Tsumuri: The Apocalypse game of violence and desire has come to a close.
Geats' non-believers attempted to topple him and his allies, but Ace continued to strive for his ideal world of happiness in spite of them, making an effort to save even Keiwa Sakurai, who had become his enemy.

Ace has absorbed Tsumuri's powers of Creation, ensuring her safety and creating a new world. Furious at the loss, Zitt creates a "Black Tsumuri" to become the Goddess of Destruction in response, to ensure his bad end will come to pass.

Meanwhile, Michinaga faces off with Beroba to settle things once and for all, even if it costs him his life...

Tropes

  • The Atoner: According to the others, Michinaga wants to make a world where only he is miserable, possibly as atonement for what's he done.
  • Big Damn Heroes:
    • Na-Go and Buffa save Daichi from Beroba and Kekera when they're about to kill him.
    • Keiwa later stops Kekera from transforming against an already exhausted Michinaga.
  • Big Damn Reunion: Sara is finally freed from the Tree of Knowledge, reuniting with Keiwa.
  • Can't Kill You, Still Need You: The group keeps Daichi alive as he's the only one who can revert the Tree of Knowledge victims.
  • Chekhov's Gun: The crystallized tear Zitt got from Tsumuri in the previous episode is used to create the Goddess of Destruction.
  • Dark Is Evil: The new Tsumuri has an all black color and is created as the Goddess of Destruction by Zitt.
  • David Versus Goliath: Beroba's Rider form easily dwarfs Michinaga, yet it's the latter who manages to come out on top due to his Jyamashin powers kicking in at the last minute.
  • Enemy Mine: Michinaga makes it clear the only reason Daichi is being kept around is because he knows the only way to save Sara. Daichi too, relies on the other Riders' support to get his Tree of Knowledge back.
    • There's also the fact that there are tons of people still trapped in the Tree of Knowledge after all is said and done. Daichi has not demonstrated any willingness to set any of them free other than Sara, which may generate some conflict in the future.
  • Et Tu, Brute?: Kekera isn't amused at Keiwa turning on him in spite of the fact that it was Kekera's actions that led to this turn to begin with.
Kekera: You brat... Who do you have to thank for raising you up from zero to hero? Ungrateful little freak!
  • Exact Words: Beroba's wish was to remain in the modern world until she sees the ultimate despair. It didn't indicate whose despair it was.
  • Face Death with Dignity: Despite Daichi telling Michinaga he has no chance against Beroba with her upgrade, he goes in anyway stating that even if he dies, he will stop her.
  • Go Out with a Smile: Even as she dies, Beroba goes out laughing saying Michinaga will be joining her where she goes soon enough.
  • Heel–Face Turn: After his temporary stint as a villain, Keiwa finally returned to the good side by stopping Kekera from killing Michinaga.
  • Heel Realization: Keiwa realizes just how much he's messed up by refusing to listen to Ace and the others, and uses this realization to help out Michinaga right as Kekera attacks the latter.
  • Hoist by His Own Petard: Beroba's creation of the Jyamato Grand Prix ends with Michinaga becoming Jyamashin and gaining the power to beat other Riders by himself, which ends up catalyzing Beroba's defeat at Michinaga's hands.
  • I Am Not Left-Handed: During Michinaga's final battle with Beroba, he manifests his Jyamashin powers during the final kick, finally slaying Beroba as she's in her Rider form at the time.
  • It's Personal: Michinaga decides to personally confront his former supporter Beroba for everything she's done.
  • Killed Off for Real: Beroba finally meets her end here.
  • Nice Job Fixing It, Villain: Facing Michinaga in her usual Kamen Rider form instead of her Premium form, Beroba expected to overpower his base-form as Buffa with her form's size and fire power. But Michinaga's Jyamashin powers, something that had been granted to him thanks to him winning her Jyamato Grand Prix, kick back in during the climax, giving him the edge to finally defeat her since his Jyamashin powers allow him to defeat any Kamen Rider. Further rubbing salt into the wound is that her death effectively nullifies the wish entirely, leaving it all for naught.
  • Never Trust a Title: Even though the episode title sounds like Michinaga will meet his end here, it's not him that dies, but Beroba. See Spoiler Title for the real meaning.
  • No Ontological Inertia: Beroba's wish to use the Tree of Knowledge to create a superpowered Jyamato is nullified when Michinaga defeats her, allowing Keiwa to revive Sara afterwards.
  • Power at a Price: Acquiring and awakening his full power of Creation has Ace automatically become imprisoned in the Desire Temple while slowly turning to stone, putting Kamen Rider Geats out of commission for this episode. The end card even states the ultimate fate of anyone having the full power of Creation is to eventually lose their free will.
  • Pragmatic Villainy: Daichi only works with the group to get his Tree of Knowledge back, of which Beroba is going to hijack and turn it into a colossal Jyamato that brings ruin.
  • Reset Button: Ace uses his powers to reset everything to before Keiwa had his wish granted, restoring the Tree of Memories. This is then followed by Daichi working with the group to get his Tree of Knowledge back, while also keeping his deal to break Sara out of her tree prison.
  • Spoiler Opening: When Ace became the new God of Creation, he is seen wrapped in golden-rusted barbed wire, the same way he was in the opening.
  • Spoiler Title: It becomes abundantly clear that the title for this episode is Beroba saying goodbye to Michinaga, as she's the only character to address him by "Micchy".
  • Wham Shot:
    • During the clash between finishers, Michinaga gains a golden cape and enlarged horns indicating that he's using Jyamashin powers again for a moment, finishing off Beroba.
    • Sara being brought back to life.
    • The episode ends with Ace noticing that he's slowly starting to be petrified.
  • Villain: Exit, Stage Left: Inverted. Buffa, helped with Na-Go's Fantasy abilities, pulls this against Premium Beroba and Kekera to escape from them along with Daichi.
  • Villainous Breakdown: Kekera is furious that Keiwa saves Michinaga, and refuses to live up to his exceptions.
  • You Have Outlived Your Usefulness: Kekera and Beroba say this to Daichi as they're about to finish him off.
