• Ermintrude's opera concert suddenly becomes a rock concert in the beginning.
  • Dylan getting whacked by Ermintrude's tail when he begins to drift off to sleep which prompts him to go from making a simple guitar tune to strumming the guitar strings like a rock star would.
  • Also in the scene when Dylan sings the cover of "You Really Got Me", Ermintrude sings along and dances with him which makes Brian slightly jealous.
• After Zeebad has escaped his prison (courtesy of Dougal), he finds a figurine called Soldier Sam that was catapulted from the roundabout and animates it to life. He gives it command to march, and Sam does so, with "Lean, Mean, Fighting Machine" playing in the background. Sam stops his march and spins his baton, but loses control, causing him to fall over. Just as Zeebad facepalms in the background, Sam is about to get up, but is hit on the head by his baton, making him fall down again.
• When everyone goes to bed after setting camp for the night with Dougal left outside to be the guard dog, there's this priceless line from Brian when he is inside his shell.
  Brian: Oh no, I've run out of toothpaste. (turns off the light)
• This bit after Ermintrude knocks Sam out before rescuing Dougal from Zeebad's lair.
  Dougal: No! Leave me alone, you evil fiend!
  Ermintrude: What are you talking about? It's me, Ermintrude.
  Dougal: Could you come back in five minutes? I was starting to enjoy myself.
  Ermintrude: Oh, come on, Dougal!
• When the gang are left stranded in the volcano but Dylan reveals that they can get out of here with Zebedee's magic box, we have this:
  Dylan: Now, if I could just get my head round how to work this thing. Did Zebedee give anyone the instructions?
  Dougal, Ermintrude, and Brian: JUST PRESS THE BUTTON!
  (Dylan, albeit startled, presses the button, and Train's carriage magically turns into a rowboat)
  Dougal: A boat. Brilliant. It'll be plain sailing from here on in.
  Dylan: (with an idea) Wait! I've got it. The tents! (He gets to work as Brian and Ermintrude stare on)
  Brian: He's really lost it this time.
• Upon entering the Temple of Doom, the group find themselves wondering how to get through upon realizing that it's Booby Traped, with Brian opting to take the lead. What follows is Brian proceeding through the trap-infested hall at a literal snails and somehow triggering and avoiding all the traps, all the while being ignorant of what's going on as he gives his spiel. Doubles as an Awesome moment.
• Brian's attempt to stand up to the combined skeleton by charging at him, albeit at a very slow speed, much to the amusement of the combined skeleton.
  Brian: I've got a better idea. Let's jump him! (he immediately charges, but slowly) Chaaaaaa......aaaaaaa... ...aaaarge! (the combined skeleton laughs) It was just a thought. How about... (he turns around) run away!
• Zeebad's response to Sam's refusal to off Brian has some clever wordplay in both versions.
  Sam: Dispose of a prisoner? Can't do that, sir. Violating the Geneva Convention, sir.
  Zeebad (UK): Guess what? I'm UNCONVENTIONAL! (laughs) Un-convention-al? (laughs a little more) Off with his head.
  Zeebad (US): I don't care if it's a STAR TREK CONVENTION! (laughs) Trekkies! Nerd alert! (laughs a little more) Beam him out!
• Soon after, Zeebad is right behind the heroes as he attempts to ram the drill train into the back carriage with but a single iron name plate holding back the tip of the drill. It is at this point however that Soldier Sam realizes that the pressure gauge is reaching a dangerous level...
  Sam: Sir! The pressure! It's too much!
  Zeebad: (looking away) I know I know! Sometimes I feel I am going ''quite insane!''
  Sam: No Sir it's the boiler! It-(BO-O-O-O-M-M-M-M!!!!)
  • The American Dub has Zeebad explicitly use the term "explode" in response to Sam's concern, which prompts the latter to remark "funny you should mention that, sir" just before the boiler explodes.
• After the driller train with Zeebad and Sam inside exploded from the overload of coal, everyone in Train is relieved until Train hits the buffers at the dead-end of the track, sending him hurling in the air.
  Train: I CAN FLYYYYY...! No, I can't.
  (Train, Dougal, Ermintrude, Dylan and Brian all crash land into the snow)
• During the climax of the film, Ermintrude gets goaded into singing her high note to break the ice of the frozen carousel. Zeebad, evidently, doesn't like her subsequent singing, clutching his pained head in response.
  Zeebad (UK): What is that abominable noise?!
  Zeebad (US): AHH! Who just turned on the Emergency Broadcast System?!
