transforms her into Dark Elsa.
  • The Heartless: Is in danger of becoming one thanks to the corruption infecting her heart.
  • "I Know You're in There Somewhere" Fight: Riku and Kairi fight Elsa in an attempt to save her before she succumbs to darkness.
  • Made of Iron: She doesn't even flinch from direct attacks with a Keyblade.
  • Madness Mantra: Her inner monologue when Nahxs visits her to taunt her after locking her in the dungeon.
Kill Him Kill Him Kill Him Kill Him Kill Him Kill—
KILL HIM! KILL HIM! KILL HIM! KILL HIM! KILL KILL KILL KILL KILL
  • My God, What Have I Done?: Suffers a brief Villainous B So D when she inadvertedly freezes Riku's heart.
  • "The Reason You Suck" Speech: Gives a scathing one to Anna.
You never let me go. Always clawing at my door, driving me insane. You didn't want a sister; you wanted a toy. You'd wake me in the middle of the night, demanding we'd build a snowman. You'd push me harder and harder... Until I finally pushed back.
Don't you see, Anna? All this darkness… All this rage that I've hidden for so long; it's all because of you. Why couldn't you stay dead?
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: Her pupils turn scarlet when her heart is infected by Nahxs' magic.
  • Tainted Veins: In conjunction with the above, dark veins begin crawling from below her eyes, eventually spreading down her neck.
  • Tranquil Fury: She starts off this way upon her confrontation with Anna before devolving into screams of rage at the sight of Hans.
  • Truer to the Text: In a sense, Dark Elsa harkens back to the character's roots as an antagonist in the original tale.
