Rebuilt is a Steampunk AU Harry/Voldemort Slash Fic by Terrific Lunacy.

Society as we know it has collapsed, and a new society is beginning to emerge. Groups led by lords battle for territory. Harry Potter doesn't want to join any group, but unfortunately for him, Lord Voldemort has just arrived in London and won't take "no" for an answer.

Contains examples of:

  • Action Girl: Luna and Rowena Ravenclaw.
  • Adaptational Heroism: Most of the Death Eaters, although Bella in particular is still as crazy as her canon counterpart.
  • Adaptational Villainy: Dumbledore and the Bloody Baron. Slytherin, too; the original was no saint (and might have been subjected to In-Universe Historical Villain Upgrade), but this version spends his free time cutting up Grindelwald.
    • The twins are a mild case; they're a lot more deadly here than in canon, but they just want their sister back and their family avenged.
  • A Rare Sentence: "We shall obliterate you with our newfound knowledge of spoons" and "Fear the spoons!"
  • Archer Archetype: Luna. Just ask Fenrir.
  • Ax-Crazy: Bellatrix and Voldemort.
  • Belligerent Sexual Tension: Between Harry and Voldemort.
  • Crazy Jealous Guy: Tom/Voldemort for Harry. Just ask that Too Dumb to Live Death Eater who tried to rape Harry.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Luna vs. Fenrir. Luna wins.
  • Dark Action Girl: Bellatrix, as Harry and Rosier find out to their cost.
  • Death by Adaptation: Most of the Weasleys.
  • Forceful Kiss: One of Tom/Voldemort's team tries this on Harry. It doesn't turn out well for him.
  • Obfuscating Insanity: Luna claims that the apples aren't feeling very friendly. She's trying to warn people that the twins have drugged them.
  • Advertisement:
  • Spared by the Adaptation: Sirius and Remus.
  • Training from Hell: Bellatrix puts Harry (and later Rosier) through it.
  • Undying Loyalty: Barty to Voldemort. Due to a case of mistaken identity, he thinks Harry is Voldemort. Hilarity Ensues.
  • Wham Line: "Until next time, Harry."
  • Worst Aid: Harry gives this to Snape. In his defense, he doesn't know any better.
    • Bellatrix trumps everything Harry could do when she misunderstands what "blood transfusion" means and tries to feed Snape her blood.
