The Urban Rescue Ranch (TURR) is a series of YouTube and TikTok videos starring the adventures of Ben Christie (Best known as Uncle Ben) and his ranch filled with reoccurring and interesting animals who are sometimes characters of themselves.
Whilst starting as a small ranch, Uncle Ben later bought a abandoned crackhouse and transformed it into a animal rehabilitation center.

- All Animals Are Domesticated: Downplayed, whilst Poggers, Queen, Big Ounce, Petunia, the Chickens and Goats are completely domesticated, the majority of the animals are either wild or not suited for domestication.
- All Flyers Are Birds: Subverted with the ratites that Uncle Ben owns.
- Animal Lover: No surprise for Uncle Ben and the content for The Urban Rescue Ranch in general.
- The City vs. the Country: Used to live in Houstan as can be seen in his earlier videos before moving to the countryside. Would occasionally go back to the cities to find some urban animals there.
- Down on the Farm: Whilst not a true farm, TURR is a animal rehab center and requires large acres of land and resources to take care of the multitude of animals living there either temporarily or permanently.
- Everything is Big in Texas: TURR is located in Texas and whilst it started modest, it eventually grew into a large ranch.
- The Friendly Texan: Uncle Ben is a pretty chill guy, albeit eccentric.
- Funny Animal: Big Ounce is definitely the funny guy of TURR. Although Kevin sometimes takes the spot for...all the wrong reasons.
- Fun with Acronyms: The Urban Rescue Ranch is often reduced to TURR.
- Happily Adopted: Many of Uncle Ben's animals that he can't release are this, such as Garbanzo Bean, a domesticated duck Ben found at the local park that quickly became attached to him after presumably having been abandoned by his former owner.
- Herbivores Are Friendly: Played straight with nearly all herbivorous animals in TURR.
- Mascot Villain: The Greater Rhea, Kevin, forms this role for TURR.
- Mascot with Attitude: The Red Kangaroo, DaBaby, is this mascot.
- Series Mascot: TURR have not one, but several prominent mascots. But so far, the mascot currently on the logo of TURR are the Capybaras Gort & Quandale Dingle.
- Wrestler of Beasts: For laughs. But sometimes Uncle Ben may tell stories on how Big Ounce is going to eat another animal or his frequent skefuffle with Kevin or DaBaby. Given that Uncle Ben often let himself get bit or scratched, it balances out the humour.
