• Advil and Jill approve of a horrid shipfic about them! Details at 11!
• At the science room:
  • What's with this strange purple fog? It's been here for hours!
  • If my readings are correct... it seems that Subject 616N has achieved a stable form. What you're seeing is merely just the power residue basically. I suspect that it's no longer and animal-like being, but has evolved to be a person.
  • Great, just great...
  • The phone rings. Hal answers it.
  • Yes? ...the black hole was fucking eaten by King Sombra!? Are you kidding me!? How come he's not dead yet, that's like the equivalent of drinking high-grade corrosive poison with a side order of nuclear waste!
• Well, it seems that the Pale King's lies have caught up with him!
• Somewhere in Sector F2:
  • Nightmare is wandering about some woods when an armored, cloaked figure approaches him.
  • Nightmare:   You...! Don't tell me... you're possibly that shadow creature everyone's been talking about!   
  • 616N?:   Correct. Just like you, I'm a living nightmare as well. Well technicallly, I'm made of hundreds of them, but that's besides the point.   
  • Nightmare:   So what are here for? Going to absorb me or something?   
  •    Oh, I wouldn't do that unless you were to perish in the games. I just wanted to visit a fellow nightmare. So, how are the games going for you?   
  •    Terrible! The service here isn't great and the living conditions are just horrid!   
  •    Well then, why don't you voice your frustrations at the gamemakers? An abandoned control booth is just to the north of here.   
  •    Really? Thanks for the info!   
  •    Don't mention it. Say, before I go have you seen any military installations around here?   
  •    Why yes! There's a big one to the south east of here, you can't miss it!

Jill, you really should have known better than to try and force King Sombra, of all tributes, to kill either of them for you.

That being said, I won't be surprised if Jigsaw ended up going berserk and had someone kill the Crystal King for murdering his beloved ex-wife.

Seems that Vaal caught up with Advil and Jill's interactions. RIP Cargo Ship.

• Spider-Ham, Spider-Ham, writing a novel on his experiences Spider-Ham!
• Plugg has captured Vaal! What is he planning?
• Yamada and King Sombra have a sweet moment together!
• Hey, someone forgot to tell Nightmare that cheaters never prosper!
• Somewhere at Sector M10, at a big military installation:
  • Scientists Hal and Dave were doing a routine check-up at the control room with the force field generator when a demonic voice greeted them.
  • ???:   Hello there, "Father", it's been a while.   
  • The scientists turn around to see a black armored figure in a cloak.
  • Don't tell me... you're... Subject 616N?!
  • ???:   616N? That's what you called me back when I was your lab rat, huh? Well I don't go by that name anymore! Ever since I formed this body, I am now... VALECOR!   
  • And with that, Valecor lets out a haunting roar as an aura of wailing and tortured-looking souls appears around him. At that very moment his eyes flash, causing huge black crystals to erupt out of the control panels.
  • Shit! Those were the controls for both the missiles, rockets, and the arena force field! Let's get out of here!
  • They run to the nearest exit and enter the hallway. Spotting some guards they shout at them.
  • Quick, there's a rogue agent in there that needs to be taken care of!
  • As the guards enter the control room Hal turns to Dave.
  • That'll buy us some time. Let's get going!
  • After going through several rooms and hallways, they take a breather in front of a large window with a good view of the missiles and rockets. They then witness the arena force field fizzing out as the missiles and rockets launch, with Gogmazios trying to pilot one of them but fails as the controls to all of them are busted. the dragon ends up crashing into the moon.
  • Holy...! This is bad, this is really bad...
  • Yeah, the tributes can escape now!
  • It's worse than that... true, the force field is meant to stop the tributes from escaping, but it's also meant to protect them from whatever is on the other side! Whatever enemies they have and whatever monsters we may have found over the years, such things can get the tributes now!

THE◊ FEAST◊]

• Well that's a nightmarish feast!
• Vaal escapes Plugg and hides in the cornucopia. However, a black crystalline skeleton that still seems to have flash on it startles him out of hiding. Demonic laughter happens right behind him, and he turns to be face to face with a black armored figure with a cloak.
• Victini wouldn't make Colonel Sanders proud today.
• Spider-Ham, Spider-Ham, throwing knives Spider-Ham!
• Candy Core tells Advil it has a headache.
• Plugg does some pan cooking.
• King Sombra and Black Viper have a bad case of indigestion.
• Jigsaw drinks to King Sombra's demise. Meanwhile at another installation:
  • The two scientists finish doing a rush job for a backup force field generator and turn it on, restoring the force field.
  • Alright, as long as nothing huge hits the force field it should hold for now.
  • Jigsaw gets huge and hits the force field, causing it to fizzle out once again.
  • Oh goddammit!

DAY◊ EIGHT◊

• Spider-Ham, Spider-Ham, receiving a big Toblerone Spider-Ham!
• Plugg relieves Yamada's headache.
• Sombra opens a fridge and sees the still-living severed head of Vaal. He says to her "The one that calls itself Valecor did this to me, please, put me out of my misery." Sombra obliges.
• True to his word, Valecor found Nightmare's body after he died from the games themselves and absorbed his essence.

Turns out Nightmare's weakness is not the Star Rod, it's Krabby Patties.

Fucking hell, Jigsaw.... RIP, at least you're Together in Death with Jill.

I take it that the Forcefield was just malfunctioning? Because Gogmazios managed to crash into the moon, but the very next day, Jigsaw grew so big he touched the Forcefield.

GC edited that part, so the scientists now made a backup.

• Yamada suddenly has it out for poor Sombra!
• Knowing he's dying, Plugg asks another to absorb his soul, saying an armored being with a cloak did this to him. Unfortunately for Plugg, the other tribute refuses as he doesn't have that power.

DAY◊ NINE◊

• Spider-Ham, Spider-Ham, not wanting blue or yellow Spider-Ham!
• Sombra comes across Plugg's corpse, which is now skeletal and has mysterious black crystals growing on it.

• Sombra, uh, pushes to get rich?
• Spider-Ham, Spider-Ham, seeing girls naked Spider-Ham!

DAY◊ TEN◊

• Meanwhile at the science room as the tributes talk about the future:
  • The scientist are trying to get another backup force field to work, but to no avail as it keeps sputtering out.
  • Damn! It's gonna take several days at least for the replacement parts for the force field to be shipped over!
  • So... how should we address the issue of 616N, or "Valecor" as it calls itself?
  • A plan that Snow's had for a whilw in his paranoia, a max security prison bult to house those with superpowers. We put it on the shelves as it didn't seem feasible at the time, but now seems to be the time to enact it. It likely won't be complete until at least ten seasons from now!
  • Ten seasons from now... hey, isn't that around the time when those troper games or whatever they call it is being planned? The very ones I heard that may be responsible for some of these tribute picks?
  • Yep.
  • So should we warn them about this threat or...?
  • Let's see what President Snow's orders on the matter are when the time comes and decide for ourselves, ok?
  • A shadow then splits off from the wall it was part of and slips away unseen by the scientists. After a while it then merges with Valecor a few sectors over, who has just thrown an invisible brick at a tribute.
  • Valecor:   A max security prison built to house things like me huh? That sounds like a good place to recruit allies... yes, a legion of evil to take over these games and then this world! GEH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH HEH!

Why am I not surprised that friggin' Spider-Ham won? Also, I'm not exactly the biggest fan of the "nominator stupidly kills their own tribute" event, so I'd like to vote for nixing it.
