I'll post a job opening, real or fictional, then the next poster will explain why their avatar is qualified for the position, regardless whether or not they already have a job. The poster will then post another job opening, and the cycle repeats.
Got it? Let's start!
Q, being the Gadgeteer Genius he is, knows more than a few weapons to use against enemies.

Since no new job was mentioned in the last post...
Do I even need to explain this?
Sackboy can simply use the Unlethalise Tool to put out fires.
Ford will do a good job teaching about life, the universe, and everything! He'll also teach people a few things about mixing cocktails.
He'd get the performers all excited to do their best, and as a store manager he'd know something about making things sell and look appealing which would make him want to get the songs to sound as good as possible
He's good at intimidating opposing witnesses.
The Human can show mercy to the defendants and easily settle arguments, though being a child, it would take more than just that to help them win their cases.

Tom is a good option to hire, his magic and fire powers are great assets for any business.
Plus, he may have a temper but lately he's been tamer and calmer so it won't be much of an issue.

Back home we have a formal ranking system for this sort of thing and I'm literally the maximum possible rank. Here, taste this chirashi-zushi. That'll answer all your questions.
(Aren't a lot of people level 70 culinarians...?) Shush, you. Obviously I'm not gonna tell them that.
(And does "so cook" mean something different from just "cook"?) I can cook anything, so it doesn't matter. (Sure, let's just... casually assume that. That can't go wrong.)
Job opening of the day: Gardener.

Caitlin knows a lot about biology; taking care of plants shouldn't be too hard for her.
This boi did his own hair.

Slavishly loyal, keeps in check a surprisingly large amount of things.
Who better to provide precise spinal relief than a good-hearted fellow with a big head and little arms?
Late night talk show host.
Well, he's snarky for starters, meaning he can make tons of jabs. He'd be a ratings juggernaut!
Radio show host
Rux is a musician, so he could talk about music and his experiences in the industry on his show.
Giygas is quite intimidating. He can also use mind-affecting powers to control people.

Starlight Glimmer and Sunburst can use magic. Sunburst, being the knowledgeable pony he is, only needs to find it, show Starlight the recipe and the magical applications and she proceeds to master the magic needed to cook it.
