Dr. Facilier
During the song "Down in New Orleans", we see Dr. Facilier giving a tarot reading to a wealthy gentleman and magically cures his baldness. He smugly pockets the money he got from the arrangement when the gentleman grows hair all over his body, only for his shadow to drop the money in disgust when he sees the wealthy "Big Daddy" La Bouff give a stack of money to a paperboy. This tells us a lot about Facilier; he's a Witch Doctor who's voodoo is very much real, but he uses it to con people out of money with deals that bite them in the ass in an ironic fashion, and is motivated by envy for those more well-off than him.
