Opening.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanYeah, I believe this is an Audience Reaction in the same line as Acclaimed Flop and the likes. I support changing this page into YMMV.
Make it ymmv
"That's right mortal. By channeling my divine rage into power, I have forged a new instrument in which to destroy you."I agree on making it YMMV, but wasn't there a separate thread for that?
I'd like to apologize for all this. Also agree on making it YMMV.
Rock'n'roll never dies!Make it YMMV.
Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.on YMMV.

YMMV.
back lolI'm going to assume the only reason this isn't YMMV is that it's older than the YMMV classification. Because this should absolutely be on there.
Nearly all of the related items are YMMV. Making this YMMV is an easy fix.
One other small observation: can we cut that "usual translation: it's on FOX)... or it's created by Tim Minear, Judd Apatow, Bryan Fuller, or Joss Whedon" bit from the description? It feels like outdated Fan Myopia, and redundant to the actual entries for those creators' shows. (And while I wouldn't put this into the description, the more up-to-date translation would probably be "it's on Netflix.")

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.to YMMV
Absolutely cut that.
And absolutely YMMV.
Make YMMV
So are we ready to call?
Rock'n'roll never dies!Yep, safe to call. No crowner required.
YMMV away.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportNow that it is indexed as YMMV, time to move wicks as needed.
There's not much to go through; just 312 minus whatever namespaces we can safely ignore (such as Main/).
Edit: Found misuse in a Funny/ page. Thus, we may have to go through some additional namespaces.

she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportWhile cleaning up, I found in-universe examples that basically goes, "In a Crapsack World, anything good that happens will inevitably be shortly (i.e. "too good to last")." Do we have a trope for that?
Remove those. That's misusing Too Good to Last as a stock phrase, rather than referring to cancelled works.

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass. How many? You may want to check the remaining wicks for misuse.
I'm back!Seems we reduced the number by almost 60. Must have been the amount of misused wicks.
At 253 now. Checking Main/ just in case.
Edit: No misuse on Main/, though one instance needed to be clarified.

On the whole, I don't think this needs to be changed too much. The problem is that it's not a trope, it's an audience reaction. It's impossible to objectively define something as being "too good" to have been cancelled. Furthermore, even if you want to make the case that you can judge this objectively, it's not a trope about the work itself, it's a trope about something behind the scenes of a work, meaning that if it isn't YMMV, it's Trivia (with the best precedent for this being Acclaimed Flop. If this trope is to become a YMMV, it shouldn't need much overhaul. If this trope is to be moved to Trivia, I suggest it be renamed, possibly to something such as Acclaimed, but Cancelled. Or Acclaimed Short-Runners.
