• At the beginning, the New York City police gives the Daltons chase when they hijack a tramway. Apparently, all of them. At one point during the chase, the Daltons are driving in the wrong direction and have to avoid all the vehicles driving in their direction.
  Joe: They drive like lunatics in this city! Where are the police?!
• Averell Dalton keeps getting his hands on pistols and hiding them from his brothers, and using them as models to make replicas out of soap and cacti. He keeps pulling them out as Joe laments not having a gun, to the latter's dismay at the fact that Averell has been hiding a gun for weeks.
  Jack: Where'd you get them guns? You have a collection, or what?
  • The first time he reveals the model he used to make the gun-shaped soap to Joe, the latter... expresses his displeasure:
    Joe: (leaping on top of Averell's head to thrash him) THREE WEEKS?! YOU'VE HAD A GUN FOR THREE WEEKS?! I'M GONNA SHOVE THAT SOAP DOWN YOUR THROAT, THEN YOU'LL SEE HOW "SLIPPERY" IT IS!!!
    (bubbles emerge from Joe's beatdown on Averell as Jack and William pop them while giggling goofily)
• There's this one scene where Luke confronts the Daltons and he's about to shoot them. We see his shadow preparing itself and being this close to shoot, only for Luke to shoot faster than it (as usual). The shadow takes its hat and starts jumping on it frustrated.
