I am a fan of a high amount of little-known works. Peace on Earth, Zig & Sharko, E.V.O.: Search for Eden, and especially Chargeman Ken!.
I am the most suitable partner for Gaia. I have some bad news. You will not make it to Eden. This is the end of your journey.
OI! You don't tell me about Chargeman Ken!
How about The Elmchanted Forest?
What happened? Why am I not allowed to post anymore!?I don't know anything about it, but I suspect that people draw porn of that fox.
And no, More Face, I will keep referencing Chargeman Ken until I quit TV Tropes. And you can do nothing to stop it.
I am the most suitable partner for Gaia. I have some bad news. You will not make it to Eden. This is the end of your journey.Anyone know about the band Shadow Gallery? 'Cause they're friggin awesome!
Masae is also underrated. She's got a wonderful sense of humor.
What happened? Why am I not allowed to post anymore!?I just discovered a silly webcomic starring anthropomorphic Pokemon called the Kalos fighters. Despite its bad art style and bountiful spelling goofs, It's really funny. The 3 Kalos starters, being siblings? A Snorlax, whose daughter is a Purrloin? A teacher, having a child for 11 years?
What happened? Why am I not allowed to post anymore!?Quest 64, baby.
You know, if more than 1% of the human race enjoyed the game, anyway.
I'm in love with obscure Hongkong-direct to video-action movies from the 80s and 90s in the Girls-with-guns-category that you only come by if you import bootlegs of them. A lot of them star two of my all time favorite actresses and action movie badasses, Moon Lee and Yukari Oshima. And sometimes you come across other badass people like Alex Fong, Sharon Yeung Pan-Pan, Cynthia Khan, Jeff Falcon, Mark Houghton... the list goes on and on.
Films like Dreaming the Reality, Kickboxer's Tears, Princess Madam (yup, dumb title, I know), the amazingly awesome Iron Angels-trilogy, Burning Ambition - oh gosh, I could go on and on <3 Such a lovely little genre of film.
His name's Kanye. And he's a giant. Like, big. My silly-ass Youtube (in German, tho): https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNHwQZc-U22ARITRCZTensai Bakabon, anyone? I absolutely LOVE that series to death. Heck, actually all of Fujio Akatsuka's work. Yeah, Osomatsu-san has a colossal fan base and Osomatsu-kun's is quite sizeable. But what about Tensai Bakabon, Moretsu Ataro, Let's La Gon, and things like that?
"Don't cry because it's over, cry because it happened."So, I don't need to make a thread for Soupe Opéra anymore?
Does anyone know one where I can watch the FULL English subtitled movie, Korede iinoda: Eiga Akatsuka Fujio? I found the first thirty minutes with subs and enjoyed it a lot. I really want to watch the rest of it. I mean, it starts with Akatsuka dressed up as Iyami making employees from a manga company sheeh, and it only goes uphill from there.
"Don't cry because it's over, cry because it happened."THAT THING! THE FRUIT OPERA THING!
I THOUGHT I DREAMED IT UP!
On another note, the movie Adrift in Tokyo.

Sure the show's stupid but it's bright, fun, and you see grown men get punched in the face multiple times an episode. What's not to like? That's most people's reaction, actually.
Probably because it was on between shows, came out of nowhere, and made no damn sense
Sure the show's stupid but it's bright, fun, and you see grown men get punched in the face multiple times an episode. What's not to like?Well I do know of small animations such as welcome to showside,Josh rouse,Jack Johnson, and then audience to name a few but I really enjoy stuff like short films, mini animations etc.
HiI think I'm one of the few anime fans in existence to rank Alien Nine as one of my top five favourite shows. Part of this is that the people who have seen it tend to find it a bit, uh, alienating, no pun intended, but it's not exactly a household name. I have also rather enjoyed what I've seen of PetoPeto-san, which seems to have no Anglophone fanbase to speak of, and no page here, although apparently it's Wikipedia-notable...?
I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.Reviving this because I recently found a way to watch another late 90's/early 00's Aussie kids show, Parallax, and I'm dying to see if anybody else here has seen it. I mean, some of you must've, cos there's a page for it an all, but still.

I'm a creator within this universe as well as a big fan of it, so idk if this counts, but. Arkn: Legacy has been my absolute jam recently not gonna lie
If anyone here has even heard of Batfink, a series of animated shorts from the 1960's featuring a crimefighting bat and his racially stereotyped sidekick "Karate", I will be very impressed.
"We learn from history that we do not learn from history."I had a video of that! I used to think it was weird but funny, but even as a kid the way they portrayed his sidekick felt kinda odd.

I find that I like a lot of underrated anime, manga, and games that are genuinely good but aren't as well known as other series. I recently got into this one manga called Magus of the Library, which is about a half-elf boy who loves books and reading but is shunned by his town for his heritage. When he meets a woman named Sedona, a Kafna who works as a magical archivist at the royal library in a far away city, he's so inspired that he decides to become a kafna as well. Seriously, the world building is great, the characters are a delight, the artwork is absolutely sumptuous, and by that I mean A Bride's Story sumptuous, and it's just sooooo good!

I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.I like this short-lived Amazon Prime original series called Comrade Detective. It's basically a Stealth Parody Miami Vice meets Squirrel and Hedgehog, and it's hilarious because it plays out like it's taking itself seriously.
Rock'n'roll never dies!
That's true
