AnimatedJames is often said to have made the Rainbow Rocks react for his snarkiness, sense of humor and wit, and impersonations of the other reactors. He was subsequently brought back for the season 5 premiere and nobody has regretted it. This may also veer into Harsher in Hindsight territory following James's video entitled "The Truth About Bronies" where some felt he ended up growing the Small Name, Big Ego trope and ended up gaining some hate for it. Thankfully, James returned for the reaction to Legend of Everfree in top form, dressing up as Deadpool and channeling the character's signature irreverence perfectly.
After Octavia gets a spoken line in Rainbow Rocks, AnimatedJames takes note of what other background characters should get a voice, but he scratches out Derpy's name as "not gonna happen." "Slice of Life" would prove him wrong.
ACRacebest's girlfriend is disguised as Maud Pie for the Legend of Everfree reaction, and at the end she complains that she was nowhere in the movie and is disappointed. The video came out at about the same time as the "Bloopers Reel" (and thus was certainly filmed before that), and in this short, the human Maud Pie does make a cameo.
EileMonty and Acoustic Brony joke on how Star Swirl the Bearded was unsociable and didn't have friends during the season 3 finale. Four seasons later, they are proven right — he really didn't believe in friendship.
Ever since the first episode, where one kid said brohoofs should be done with feet rather than fists, the term "brohoof" has been punctuated by stretching out a leg as opposed to an arm.
Tombstone has spawned two from the reaction to CollegeHumor's brony short:
When asked if he collects pony toys, Tombstone just silently turns the camera towards a large collection of said toys on his desk, leans in, and gestures towards the toys in a "just look" way, without looking away from the camera at any time. An image of that moment, with the caption "BECAUSE PONIES", has become rather popular.
In the "extras" video for the same reaction, there is a scene where Tombstone comes out of his bedroom closet, dances around, blows a kiss at the camera, then goes back into the closet... before leaning out again and shouting "YOU HAVE SEEN NOTHING". This has become popular, either as a video or an animated gif.
Race bemoaning how he needs a haircut, while less popular than above examples, has still spawned a few jokes.

One-Scene Wonder: Aside from an introduction at the beginning, Jaxblade doesn't provide any commentary to the season 4 finale until the fight between Twilight and Tirek. He initially provides a calm and thoughtful look at the fight, then immediately afterward geeks out epically about the fight and Rainbow Power scenes.
