H. K. Rool assigns every branch of K. Rool Incorporated to make a presentation and show it to him. K. Rool takes advantage of the oportunity to fulfill his life-long dream of becoming a film director, but soon everyone realizes he starts deviating himself from the assignment. Meanwhile, Dixie is trying to come to terms with Diddy's new relationship with Kitty.

Tropes

  • Abusive Parents: As if it weren't enough with K. Rool's entire family laughing at him for his video, his father tells him that he is a talentless moron, is completely ashamed of him, and to not contact him again until he says otherwise.
  • Ambiguously Bi: Katryna says that if Diddy weren't dating Kitty, she would attempt to do so herself. She is also seen kissing a man on Funky's bar.
  • Amicable Exes: Downplayed since they never began properly dating, but Diddy still considers Dixie one of his best friends. Dixie still has feelings for him, but doesn't want to wreck his new relationship with Kitty.
  • An Aesop: Criticism is not a bad thing. Sometimes listening to others and making a change in your plans might be for the best.
  • Bedmate Reveal: At the end of the episode, Dixie ends up waking on Krusha's bed to which he smugly tells her that he's glad she's woken up.
  • Big "WHAT?!": Krusha's reaction when he hears that Diddy managed to hook up with a girl.
  • Calling Your Bathroom Breaks: When K. Rool is about to tell everyone about the video, Klump announces that he just came back from the restroom, much to the disgust of everyone.
  • Cannot Spit It Out: The reason why Dixie rejected Diddy's advances in the previous episode was because she was afraid it would ruin their friendship, as Diddy is one of the first guys she has met that didn't treat her like a trophy or wasn't a copy of Krusha, so seeing him start a relationship with Kitty leaves her heartbroken.
  • Can't Take Criticism: DK and his friends tell K. Rool that his video is not going to work out and that he should do a regular presentation instead. K. Rool, due to wanting to fulfill his dream, refuses to hear any of it and goes along with his video. The results are predictable.
  • Character Filibuster: Dixie pretty much tells her fling at the club everything she has gone through with Diddy, causing him to make up an excuse to leave when she's done.
  • "Could Have Avoided This!" Plot: H.K Rool and K. Rool are the subjects of this trope.
    • H.K. Rool could not have treated K. Rool harshly if he explained the assignment better towards him and not mentioned any movie-making-related activities.
    • Exaggerated for K. Rool, as he would have avoided the whole episode's problems by simply doing a presentation as H. K. Rool had told him to. It doesn't even help his employees poke fun towards him for making a horrible video.
  • Double Standard: H. K. Rool forgives K. Ringe for not having his assigment ready, but insults K. Rool because of the low quality work his video was.
  • Drowning My Sorrows: Krusha takes advantage of Diddy and Kitty's relationship and how much it's hurting Dixie to get her drunk and take her home with him.
  • Dramatic Shattering: After being insulted and treated like dirt by his family once again, especially by his father, over his video, K. Rool procceeds to destroy the CD with the video while crying.
  • Electrified Bathtub: Katryna tells her uncle that she'd jump into a bathtub with a toaster strapped to her back if she ever made something as bad as his video.
  • Hypocritical Humor: Kiddy is sceptical of Kitty at first (and even questions her existance) due to her name. His nickname is "Kiddy", which is even lampshaded by Diddy.
  • Jerkass Has a Point: K. Rool's family is right that his video was not good, or at least not appropiate for the assigment he was given, but that doesn't justify them insulting and bringing down his spirits because of it.
  • Nice Girl: Kitty makes a good first impression on the crew, who are glad that she is nothing like Candy. Dixie in particular says that her being such a good person and developing a positive relationship with Diddy is emotionally hurting her, but at the same time she doesn't want to selfishly wreck their relationship.
  • Love Triangle: After she rejected him in the previous episode out of fear that he would get bored of her, Diddy starts dating Kitty, leaving Dixie heartbroken.
  • Poor Communication Kills: H. K. Rool telling K. Rool to make a presentation or video for his assignment is what leads to him (K. Rool) getting belittled and humiliated by the entire company.
  • Precocious Crush: Kiddy tells Kitty to let him know if she ever dumps Diddy, to which Katryna calls him out for. In turn, Kitty pretty much tells him that he's too young for her.
  • Retcon: Tiny's real name was originally stated to be "Tina". Here however, K. Rool states that it's "Charli".
  • Sexual Euphemism:
Lanky: What she have for breakfast? Whiskas cat food?
Diddy: That's not what she had when we got together again Saturday afternoon.
  • Skewed Priorities: K. Ringe didn't do his presentation assigment because he was busy sleeping for three days and was distracted with a fly in his office the rest of them. He had an entire week to prepare it.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: With no prior knowledge of video editing and some questionable shots of his warehouse, K. Rool's video ends up flopping badly.
  • I Warned You: K. Rool believes that DK and Diddy are going to tell him this due to him refusing to listen to them when they warned him that his video was a disaster. Instead, DK says that his video wasn't that bad, just not appropiate for the assigment he was given.
