  • Broforce: One of the earliest stages is called Arstotzka. The officer who directs the Bros summarizes it with a dismissive "Sources claim that it is, in fact, a country."
  • Cook, Serve, Delicious!: One of the random emails you can get is a message from the Immigration Protection Agency asking for information about a Mr. Jorji having shown up in the country with counterfeit documents and wanted by the Arstotzkan federal authorities for illegal activities.
  • Fallout 4: The Railroad uses a symbol for when caches are nearby that resembles EZIC's symbol.
  • Henry Stickmin Series: In the Presumed Dead ending of Fleeing the Complex, one of the closing shots shows Henry Stickmin going through Arstotzka customs.
  • Please, Don't Touch Anything has an ending where you can approve or deny someone after picking up a passport, and denying them shows the city on the screen suddenly flying flags and erecting a border wall around it.
  • The Stanley Parable: In the corner of one of the hallways, there are torn up immigration documents on the floor, exactly as they look in-game.
  • The Talos Principle has an Easter Egg hidden in Area B4 that's locked off to the player by a familiar Denied stamp. Getting access to the secret requires you to find the green stamp and stamp some Approval onto the entrance.
  • There Is No Game: Wrong Dimension: When the Russian Game demands to see the other Games' papers, the original Game replies "Only if you say 'please'." Even later on, it makes another cameo as a Brand X knock-off titled Please, Paper being advertised in "Legend of the Secret".
  • Uncharted 4: A Thief's End: While in Madagascar during, Nate and Sully pass by a crowded border checkpoint and Sully mentions that they'll have to deal with this kind of junk when they head back to the States and Nate says, 'Could be worse. Could be Arstotzka.'
