During the investigation of recent hollers in the Complete Monster thread, it's become apparent to the staff that an insular, unfriendly culture has evolved in the Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard threads that is causing problems.
Specific issues include:
- Overzealous hollers on tropers who come into the threads without being familiar with all the rules and traditions of the tropes. And when they are familiar with said rules and traditions, they get accused (with little evidence) of being ban evaders.
- A few tropers in the thread habitually engage in snotty, impolite mini-modding. There are also regular complaints about excessive, offtopic "socializing" posts.
- Many many thread regulars barely post/edit anywhere else, making the threads look like they are divorced from the rest of TV Tropes.
- Following that, there are often complaints about the threads and their regulars violating wiki rules, such as on indexing, crosswicking, example context and example categorization. Some folks are working on resolving the issues, but...
- Often moderator action against thread regulars leads to a lot of participants suddenly showing up in the moderation threads to protest and speak on their behalf, like a clique.
It is not a super high level problem, but it has been going on for years and we cannot ignore it any longer. There will be a thread in Wiki Talk
to discuss the problem; in the meantime there is a moratorium on further Complete Monster and Magnificent Bastard example discussion until we have gotten this sorted out.

So, while I was doing Mephistopheles there may be one other character worth discussing from Call of Duty: WWII Nazi Zombies. I’ve already discussed Nazi Zombies when talking about Peter Straub so I’ll get to the candidate, The Greater-Scope Villain of that story, The God King.
Who Is He? What Has He Done?
The God King was the ruler of an ancient civilization that existed millennia ago, during prehistorical times called the Thulian Civilization who was killed by the raven lords led by Rook before sealing his body away in his throne to save their civilization whose people had been suffering by The God King’s tyranny.
However Fredrick Barbarossa would find his throne room in Antartica while trying to flee after a failed campaign during the Second Crusade, where Barbarossa would retrieve the God King’s sword embedded with his magic, which Barbarossa used become Holy Roman Emperor.
However the sword contain The God King’s spirit which corrupts Barbarossa into becoming a power-hungry tyrant just like him and now having the desire to use the magical sword to conquer and enslave the entire world. Luckily the royal guards learns of Barbarossa’s intentions and kill him be prevent his ambitions from becoming true before disassembling the sword to pieces.
The sword hilt would go to Mittleburg which the Nazi’s led by Peter Straub would uncover. Through the hilt, The God King would tell Straub on how he can use the sword for his purposes allowing Straub to use the hilt to transform thousands of innocent into zombies, creating an army of zombies which the God King would intend to use.
When Peter Straub gets killed by his own creations, The God King would take control of his zombie army and spread the army throughout multiple parts of the world resulting the countless deaths of (probably around the millions) as these casualties would then be part of the God King’s army and continue to ravage the world.
The newly formed Bureau of Archaic Technologies would send the Raven team who first encountered the zombies in Mittleburg to the lost city of Thule in Antartica where they reforged the sword while planning to use it to kill of the God King’s influence for good. However, The God King had corrupted Vivian Harris into betraying the team before using the sword to awaken the God King before he kills her once she served her purpose.
The God King then tries to kill the rest of the Raven team before embarking on his ambitions to rule the world after it has been decimated by his zombie army only Klaus, who became the new Rook, to bestow power to the Raven team transforming them into the new Raven Lords, where they then defeat the God King, before destroying him thus eliminating his influence for good.
Freudian Excuse? Redeeming Qualities? Other Militating Factors?
All that was known about The God King was that he was such a cruel and horrific ruler that The Raven Lords had turn on him to make sure that the Kingdom of Thule would be safe, That is and The God King never shows any reasons nor well intentions behind his motives other than wanting rule however he wants because he feels entitles to being a king.
The God King never shows any care for his pawns merely viewing them all as his puppets having no problems killing them off once they served their purpose as with Vivian and possibly with Straub whom The God King’s zombies devour after Straub created his army.
Also him being reanimated into a zombie doesn’t affect his moral agency at all as he is able to show complete sentients and control over his actions and avoids being Generic Doomsday Villain by being able to speak, which he says his intentions of killing off the Ravens while planning to rule over what’s left of the world thus showing a personality, albeit a terrible and cruel one.
Heinous Standard?
While Straub still counts as he directly creates the zombie army out his own choices along with conducting horrific experiments on people and being a Nazi, It is The God King who gave Straub the means and told him how he could create his army completely aware that and allowing Straub kill thousands for his zombie army which The God King hijacks and uses said army to reek havoc across the world and kill countless more, while it was implied that zombies killed Straub on The God King’s orders to take over his army.
The God King himself has corrupting otherwise decent people like Barbarossa and Harris into worshiping and/or serving him before killing off Harris once she outlived her usefulness before coming very close in killing her allies, while claiming his wish to continue having the zombies decimate the world until there’s nothing left that could oppose him taking it over. In a grand scale The God King definitely stands out.
Final Verdict?
I’ll leave it to you guys to decide.

