And due to the format of the stream, people would often accidentally open that bag and choose most of the items. And, well, after the people watching along noted that they were picking the Helix Fossil the most, even if it was kinda...did nothing. Then they made a joke the fossil was, like, magic or something.
...Then people took that joke far enough to take it seriously and make a following based on it.
