In 2014, La Seine No Hoshi received a manga adaptation. It was written by Morimura Asuka. The manga has two volumes in total. It is a re-telling of the anime's events with a few liberties.
Simone Rolland is an ordinary girl in France, who is disgusted with how the Bourgeoisie oppress the commoner class. She becomes the masked vigilante La Seine No Hoshi and protects the citizenry of France, with the help of another masked vigilante, La Tulipe Noire. As Simone veers closer towards danger, she finds out that her fate is inexcplicably intertwined with Marie Antoinette's

Because the original anime was very popular in Italy, the manga also had an Italian version, translated by Fabiano Bertello.
The La Seine No Hoshi manga has examples of:

- Black Tulip's hat on the cover is green (instead of black), and La Seine No Hoshi's outfit is dark blue instead of light blue. Her boots are also green instead of black.

- Adaptational Curves: Duke de Forges is skinnier than his anime counterpart and slightly resembles Kentaro Go.
- Adaptational Dumbass: La Seine No Hoshi constantly risks compromising her secret identity due to her carelessness. As a civilian, a nun even finds her sword and confiscates it.
- Adaptational Hairstyle Change: Marie Antoinette's hairstyle is so different it makes her near-unrecognizable from her anime counterpart.
- Adaptational Wimp: La Seine No Hoshi is more prone to being attacked, hit and falling off her horse here.
- Art Evolution: The manga's artstyle looks less like the original anime's and more like the art style of The Rose of Versailles.
- Bishie Sparkle: Any time an Ojou character is introduced, these are seen.
- Blood from the Mouth: When La Seine No Hoshi takes a particularly nasty hit, this happens as she tries to suppress her pain.
- Dub Name Change: The Italian version of the manga changes a few names.
- Simone Rolland's name becomes Simone Lorène.
- La Seine No Hoshi's name becomes La Stella Della Senna.
- Robert de Forges' name becomes Robert de Vaudrail.
- Gratuitous English: If you zoom in on the cover, you'll see what reads like a newspaper article on the upper-left.

◊. - Lighter and Softer: The manga is more Slice of Life-y than the anime and has more funny moments.
- Paper-Thin Disguise: Simone disguises herself wearing nothing but a hood and no mask.
- Not Drawn to Scale: The manga frequently features gigantic and disproportionate hands, swords that change shape and size compared to the scabbard and characters in the background out of scale compared to the surrounding environment.
- Scenery Porn: Buildings variant. Expect to see a lot of detailed drawings of cathedrals and the like in the background.
- Shout-Out: At least in the Italian dub of the manga, Danton yells out "you're the bomb!".
