Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.
For the interested, here's a list of recently created pages. Launches
Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

I've been thinking. With recent incidents of a certain ban evader who used sockpuppets to upvote their subpar drafts, and this draft has been on a standstill due to the OP having sockpuppets, and this discarded draft which immediately got hats and launched with only two examples, and I suspected that the OP was a sockpuppet, I got inspired in making this law against sockpuppets, as there had been no law before that. Here it goes:
Any suggestions regarding exceptions?
ᜇᜎᜈ᜔ᜇᜈ᜔|I DO COMMISSIONS|ᜇᜎᜈ᜔ᜇᜈ᜔From Zero to Hero seems to be unambiguously launched again. Launcher commented that this seemed ready to launch due to the number of examples. The grabber's last activity was from March 15th.
The last comment was a question stating "How many times is this trope going to launch?"
Also still waiting for feedback on my proposal regarding sockpuppet voting.

ᜇᜎᜈ᜔ᜇᜈ᜔|I DO COMMISSIONS|ᜇᜎᜈ᜔ᜇᜈ᜔I think it should go without saying...
Unlaunching Hero, suspending culprit, and placing a hold.

she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportMiddle Grade Literature has been launched. It seems to have only existed for a couple of days and has barely any comments in the YKTTW archive.
It's also got the age-range wrong (from what I can see of UK publishers, they say the age range is 8-12, not 9-13).
To accommodate it, the Children's Literature has had a sentence added that states 'Also see Middle Grade Literature, for the next age-group up and Young Adult Literature, for the age-group after that.'
As far as I can see from the UK publishers, middle grade literature is not a separate category to 'Children's Literature', it's still regarded as 'Children's Literature', just the older cohort (ages 8-12). And it seems to be exclusively a publishing term (book stores in the UK never use the term and neither does the general public, it's only 'Children's Literature', 'Young Adult', and 'Adult', with the marketing age-ranges as 0-12, 13-18, and 18+. (Young Adult has a similar situation, where 'Teen' covers 13-14, and 'Young Adult' covers 15-18, but the category itself is simply marketed as 'Young Adult', ages 13-18, and the general public uses 'teen' and 'young adult' interchangeably.)
So, this leads to my next question: these are just definitions of the category term, followed by a list of stories that fall within the category. So, it's an index.
Is this definitely a Main namespace? Or a Useful Notes?
If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading.Definitions of category terms like that are tropes/genres and the like. Not Useful Notes.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Bringing up Fiery Stoic for attention. It's a very old draft that had many people questioning it's tropeworthiness back in the day, but has been picked up recently and people want to launch it. I actually think it's a good trope, I just feel weird about it potentially getting launched given the older discussion (which wanted to discard and recreate it, but that never happened).
"It's just a show; I should really just relax"I think it'd be okay to launch, personally, but I feel a bit weird about it for a different reason, which was that the agreement on the draft was to create a broader "Anti-Personailty Powers" trope with Fiery Stoic being a subtrope if there were enough examples to warrant the split. That never happened, either.
Current Project: Incorruptible Pure PurenessPredator Pastiche was launched with no fanfare and a new three hats. Surprisingly, I wasn't one of the bombs despite the fact that I questioned multiple examples and didn't get a response.
I didn't bring it up in the draft, but the fact that I was already seeing questionable examples is making me think this might be problematic (Expy's always problematic, of course).

Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Could you also pull the source from the page as it was cut? People did add more examples.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.I think Wrap-Up Song was launched prematurely. The launcher participated once in the discussion and there was no indication they would launch it soon. Plus lots of the examples look pretty ZCE...
Unlaunched, issuing a suspension.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportParental Fashion Veto was launched without my permission by Sky Cat 32, who didn't participate in the draft (I had been sponsoring it). Requesting an unlaunch.
"It's just a show; I should really just relax"Given how there's been four premature launches in the span of a week, I'm starting to wonder if there's a need to add to the TLP main page a warning to not launch without discussion or something.
Unlaunching and suspending.

Unlaunched and suspended.

The OP launched it, so it hardly counts as rogue launching.
By the OP, yes.
