- (Player1) injects (himself/herself1) with stem cells, only for (him/her1) to turn into a mass of protoplasm.
- (Player1) gets caught by the police, with BUSTED appearing in the screen.

- (Player1) plays a game that has easy, normal, hard, and lunatic difficulties, but somehow still lost on easy.
- A bacterium reproduces, with an army of it later singing about bacteria, but (Player1) just sprays them.

- Phantom Basco shoots (Player1) dead, after the latter rejects his romantic advances.
- Phantom Pony Meta Knight charges at (Player1) and (Player2) at high speed, splattering their remains across the floor.
- Before shooting (Player1), (Player2) tells (him/her1) that (he/she1) will get what (he/she1) fucking deserves.
- (Player1) slithers around in the ground like a snake, making only snorting sounds.
- (Player1) meets alternate universe versions of (himself/herself1) while travelling the Multiverse.
- (Player1) presses "E" to call for medical assistance. (He/She1) explodes instead.
- (Player1), (Player2), (Player3), (Player4), (Player5) and (Player6) come across bootleg toys of themselves in a flea market.
