Princess Diana had longed to leave the island paradise of Themyscira and ventured out to the outside world of Man. She got her chance when her mother, Queen Hippolyta assigned the young princess to explore the world of Man and discovered any new developments occurring there.
When she arrived, Diana would meet with a small young boy with a monkey tail named Son Goku. Since then, she became Wonder Woman, and alongside Goku and his friends, battled against monsters, demons, androids, aliens and gods.

- Action Girl: While there are many female fighters throughout the series but it's the Amazons, especially Wonder Woman, that takes supreme, due to their years of training and combat.
- Adaptational Backstory Change:
- In the comics, the Amazons were the creations of the goddess, Aphrodite. In Dragon Ball: World's Strongest, they were created by the West Supreme Kai.
- Master Roshi would gained immortality from Themyscira.
- Cyborg and Donna Troy are Dr. Gero's Androids, designated 14 and 15.
- Adaptational Heroism: Raditz joins his brother, Goku to fend off Vegeta and Nappa.
- Adaptational Jerkass: Chi-Chi became a vicious Green-Eyed Monster and wants to get stronger to defeat Diana for stealing Goku away from her.
- Adaptational Wimp: Downplayed. Diana would take on the trainings her husband would have gotten in canon to develop his techniques. However in terms of power, Goku still far surpassed his wife.
- Adaptation Dye-Job: In Dragon Ball: World's Strongest, Gohan would have blue eyes that matches Diana's.
- Adaptation Expansion: The 24th World Martial Arts Tournament was never talked about, only alluded to in the Dragon Ball series. Here, it became the focus in the final parts of Dragon Ball: World's Strongest due to Goku, Wonder Woman, Piccolo Jr and several fighters attending it.
- Adaptation Relationship Overhaul:
- Due to being in a relationship with Diana, Goku does not get to marry Chi-Chi.
- Chi-Chi would start a new one with Raditz following his Heel–Face Turn.
- Adapted Out: The Olympian Gods are removed and are replaced with the Kais.
- Arch-Enemy: King Piccolo is this to the entire Amazon race, for his role in nearly wiping them out.
- Ascended Extra: Chi-Chi/The Cheetah would play major parts in the Dragon Ball Z arcs.
- Badass Family: The Son family are comprised of a Saiyan, an Amazon and their child who is a mix between both races.
- Battle Couple: Goku and Wonder Woman, when they were dating and currently as husband and wife.
- Big Damn Heroes: Wonder Woman arrived on time to defend her husband from Nappa.
- Big Eater: Goku takes in large amount of food easily. Diana is not far behind with Goku's friends believing she might be a second Goku.
- Cat Fight: During the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament, Wonder Woman and Chi-Chi engaged this to claim Goku's love. This became a literal case when Chi-Chi became Cheetah.
- Composite Character: Chi-Chi is this fic's version of The Cheetah.
- Crossover Couple: The series develops the romantic relationship between Son Goku and Diana leading to their marriage and becoming husband and wife.
- Dude Magnet: The Amazons are young and beautiful that they naturally attract a lot of men like Master Roshi and Krillin.
- Flawed Prototype: Unlike his fellow Androids, Cyborg is made from outdated parts. It's to the point Dr. Gero did not paid him no mind when he escaped.
- Heroic Sacrifice: Hippolyta intended to allow herself be sealed alongside Piccolo when Roshi used the Evil Containment Wave. Unfortunately, it didn't worked.
- In Spite of a Nail: Both Goku and Wonder Woman fought in the Final Round resulting in Goku still losing in the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament.
- It's Personal: Piccolo has pissed off Goku and Diana for the murder of Krillin, Roshi and Hippolyta.
- Kid Hero:
- At the start of the series, Diana is in her pre-teens.
- Season 1 takes place during the earlier timeline of Dragon Ball, characters like Goku and Krillin would be at their younger ages.
- Ki Manipulation: Any martial artist could do this, especially the Z-Fighters. The Amazons can perform this as well, but they mainly use Ki to enhance their physical capabilities, Flight and amplify their weapons and tools.
- Mama Bear:
- Any harm to Diana will bring out the rage in Hippolyta.
- After Gohan had been killed by Frieza, Wonder Woman and Goku attack the alien warlord with murder on their minds.
- More Deadly Than the Male: Downplayed. At base form, Wonder Woman would slightly surpassed Goku. If both of them were in max levels, Goku would beat his wife.
- Point of Divergence:
- In the original series, Tien Shinhan would have faced Goku in Final Round of the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament and won. However in Dragon Ball: World's Strongest'', Tien didn't reach to the Final Round after losing to Wonder Woman.
- Goku lost to Wonder Woman in the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament, leading to the latter to face-off against Piccolo Jr.
- Having rejected Chi-Chi, Goku went on to marry Diana.
- At the Saiyan saga, Diana would train under King Kai rather than Goku who stay behind to look after Raditz. Diana would send Gohan to Themyscriya to live with his grandmother, preventing him from participating in the fight against Saiyans and not losing his monkey tail.
- Goku, Tien and Yamcha survived the Saiyan arc.
- Related in the Adaptation: Diana is Gohan's mother rather than being Chi-Chi.
- Super Mode:
- The Super Saiyan forms.
- Wonder Woman gains one similar to the above mode, called Kaio-Ken One Hundred to fight Frieza for the murder of Gohan.
- Taking the Bullet:
- Raditz protected Chi-Chi from being hit by Nappa's blast.
- Goku would have his body-swapped, like in canon, to protect Diana.
- Terrifying Tyrannosaur: A Tyrannosaurus attacked Diana when she arrived at the World of Man. Though Diana fought it off easily, the dinosaur would be killed by Goku.
- Took a Level in Badass:
- Wonder Woman's power increased following her training under King Kai, gaining Kaio-Ken.
- The Namekian Dragon Balls grant Vegeta the ability to reach his full potential to fight Frieza for a while.
- Trial by Combat: Wonder Woman, Goku and the rest headed to Themyscriya where Wonder Woman has to battle Hippolyta to earn her freedom to marry Son Goku. Wonder Woman won.
- Violently Protective Girlfriend: Vegeta and Nappa learn this the hard way.Vegeta: So Kakarot, this is your woman. Must be pitiful for you to hide behind a skirt.Wonder Woman: Funny. It's the woman in the skirt whose about to lay waste and kick...Your...ASS!
