To recap for those who's unfamiliar
The manga follows a duo of Riko, a 12-yo girl explorer, and Reg, a Ridiculously Human Robot boy looking the same age, going on a suicide mission to find ancient artifacts and her mother at the bottom of a cave full of Eldritch Abominations.
The series is full of Surprisingly Realistic Outcome by the means of everyone getting external and internal injuries on a regular basis, as well as general lack of censorship regarding everyone's chests, which caused quite Values Dissonance in US. The anime adaptation tones it down for TV.
The first season has R17+ rating and the movie got R15+ by CERO-Z. Both got TV-MA by TVPG. It's also one of the most popular ongoing Japanese manga and is also published by Seven Seas Entertainment in the West.
Going to excessively pick up anything Moral Guardians would raise an eyebrow about, so it's not questioned again.
- Ch 1:
- In the flashback Riko is punished by the evil orphanage lady by being suspended by ropes in a rather BDSM manner. It's hard to tell between full frontal nudity and Barbie Doll Anatomy because of the angle, transparent Godiva Hair and artist's use of greyscale colors. The adaptation skips this part.
- Riko adjusts her hair in the mirror. Chest is obscured by the arm.
- Ch 2: Riko mentions Bring My Brown Pants after nearly being eaten by a monster.
- Ch 3: Reg, being an amnesiac, "discovers" that he's a boy and questions "why he needs things thing". The pants are pulled barely enough to not show anything.
- Ch 4:
- Riko goes into details about her full body check on Reg.
- Riko is whipped by the orphanage lady, most of the body is obscured.
- Ch 6: Riko hides a pendant under her dress with underwear visible.
- Ch 10: An adult checks Reg's body. Despite pants being pulled nothing is visible.
- Ch 11: Riko requires first aid and spends quite some time explicitly topless.
- Ch 13: Riko walks out of shower in full frontal nudity, with some Godiva Hair effect.
- Ch 14: Riko mentions Bring My Brown Pants after being spooked by a mutant.
- Ch 16: An explorer's assistant looking about Riko's age is tied up naked, with only the crotch obscured. Though only later confirmed to be Dragged into Drag male.
- Ch 21: Riko gets a full change of clothes after a surgery with explicit frontal nudity.
- Ch 25: Riko and Reg take a bath in the lake visibly topless and Reg has a late realization that Riko can see his everything.
- Ch 26: Mid-surgery Bring My Brown Pants.
- Ch 30: Prushka (new girl, looking in teen years) says she locks her door because "she's that age" but doesn't elaborate.
- Ch 31: Reg is connected to a surgical machine and a tube collects his urine.
- Ch 32: Prushka is surgically operated on and is explicitly topless.
- Ch 33: In a flashback Prushka and Riko discuss Reg's organ reacting to girls and Prushka notes similarities to "Papa's rod". It's not elaborated what she's referring to.
- Ch 37: In a flashback Prushka takes a bath topless.
- Ch 38: An Imagine Spot of Prushka examining her breasts.
- Ch 39: Riko takes a dump in the background.
- Ch 42: New girl Faputa is topless by default. She also fully checks Reg's body to confirm his identity.
- Ch 43: Riko is attacked by mutants and partially stripped. They back off shortly.
- Ch 47: Riko and another girl topless on back cover art.
- Ch 48: A flashback describes a Sex Slave, but that part isn't shown.
- Ch 50: Another explicitly shirtless girl mid-transformation.
- Ch 51: Two cases of topless girls in a flashback.
- Ch 55, 57, 58, 61: Topless Faputa.
- Ch 61: Riko examines and smells Faputa's butt to check Bizarre Alien Biology. With permission.
- Ch 62: Reg gives Riko a back massage.
- Ch 63: Two girls in a flashback with Absolute Cleavage, though most likely adults.
In conclusion, while it's definitely not for everyone (Gorn takes much more focus), I don't think any of these are hitting our rulebook, and anything questionable is on "have to pay attention to even notice" degree. Though the author definitely may have a thing.

Considering even US cinemas let the movie in. And worldwide censors like Amazon and the BBFC were fine with it. And its one of the most popular anime /manga currently. I think this is fine to keep tbh.

There are a lot of uncomfortable overtones and questions as to the author's... tastes, but the fact that no censorship board has struck it down or censored it so far makes it hard to justify getting rid of.
Still refusing to touch it though.

If we’re talking about the child nudity, even the most… questionable pages of the manga are limited to a few isolated scenes (that chapter 1 punishment scene especially). Outside of that, I’d argue the topless shots are non-sexual in nature. And the anime’s toned it down quite a bit.
I mean, if we’re keeping something like To Love Ru, I’m not sure what would make MIA off-limits. =[

I'd agree with Lyendith that the majority of the topless shots are nonsexual. The anime also tends to add Godiva Hair, so if we're discussing the anime specifically, I'd say it hits flags more on the basis of implication than on what's directly shown.
It's hard to argue that MIA doesn't have a certain bent to it, but I'd argue the gore and body horror are more objectionable from a depiction standpoint - and those aren't enough to support a cut either.

I think it's clear there aren't erotic depictions of minors or positive takes on exploitation of minors in the work, though there is a lot of Too Much Information.
So far it's been unanimous for Keep, but does that also mean "do nothing"?

There probably isn't anything to clean though, the only issue with work or characters pages I see is possibly "Innocent Fanservice Girl: Deconstructed", which I'll bring up here if we're done.
