Day 1 — Night of the Murder
- The sheer amount of how loving and happy Angelo's family was... only for it to come to an end.
- Angelo's mother giving some food to Corteo to take back to his sick mother.
- Angelo's father waving back at Corteo.
- A young Corteo promising a young Angelo that they will be brothers and he'll have Angelo's back.
Day 2 — Phantom of Falsehood
- At Ronaldo and Fio's wedding, Vanno swears to beat up Ronaldo if he hurts Fio in any way.
- After the brief scuffle between Angelo, Ronaldo, and Vanno is over, Fio goes over to her husband and he takes her into his arms again. While it's implied that the wedding was just so the Vanettis can have more allies, it's still a sweet moment between the couple.
Day 4 - Losing to Win, and What Comes After
- After the show Nero and Avilio put on for the group of kids at the camp, Avilio is seen smiling happily for the first time while kids share some of their candy and trinkets as payment.
- During his attack on Nero, the hitman, Goliath, stops when he hears his dog cry in the background. Luckily, the dog was okay.
Day 5 - Blood Will Have Blood
- Since the last episode's events, Nero and Avilio have shown to be more comfortable around each other. And for a moment as Nero playfully teases Avilio, he returns his jests while attempting to hide a smile.
Day 6 - To Slaughter a Pig
- After the plan to capture Don Orco succeeds, Avilio and Nero share a moment on the roof enjoying their victory. Nero commends him on his plan and skills while Avilio jokingly calls out on Nero for being 'a real ham actor', Nero tells him to shut up while smiling.
Day 7 - A Poor Player
- When Fio, who has been worrying over her two brothers, tries to bring them back together by making them talk about their issues peacefully rather than continue to fight. It doesn't work, but she really tried to keep her family from falling apart.
- Though it was far from what she wanted, Fio kills Ronaldo to protect Frate, Nero and her family from becoming puppets of the Galassias.
Day 8 - Behind the Curtain
- The new Police Commander against Prohibition violators, Delphy, gets support from a restaurant owner.
- Avilio tries to cheer up Nero when he’s stressed by offering to take him out on a ride but gets refused due to his poor driving skills. This finally gets Nero to laugh and smile, it's his first real one since the previous events that took place.
- Delphy's interactions with his wife and daughter, especially when he gives the latter a kiss on the forehead.
Day 9 - Black and Deep Desires
- Throughout the episode, Avilio has been showing signs of how affected he is by Corteo's abduction by the Vanettis. After talking to Cerotto, Avilio takes a risk and goes to the storehouse where they're keeping Corteo to rescue him.
- Cerotto talks to Avilio about how Corteo has abducted by the Vanettis and awaiting execution and asks if there was nothing he could do. He even talks about why would someone like Corteo ever be interested in helping the mafia. Despite his initial interests in making money, Cerotto shows genuine concern for his friend.
- Don Vincent resigning his position and giving away his title to Nero as the new Don of the Vanetti Family. It's a moment where a father is acknowledging his son and gives him his blessing.
- When Avilio receives a call after days of non-stop searching; it turns out to be Corteo calling him. Avilio breathes a sigh of relief knowing his friend is still alive.
Day 10 - Proof of Good Faith
- When they arrive to stay in the old hometown Avilio had been living for seven years, he and Corteo are able to spend their days in peace. Just going out buying groceries, making meals together, and visiting the zoo. After everything that's happened, this is the first time that either of them has been able to relax and spend time together.
- When Corteo receives a call from Ganzo saying that he needs to return in order to save Avilio, he immediately leaves to get to back to him.
Day 11 - All For Nothing
- Despite the many downers that happened, there were some nice moments mostly between Nero and Vincent.
- After Vincent confesses his guilt for the night of the murder of the Lagusas, Nero reassures his father that he was doing it for the sake of their family and that he plans to do whatever he can to protect it. Vincent reaches out a hand to him and Nero holds it and gives it a kiss.
- When they arrive at the playhouse, Nero helps his father out of the car and asks what he thinks of how the opera house looks. Vincent looks proud and says 'It's beautiful'.