My writeup:
- La Casa Dalle Finestre Che Ridono: Buono Legnani's incestuous sisters would lure unknowing victims to the titular house in order to torture and kill them as an inspiration for their brother's art. After Buono's suicide, the two sisters kept on murdering people in a twisted homage to him and also so satisfy their own sadism. When Stefano reaches the town to work on one of Buono's frescoes, the sisters — one of which under the guise of Don Orsi — spy on him and kill four people who help him unveil the mystery, explicitly torturing two of them beforehand and taking advantage of the wall of silence in the town to cover up their crimes. In the end, it's implied that they also manage to kill Stefano shortly before being arrested.
Given its importance for the story, should the twist be kept hidden in this entry?

- Kid Stuff storybooks: Megatron is the power-hungry leader of the Decepticons, who is obsessed with amassing enough power to conquer the entire universe. Upon arriving to Earth, he tricked thousands of humans into working for him, promising to award them with great profit only to destroy them all in a massive explosion after they were done digging out coal for him. The detonation also turned the coal into a large diamond in which Megatron used as a lens laser to melt the Rocky Mountains, killing even more people in the process. As the series progressed, his body count would only get higher as he tried to obtain massive amounts of oil through methods that caused several worldwide disasters.
God King
Yes to Favorite and the God King.
Now I'd like to talk about a particular fanfic because in general I love them so much.
- Wandering Pilot:
- The Swamp Witch is a genocidal demon out to turn the whole world into her poisonous swamp. Eradicating the elves, the Swamp Witch sets her sights on Shinji Ikari to become her host body and places a curse on several members of his harem which leaves them in constant agony; Shinji can only remove this curse by taking it into his own body, with each one progressively eroding his ability to resist her efforts to possess him. When foiled, she founds a cult with herself as their "holy" leader, while spreading her deadly swamp across the lands, killing and torturing any who get in her way.
- Melona is the Swamp Witch's equally vile servant. When sent to capture Shinji, Melona viciously rapes and castrates him, continuing to keep him as a Sex Slave when his powers make him recover from his injuries. When Shinji escapes her clutches, Melona swears to destroy everything he loves in order to break him completely. Melona impersonates the pope to rape nuns at her leisure while sewing chaos with her "official" position, an act she repeats during Claudette's reign by impersonating her royal advisor, Ymir. Later capturing the elf Echidna, who is pregnant with Shinji's child, Melona gruesomely extracts the fetus and devours it before mocking the grieving mother.
The second villain is quite worrisome to me... is Shinji an adult in this fic? Is this somehow not graphically and disgustingly described the way fic writers tend to be wont to do? If we've got a very onscreen depiction of someone being castrated and raped while their dick grows back, a minor at that, I'd love to see this diced post haste.

Also the Wall of Text OP initially gave us isn't setting my hopes much higher:
Melona is the The Dragon to the Swamp Witch, but outstrips her in depravity. Her very first act is to supposedly pull a Villainous Rescue on Shinji, only to reveal she had been sent to kidnap him by her mistress. Upon learning that he is in a relationship with Leina Vance, she rapes and castrates him out of spite. When his Healing Factor causes him to grow a new groin instantly, she imprisons him in a cave, starving and raping him (both physically and mentally) for nearly two weeks while also inflicting fatal injuries upon him since they won't kill him. After he escapes, she develops an obsession with killing everyone he holds dear and forcing him to watch, while also intending to recapture him and completely mentally break him into being her Sex Slave. In between these acts, she also commits other crimes using her shape-shifting powers; such as impersonating the pope so she can rape the nuns; and serving as an Evil Chancellor to Queen Claudette, giving her bad advice and encouraging her to rule despotically. But her worst atrocity comes in the penultimate chapter: after capturing Echidna, she forces the elf to reveal that she is pregnant with Shinji's child, then gruesomely extracts the fetus—by shoving her hand down Echidna's throat and pulling it out through her mouth—and eats it, sadistically declaring that it had developed enough to have a gender. This proves to be her final act, as the emotionally shattered Echidna breaks free of her bonds and kills her in a fit of rage.
