What TMA Fear does the above avatar best represent?

In The Magnus Archives, there exist The Entities/Powers/Fears, abstract entities that create supernatural phenomena based off of the fears humans have.

In this thread, you determine what Fear best represents the avatar above you (the TV Tropes avatar, not the Fear avatars in the podcast)

Note that this doesn't cover all of the aspects of the Fears in the podcast; check the Wikia page to see all that the Fears cover.

• The Beholding: The fear of being watched, exposed, followed, having secrets exposed. Can also be about the drive to know and understand, regardless of how harmful that knowledge may be.
• The Buried: The fear of small, tight spaces and being stuck in them (buried, drowning, underground things, etc); can also be severe mental pressure, fear of everything crashing down around/on oneself (debts, etc).
• The Corruption: The fear of vermin, corruption, disease, filth, decay; feelings of disgust, revulsion. Can also involve unhealthy love and companionship.
• The Dark: The fear of darkness and what lies behind it, what we can't see.
• The Desolation: The fear of pain, loss, burning, destruction, with those things initiated with a senseless cause, and inflicted on things that had things to live for and potential to be realised.
• The End: The fear of death.
• The Flesh: The fear of viscera and being eaten/consumed, the realisation that both humans and animals are just meat and bone, and can involve flesh-centered Body Horror.
• The Hunt: The fear of being hunted or being prey; can also involve an obsession with finding and reaching previously-unknown places. The key element of the Hunt is it's focus on the journey made by such a hunt, with whatever end result of said hunt irrelevant to the Hunt.
• The Lonely: The fear of isolation, being completely cut off and alone or disconnected from the rest of society. Can occur when Lonely Among People, and can also occur when going to places unknown.
• The Slaughter: The fear of unpredictable, unmotivated violence, and pain coming at sudden, random moments. Tends to be associated with war, and music that drives/warns of the Slaughter in the podcast (though this isn't truly necessary). It can be violent like a frenzied killer or calm, cold and regimented like soldiers firing on the battlefield.
• The Spiral: The fear of madness, deception of the mind and senses, things that don't look like what they appear to be, and deceptive motives. Can also form as dimensions with Alien Geometries and such.
• The Stranger: The fear of the unknown, unseen things, and things that often fall into the Uncanny Valley.
• The Vast: The fear of massive, incomprehensible sizes (immense spaces and creatures count), emptiness and insignificance, heights and falling.
• The Web: The fear of spiders, entrapment, and being manipulated.
• The Extinction: The fear of catastrophic change/destruction and the replacement of something with something worse, generally themed around destruction caused by humanity.

The Lonely. As not finding love and ending up alone if it counts.

Given that some of it's statements involve "doctors" wanting to "find out" about the human body...I'd say The Stranger.
