Kory: i will need to do some more testing to see if the 500KB should be lowered even more but either way everyone can relax because the database will not crash or implode in anyway due to page size so splitting pages isn't a huge priority and is just more of a suggestion. For pages that actually load slow, splitting the pages will help slower internet users navigate these pages better.
It looks like pages over 500,000 characters (html formatted, that is) are crashing the server when someone tries to edit them. programmer's whine
They need to be fixed, anyway. Way too big for one page. They need to be broken up into subpages of a reasonable size.
I'm trying to get better about communicating before big changes, so we'll let this one run for a while before taking the action. The server crashes do come under the heading of 'urgent', though.

Um, I'm certain that Platform pages cannot have Analysis tabs. The one Wii U had was deleted for that reason.

I know more about obscure 1990s Middle Grade Literature novels than most people.
I'd do a cleanup sweep first, except I'm not sure what that'd entail. There are so many violations of Examples Are Not General that I'm not sure whether or not it's a necessity when dealing with serial examples of this page, or whether that even applies to YMMV/trivia entries anyway (though there are definitely examples that aren't even examples of a specific work).

Characters.One Piece Paradise is showing the warning, with 284,000+ characters. Right now the profiles are sorted by ten locations, with 5,000+, 12,000+, 23,000+, 63,000+, 35,000+, 20,000+, 53,000+, 47,000+, 3,000+ and 17,000+ characters, respectively.
My recommendation: split the Alabasta section (63,000+) off into its own page, since it's the largest on here and is most likely to grow further, since one of the characters has been playing an important role in the current story arc and is likely to continue to do so.

ETA: Looking over the page, I think some of the general ones might be salvageable if placed on say, a page of things that are general dated references, but that might attract more general references later on.
